My friend placed an engagement gift delivered to my home and it was amazing! Kudos to the driver for informing me that he was 30 minutes away before arriving.My fiancé loved the cookies and the chocolate covered bananas. I was all about the chocolate covered strawberries and apples. It took me some days to finish it and the quality held up so well!Personally, after trying out their desserts for my engagement ;I would totally come in for their cookies and smoothies !

Although there are many poor reviews on here, I had a very pleasant experience with this store this morning. I put together a last minute order at 8:45am (15 minutes before they opened) to help my sister’s boyfriend send her a gift for their anniversary. He wanted it to be delivered to her job. I told him I would try but it being 2 hours before she left work (she leaves work at 11am) I didn’t think it was enough time for them to put the order together and deliver it since I was only giving them a maximum of 2 hours notice. I called once they opened and spoke to a very pleasant woman and explained the situation. I told her if they couldn’t deliver before 11am that I completely understood and could have it delivered to her other job for the evening. She told me not to worry about it, that it would be there before 11am. My sisters boyfriend texted me at 10:40am saying she got her gift and loved it. As negative as some of the reviews are here, I received quality service, and I thank whomever I spoke to this morning for making my delivery happen as soon as possible.

The arrangement itself looked appetizing and it was made with fresh fruits. The only thing I didnt like was the person who took the order. I went to the store and placed the order in person. The guy who came to the front desk, have a not very pleasant attitude...

Completely Ruined my kids birthday… the worse most unprofessional place ever 1 star is too much don’t trust this place to do anything but ruin anything that is sentimental… all customer service did was say sorry and we will refund u in a week DISGUSTING

I ordered an edible arrangement for mother’s day, it is now 6:23, 40 minutes before closing and I still have not received my order. I am very disappointed and now I have no gift for my mother on this holiday. We called many times and it said we had to leave a voicemail. I even went to the store, saw a women walk in and when I went to open the door it was locked. Never again. I am also reading other people’s reviews and it seems that they are all bad. Very disappointed and upset

I tried calling the store to place and order and after many tries a woman pick up the phone and hung up on me. I decide to go to the store on Saturday morning to place and order and the lady that was there completely ignored me and walked away. after a few minutes another lady came by and she was so rude, refused to help me with my order and told be to leave. so I asked to speak with the manager and she claimed to be the manager which I know that she was not because this was not my first time in the store. Ive been in this store before and have been helped by an nice young lady help me before, and I have also placed by order with the manager and he has been helpful. I had to place and order somewhere else because this woman did not want to help. Also, apparently I am not the only one that has been treated like this, I spoke to some friends and the same thing has happened to them this year.

I’ll NEVER come back here for edible arrangements. I came in and placed a walk in order for white chocolate covered strawberries for a gift for someone and when they received it they saw small bugs inside.

I always order gifts from this location in Tano Mall on Amboy Avenue in Edison! Always fresh and delivered to my recipients! Please stay as nice and delicious fruit - as you are! Thank you!!

Placed an order on Mothers Day for chocolate strawberries and after I had already payed they changed the pickup address to 30 minutes away as apposed to this local edibles 3 minutes away from my house because they were all booked. Terrible costumer service! Never coming back here.

If I could give store 0 stars I would. I paid 20 dollars extra for Valentines Delivery and didnt get a call from driver until 10pm!!! We called him back 10 mins later as we missed the call and he never picked up. Tried calling the Tano mall store in the morning to get a refund and have been on the phone for almost 3 hours on hold waiting for someone to speak to!!! Terrible service and will never use Edible Arrangements again.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in and the guy was rude, not wearing his mask properly and did not explain anything and disappeared in the back and on questioning him what my order would include he said “What do you want” in the rudest way ever. Never coming here again. Did not order from them

I am very upset with our recent experience with Edible Arrangements. My order was to be delivered on Wednesday 2/12, I received a call saying that particular store could not fulfill the order and transferred it to Edison.It was not delivered that day so I called the next day and was on hold for 20 min so I tried the other store and they did not answer (during business hours). I tried to chat with Edible Arrangements online but was told to call an 800# to get my issue straightened out. This did nothing for me.This was a gift for a very important person to me and I really wanted her to get this item.We have used this service many times and I also use it at work when we send gifts out to people so I know this is not the normal.My issue is the way it has been handled so far, I understand things happen but I have had $58 taken from my account and no one can help me get it back for 6 days now.

Edible Arrangements in Edison Rocks! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered at a business. The person was no longer at location and they took it upon themselves to track the individual down. They had left me a message but I didnt respond. I was so surprised that the individual received the arrangement over an hour away. Thanks Edison Store and Brian, you all rock and she loves the arrangement!

My daughter lives in Florida and decided to surprise with some edible arrangements on Sunday for mothers day i was not home the man ask me what will I be home I told him and said I can leave it infront the door for you I said NO. Next day with us today I called him to let him know what time I will be available, he said ok its a nice cold day outside I can leave it outside in front your day I said No how can u do this it something to eat. He came at about 1.36 and know the door I said Im coming before u could reach to the door the man left the fruit basket outside on the dirty floor where everyone passes and left. Thia us not good customer service and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. Please people be careful with this people and their delivery company. I called to complain and dis not get a good response. Just look at the dirty paper

So disappointing! They never answer their phone, voicemail only, mailbox full. Lacking big time in customer service and no followup. My order never arrived and attitude from them was we can deliver it now. So much for it arriving when planned.

Dumbest idea for a store EVER!Went in to place an order and was told I couldnt. I had to do it on line, pay on line and hope those receiving gifts got them from a decent location.STUPID, STUPID + FAIL, FAIL = EPIC STUPID FAIL!I ordered from a similar private company. Cheaper, better, easier and best of all customer service and support.

Placed an order online for valentines day add delivery after 5pm to my children mother at her new job thought this might be a crazy busy day for them so called the store to confirm this wont be a problem was told it would be fine and thank me for my order at no surprise by there rating my order was delivered at 1pm 4 hours before she is due at work and to a total stranger with out a curtisy call to alert me so her chocolate covered strawberries were no longer as attractive as they should be so being late at this time i couldnt call and talk to someone at the store i had to wait to morning she was upset but more me for not being able to fix and finish off her valentines day with something special my credit card company offered to stop payments for my inconvenience but i decided to hear there side of the story first to get a response like well someone shouldve put in the fridge for herlol wow was offered a redelivering of the strawberries to no surprise following a phone call by my children mother saying the delivery person had a disrespectful attitude saying what u didnt receive the first order smh sad inconclusion place your order at another location this one is not in the business of putting smiles on faces

Walked in at 5:40pm. I was told it was too late to order a smoothie. Theyre supposedly open till 7. Even if they close earlier, you should never turn business away.
