No more Baskin Robbins in this Dunkin’. No reason for me to come back here.

Most pathetic customer service, I had order cake online, in three days advance. On the day of delivery, they messed up with the order. Instead of accepting their mistake and started giving silly excuses when I asked for a refund, they misbehave. I wish I can give a negative star.

Nice atmosphere and clean store and delicious ice cream!

Got there 9:50pm. Was waiting for some friends before I was to head inside. Person inside locked door at 9:54pm. Website says they open till 11pm. Tried calling and nobody inside picked up the phone. This was today, Saturday. 2 other customers stopped by at 10pm and sadly none of us were able to get Ice cream at this location.

Cashier Stole money from my card to what I believe is to treat her friends to some of the basking Robins ice cream there. I didnt realize it until I got home I bought a doughnut which is a dollar in a small black coffee which is about $2 should have been $3 my car is charged $927 be careful. At this place.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order and when it was to be picked up my dasher had to call and tell me that the store had no icecream. The dasher handed the phone to an employee and then a manager who told me in horrible broken English that no ice cream. So I asked for my order to be canceled and they told me tomorrow they will. I tried to call back and talk to the manager again as soon as I hung up to confirm all this and no one picked up the phone. I let it ring twice for 3 mins each.

I came here at 10:45 PM and the building closes at 11 P.M. All the doors were locked and they just stared at me when I came to the door. Very poor service. May not come back.
