February 2021: Ordered our cabinets through Kitchen Expo. Our contact person at Kitchen Expo was Mark. We met with Mark twice before our final meet. Mark was always polite and patient. His designs were good and he did not protest with the many many MANY changes we made to our designs. He would hear us out and help in any way he could, encouraging our vison, and trying to put our fears to rest.He was quick to respond to his emails and return calls.Gabriella, who took over during Marks absence was also very helpful.I will update my post once I receive my cabinets.Jan 2021: We are redoing our kitchen and reached out to Kitchen Expo. We are currently working with Mark. He is professional. patient with our questions, showed us all our options, helped us with our design taking into consideration our requirements, made changes in design. This is the preliminary step prior to finalizing the design, contractors, cabinets. And so far we are impressed with Mark and the options being offered at Kitchen Expo. I will post updates to this review as we move forward

We worked with David during the pandemic which presented so many challenges that he dealt with very professionally. He responded to every phone call and email in a timely mannerThis was our first kitchen renovation and he made it stress and worry free. He even helped us come up with a better design for the spaceHe knows his stuff and is very good at what he does.We are very happy with final out come for the cost and cabinets.

They were really very good. We designed our kitchen with them about 17 years ago and wanted to give them a try once again. They did not disappoint. Our consultant, Mark, was attentive, pleasant and professional. He answered our questions and gave us other great ideas. We are just waiting for the drawings and will see how things work out.

Dave was fantastic! He knows his trade and was so very helpful with our kitchen design. Cant wait to see it finished!

Thanks for everything from the design to install! We are very happy with the quality of the cabinetry and the draw-sliding system. We received great guidance and information from our sales representative Gary! Thanks for all the help even after we received our cabinetry Gary. We also used the installers recommended by Gary that Kitchen Expo works with all the time and they were amazing. The installing contractor consisted of Frank and Sam. Master carpenters that are abletoo remediate any problem left by other contractors. All around great job and thanks again!

I had a great experience with Kitchen Expo . Dave, our Kitchen Designer was very patient and easy to work with. The quality of the cabinets are outstanding, they have an amazing selection to choose from and this is the place to go if you want something different and beautiful! Everything was delivered on time.They did such a great job I have already referred my sister in law to them as well. Would definitely recommend them!

Definitely, poor customer service. As we walked in the showroom on a Saturday morning, a sales named Mark were there, the show room seemed to have only 2 people included him work there.I politely ask who I can speak to if I would like to get a quote for a new kitchen renovation. He replied me rudely I DONT KNOW.wow, really? I guess he must have made a lot of commission already that he doesnt even care about customer like me.

We used Kitchen Expo to replace certain cabinetry for a kitchen in a newly bought house. One of the pieces was the molding of our kitchen island. A designer from kitchen expo came to our home to recommend what we should order. What we ordered based on Kitchen Expos recommendation did not march the color of our island. And we were then told the manufacturer doesnt make that same piece anymore. When we requested our money back, Kitchen Expo claimed that they told us at the time of ordering the molding wouldnt match. This is completely not true because if that were the case we wouldnt have ordered it to begin with. Awful customer service.

Our home was destroyed in Super Storm Sandy and we went to Kitchen Expo for help with our kitchen. They were wonderful people to deal with and took the stress out of redesigning our kitchen from ordering to installation the process went very smoothly . We love our new kitchen and Kitchen Expo made our dream kitchen come true.Thank youJoseph Sangiovanni

This review may change upwards when the experience is completed with a final result at home.For now, and after similar visits to kitchen renovation vendors, Kitchen Expo has shown professionalism in its punctuality, to-the-point salesmanship and convenient pricing.KE beats competitors right off the bat, charging nothing for its first visit versus the $75 or so that discourages you to engage early in the game with others. If you are lucky to get Ernie DelNoce, he is brief, unobtrusive and effective measuring your home and alert and attentive to your needs at the office, leaving the sales pitch for the quality of their products and services to speak for themselves.

Absolutely The worst shopping experience ever. I have discussed it with our contractor he will never recommend them again.

Placed an order for kitchen door hinges. I was told that I would receive it within a week. When I called as it didnt arrive, I was told that they didnt send in the order 2 days after I paid it, and they didnt know when it would be shipped. When I called again a week later, I was told the order would not be shipped for another 3 days. I wouldnt buy from them again. If I can post this review without having to select a star, that would be great.

Steer clear of this place. We just experienced a renovation nightmare due to Kitchen Expo. We went through a painstaking design with Kitchen Expos designer (that frankly took much longer than it needed to due to a disorganized designer). Part of the process includes Kitchen Expo hiring a contractor to come to our house and review the measurements and certify the design will work. We were looking to raise our ceilings from 7 feet to 8 feet. The Kitchen Expo hired contractor poked holes in the ceiling, and communicated there was maybe some minor plumbing that would have to be rearranged, but no major obstacles. He blessed the design. Our cabinets were ordered ($24K worth). While the cabinets were being built, we needed to still order a decorative piece and when we called a Kitchen Expo designer to try and finalize that, we found out our designer had been fired. Uh-oh. I called Kitchen Expo corporate voicing my concerns now about the design, designer, etc..., and I was assured that Kitchen Expo would stand behind their design and cabinets. A few weeks later cabinets arrived and my contractor began demo. 1st day of demo, my contractor saw that not only was there full drain pipes from my upstairs bathrooms running through the soffits in the 7 foot ceilings, but also beams from a roof that extends onto our back deck was running through the soffits. There was no way the 8 foot ceilings would work, which means my kitchen design was compromised, and I had cabinets from Kitchen Expo that would not fit in my kitchen. I called Kitchen Expo and they said theres nothing they could do to help me, they would not allow a return and replacement. Their recommendation was for me to buy even more cabinets from them that were smaller. Fat chance, I argued as much as I could, but they wouldnt budge. I ultimately ordered replacement cabinets from another vendor because I will never give another cent to Kitchen Expo. Long story short, Im exploring every avenue possible to try and get some money back for these cabinets that are still in their box, collecting dust in my garage. The customer service from this company is horrendous. They dont stand behind their products or designs. I couldnt be more disappointed with my experience with this company. Please stay away, youve been warned.

Kitchen Expo was referred to us by a friend whos a micro-manager and stickler when it comes to details. We are extremely satisfied with the plan our designer Carla gave us and thrilled with the final outcome. We used Kitchen Expos preferred in-house contractor Kitchen Experts and the contractor did a wonderful job. After our cabinets were delivered, it took some time for the contractor to start work because of permitting, etc. however, Sylvester and his crew of Kitchen Experts did a wonderful job. They were trustworthy as both my wife and I work full time and couldnt be home while work was being done. Extra accolades go to the tile guy from Kitchen Experts that spent hours on installing the floor tile and backsplash. We chose a thin ceramic (bamboo style) backsplash, and the worker had to cut dozens and dozens of small little pieces of tile to fill in small gaps. Our backsplash came out wonderful. We referred Kitchen Expo and the contractor Kitchen Experts to our friends who witnessed the remodeling and they are scheduling work with them.Two big thumbs up.
