First of all. There were only 2 employees. And many customers were waiting... Also, one of the employee is very rude to one of the customers. Even you cannot help her at the moment, you shouldnt be so rude to the customer like that. The customer was so mad and she just ran and left the store. He also helped us, but he wasnt unkind to us. But he also didnt try to help us at all. Because its almost closing time. I was so frustrated, and I will not visit this store ever.
Ive been a loyal Verizon wireless and Fios customer for 10 years!!! Ive been having an issue with my phone (fluctuating reception) for over two weeks. Ive gone to two company stores have called Verizon technical, and no one seems to have any knowledge how to fix this issue, meanwhile the constant search for a signal is eating up my battery leaving me at 0%. Im very disappointed with with the lack of support Ive gotten for my issue and will be looking elsewhere.
I had my first nice experience today at Verizon thanks to Jay (Service Rep). Jay was a huge help. He laid out my options clearly, and helped me choose the best one. Thanks again Jay
The personnel were fabulous, courteous and considerate. But our years-old expectations of being sold devices and having them all set up for us were way unfulfilled. They just dont do it that way anymore. 😭
Absolutely no help, just trying to rush me out the door saying I can do everything on-line and to buy a phone on-line and pick it up here. Also, any questions I have I can check on verizon.com...The whole reason I took the time to come to the store is to have in-person assistance, not to be told to go home and help myself on-line...I understand it was 7:00PM & they close at 8:00PM, but I said numerous times im willing to wait for assistance.Finally, the guy takes my number to hold my place and says im 3rd in-line & theres currently 2 employees assisting people.As im waiting 45 minutes, they help 7 other people and never call me, so I left.I rather buy a phone on ebay or through samsung directly than give this store any business.Terrible customer service.

Verizon in Edgewater was great! Brayan and Stephanie were extremely helpful and thorough. They ensured my phone was restored properly before I left. I went early in the morning to avoid lines and they greeted me and took care of everything right away. Definitely ask for them if you need help!
I dont recommend this place, poor costumer services and BRYAN is rude and nasty. I went to change my new iphone 12/ 128gb for 256gb and Was not a good experience at all !!! Hope the manager check this review and talk with those guys they dont treat right the costumers.

Its just a great place to check out the merch. Its only a 3star rating because while I was there, the man just kept telling me to buy everything online or from a different vendor; despite my states willingness to purchase the items... I was very confused... And left empty handed.Bonus: they have antibacterial wipe dispensers all around this location. So you can just grab one before touching the merch.
I was greeted rudely by a security guard at the door. He asked how he could help us (obviously for a phone or phone issue). He told us only one family member is allowed in the store at a time. Sorry Verizon, there are plenty of other places to spend my money.

Other then have the cell phone ready for pickup for a new line they mess up my plan just by asking when I went to pick up the new cell about the unlimited plan the guy went and change it without telling me that he did that.And when I realized what they did the company couldn’t get the plan back that I had because they didn’t have that plan anymore.2 weeks after that I’m getting a new iPhone with another sales guy and I ask him to put insurance the guy said yes now you have insurance on the new device I call a week later for something and the operator ask me if I want it to put insurance on the new device .Really guys come on we pay for a service get it together!!! 😠😡😠
VERIZON JUST SUCKS AS A WHOLE COMPANY. I have been with them for years. They tell you one thing and it’s another thing! Would recommend not dealing with them and looking somewhere else!
My mother was about to buy a brand new device and because she was so poorly attended she decided to not buy the phone.The person who was selling her the device was also answering another customer’s question when there were at least two other employees looking for something to do. After we left we realized he switched my mother’s number to another device without her permission and when we came right back they refused to assist us. had to call verizon and figure it out our selves.
We had an amazing experience at Verizon with Ray Burkhardt. He walked us through our fios answered all questions and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back again to this specific Verizon store and have Ray help us. Thank you again !! Great customer service 👍
Now that the store has been redesigned as well as the shopping experience, its a huge improvement. Simple, clean layout. No more setting aside an hour or more to make a purchase. In and out in a few minutes.

I was having an issue with my pixel 2 I bought it here so came back its my local store and the guy said dont worry well send you a new one tomorrow thats why you have insurance nothings going to change its going to cost you absolutely nothing. Youll have it delivered tomorrow to your house. If I could have gotten it today would have been better but it is what it is.Thanks HarlonCheers

I saw all those negative reviews but to me, the experience with this verizon store was great. I had some issues with switching phones since I have 2 lines and the service guy had good knowledge how to handle the situation and very helpful with some humor. I love the store and will visit again with no hesitate!
Good customer service they helped me a lot do to the fact that fed ex screwed up, so I had to go to the store for a birthday present. They made sure I left with the I pad and even help me have it set up. It was a birthday present for my kid.

Salesman told me I could upgrade my Google Pixel 2 once every year and just pay tax on the new phone each time I upgrade. I went to upgrade to the Pixel 3 and was told I cant. Their salesman lied. Nothing is worse in my opinion than a liar. This store hires people who lie. Judge for yourself if you want to go there?

Do not come here, they’re liars. Came in to get an Apple Watch and was told that deductible for protection plan, if the watch is broken will only be $30. I then asked for documentation where that’s written, they then changed the story and showed me that it’s actually $100 not $30. So I’m paying for $400 watch, $15 a month for 2 years (total $360) and also have to pay a $99 deductible that’s insanity. Also, when I got home got a notification that all my lines have device protection when I deliberately turned it off the week before because I’m anticipating the new phone. The clerk didn’t even say he’ll be doing that. Scam artists work here, stay away and ask for everything in writing.
The staff was good, very willing to help, although they did give me some misleading information.
Dont expect much. Walmart employees know more stuff than they do. Troubleshooting and technical knowledge is close to non. Failed to help potential customer.

Hi guys,I dont write reviews at all. But the customers service was so bad i wanted to share it with the world. Matt and Rob are the supervisors in this store. They treated my mother with disrespect and inconsideration. We were waiting for over 30 mins when the store wasnt that busy. Rob and Matt told my mother were busy cant you see? If someone said that to me as a customer I would be very upset but probably shake it off. Saying something like that to a mother or a close loved one made me furious. Whats worse is they told us to wait even longer to tell us that they cant help us because we talked back to them. Matt and Rob are the supervisors of Edgewater new jersey and should be banned from working there for the sake of our community. You can read all these other reviews but this one is accurate. Ive never done a review before and it takes a lot out of me to do something like this. Trust my opinion and i guarantee you will be better off. Take another Verizon store. Thanks guys!
I have brought my Samsung G8+ in twice. First time it was preplaced, second time the charging came wont work to charge the phone. I spend $80 on new charges and it still wont work. Staff unwilling to trouble shoot quickly. Seems more that all tech support is done over the phone not in the store anymore.

No clue what they are doing in there
It sucked!My dads phone wasnt working, so we went there, it was 8:51 when we got there, before closing time, but the person on the desk didnt open it and was being very rude. I would not recommend that place to anyone except for jerks.
Manager was rude and dismissive. I came to inquire about trading in my iPhone for an upgrade and he brushed me off when I asked for discrepancies between Apple and Verizon offers to say “I don’t understand what you’re not understanding. You seem to have a problem”. I was there with my 4 year old daughter, felt insulted and left. Previously had a great experience with someone named Jonathan.

I in general had a positive opinion of the place until today. As soon as I mentioned the problem I was having my phone (LG G3, green screen/hw reset), the rep apparently concluded that this is something she cant bothered with, and seemed happy that the phone wouldnt turn on, so she can move on to not doing anything (there werent many customers in the store). She or anyone would even try to see if the battery is the problem, and of course she just kept mentioning upgrade.. It wasnt bad enough for me to ditch verizon (sadly I still owe them), but will try to stay away from that place.
