Not a friendly service, very cold atmosphere, all info i had to drag out from the sales woman who it happened to be the owner of this business. Very good selection of cabinets and stone. They dont offer installation nor designer. Average prices.Not recomended

This is not a place for first time homeowners, with no knowledge. The woman I sat with wasnt inviting. This couldve been a cultural barrier issue, or strictly just her. She did not give me a chance to explain the measurements I had.I highly advise if you do go, make sure you have all the measurements you need, or you will not get treated politely. Also, take note that a majority of the good reviews are from people of asian culture. Very few are from Americans culture.There are other places to do business with for a better price, and better treatment.I do expect her to leave a response, but note that it will be bias for her and her business. Others have basically said the same statement.

Avl Kitchen cabinets is by far the best cabinets company around. I shopped at several different companies including the big box stores and no one even came close to the pricing, professionalism, customer service and one on one care that AVI provides. Its one stop shopping for all your kitchen remodel needs regarding cabinets, backsplashes, tile countertops, sinks ect.... So if youre in the market to a remodel please dont hesitate to stop in to AVI and speak with Amy shes the best and is very knowledgeable. The service that was given to my husband and I at this establishment was extremely rude and dismissive. We had many questions and are first time homeowners, so obviously patience would be required. The saleswoman was clearly not in the mood to be bothered with us, and kept cutting my husband off every time he had a question. The best thing we did was to leave that place immediately. I hope AVL gets some some customer service training to fix their nasty attitudes.

Great place for cabinets. Amy helped me with my kitchen layout. She is very knowledgeable, especially with custom installations.The delivery was on time. And the driver was nice. Will definitely use them again.

If you are upgrading/renovating your kitchen and want the best bang for your buck then look no further. They don’t have the fanciest showroom out there, not even close but you will definitely get top quality materials. I walked in, walked the whole show room and spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. Not one greeting, no will be right with you, not even a glance in my direction. There are MANY cabinet stores in Edison. On to the next.

I am a builder/ general contractor/ remodeler in NJ. I have been using Amy and a AVL for almost 10 years without issues. Any cabinet company you use may have a cabinet or a piece of trim missing but they will replace ASAP without questions. I get my cabinets fast so I am onto the next project. All cabinets are 3/4” sides and back NOT particleboard. The key is if you are a homeowner make sure you double and triple check your measurements or call a qualified contractor as doing kitchen cabinets can be quite complicated for someone without experience. AVL has and will be my go to cabinet vendor.

It’s unfortunate to see the negative commentary. I understand there may be conflicts under different circumstances, but, in my experience, AVL was always guiding and helping me with my purchase. When I made a mistake on the countertop, Amy went above and beyond to correct my mistake. As for pricing, AVL beat the big name stores by thousands. And this was for a small kitchen . I couldn’t be happier with my cabinets and countertop. I would definitely recommend AVL.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! First off we had tons of cabinets missing from our order when delivered, when we realized it we called them and they told us they would bring it to our home ASAP. They ended up delivering them to ANOTHER PERSONS SHED. they snuck into their shed and dropped off OUR cabinets. While going back and forth over text message, the driver finally delivered it to us. If you are thinking about ordering a farm sink, DO NOT get it from this company. They will sell you the wrong size cabinet where the sink will not even fit. We have to saw our brand new cabinets to make the sink fit, which is most likely going to look awful. We had to push back getting our sink installed and countertops installed that we will not even be able to get it done by this month. I WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO GET CABINETS. Home Depot I s more expensive but definitely worth it, this company has left me with nothing but a headache.

I have been doing business with AVL for 5 years and have remodeled over 25 kitchens using Amy as my sole kitchen cabinet provider. As a contractor who primarily flips homes, AVL has always had my cabinets, tile, flooring, counter tops delivered to me as promised. Kitchens sell a home and Amy has helped me numerous times in designing beautiful kitchens for the homes I flip. When working with customers renovating their kitchens, Amy always takes the time to sit with us giving them a visual on what their dream kitchen will look like.

Horrible experience!! Never get your countertops installed from these guys!! No professionalism!! They messed up so many things after installing.. now not ready to fix that also. I have to spend extra money to get fixes done from our contractor. Even installation is not smooth. Sides of backsplash is not cut fine and gaps are easily visible. They are not ready to fix these also instead says gaps does happens.. Installers came in evening and owner not ready to talk as she says she is out of office already.. whom to talk with in case of issues if owner not available..i regret choosing these guys:((((Better pay more money but get your work done from better professionals.

I have been building homes in central N.J. since 1980.I wish I knew about AVL sooner.Very pleased with the quality and pricing of cabinetry tile and flooring. The service that Amy provides has helped me meet deadlines many times.

I would give a zero star if I could. I ordered kitchen cabinets at this place and I got faulty broken cabinets delivered which were chipped and damaged. Even while ordering, Amy was extremely rude and blunt in her interaction with us. She had no sense of how to politely interact with customers. When I called for the faulty cabinets deliver, Amys response was the damage is only at the back of the cabinet so it is not going to show and it is ok. On top of it, she was asking for 25% restocking fee for returning the damaged cabiets. Extremely rude behavior while treating customers! One of the worst customer service experience ever! Exteremely dissapointing given this is our first major remodeling project. I would never ever recommend AVL Trading to anybody! Dont ever go to them for any of your remodeling needs! You could save a lot of headache!

My order was placed June 2nd and I paid for delivery. They delivered the wrong cabinets and they sent 1 man to do the delivery. I told Amy I did not want my corner cabinet to be a lazy Susan and guess what was delivered a lazy Susan inside my corner cabinet . So disappointed with this company! I also told her I will purchase my own farmhouse sink and she knew from June why is she arguing with my contractor about this.

Talking to Amy which was AVL rep was a waste of time. The wrong cabinet was delivered for the farmhouse sink . I did not want a lazy suzann in the corner cabinets. On Wednesday I received a text that the rep would not be coming on Thursday to measure my counter top and the rest of my order would be refunded to me. The worst company I ever dealt with !!!!

People please stay away from this AVL KItchen. If u want to loose money and get annoyance in return you can choose them.
