Online says they are open i came to Menlo mall location to find them closed. We update your dates and times of services . Gas is not cheap to be driving minutes to pick up a delivery and you are closed .

I needed to repair my grandmothers necklace she left for me, I was scared it was going to be ruined so I have been putting it off. Liz put my mind at ease about it and the necklace came back good as new. It is a piece of my grandmother that I can now wear close to my heart once again. Faith in humanity restored.My husband had bought me a beautiful necklace for Christmas only for the chain to break a week later. I was so upset. I took it to Mike and without any hesitations he gave me a replacement chain. Any other person would have needled you about protection plans ect. So thankful, will definitely be back.

Really great service! I was nervous about going to get my girlfriends V-day present because I have had bad experiences in other jewelry stores but LIZ made it a great experience! She helped me find something in my price range that I know will help make it a special day.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I first came in to get my ring resized and Liz gave me a ring guard to hold me over until the holidays. The ring guard broke since I work in the medical field and I’m constantly using gloves. I went back to get it resized for good this time and I had the pleasure of working with Bob. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He even guessed my ring size ! He made the process very smooth and easy but also talked me though everything. I will definitely keep Bob and this location in mind for future purchases !

Walked in and everyone ( 3 associates) seemed too busy to offer any help. Entire store had no customers. Had to walk up to an associate for help. Felt profiled.

Horrible customer service. I had purchased a ring a month ago special order because it was not available in the store. I was told it will take approx 2 wks to come in my phone number was taken and was told I would get a call when it comes in. One month later and still no call. When I finally called I was told oh its here it was never logged I asked why is that and well its here you can come get it. I went in two days later because it is a drive for me and went in told the employee I have a ring to pick up. Said all the names I spoke to and was told my ring is not here. After calling customer service because of the run-around of 10-15 minutes both employees come to me asking wheres the ring???? I said excuse me what ring?? And they said its an exchange. I told her no I have the receipt nowhere does it say exchange on here. Lo and behold they find it after another 10 minutes. What should have been a less than 5 minute transaction just got me so baffled at their customer service. Still have no heard from the manager who the employee said would call me.

Every piece of jewelery from here breaks. Might as well go to Claire’s. Doesn’t happen to any other of my jewelry except from Zales. Customer service is friendly and handles it well but it’s not worth the money anymore which you need constant repairs.

Very unhappy with the salesmans attitude today. I walked in and he asked what the occasion was. I told him I was looking for an anniversary gift for my wife, to which he replied How long have you been putting up with her. I find this to be extremely rude and after informing him that we have a wonderful marriage, I left. Please have respect for your customers if you want to keep their business.

Well, after reading the reviews on google review. I was a bit intimidated to visit Zales store. Either ways, I went to the store, plus I had to see for myself. Apparently, I spoke with an sophisticated and well prepared consultant in the store. She answered all the questions that I presented. Thank you Liz for your assistance on purchasing a ring.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! I called to see if they had an item in stock and I was treated like an annoyance. The conversation literally went something like this...Me: Hi, do you have the earrings with the stock number XXX in stock?Zales: Did you check the website?Me: No Im not in front of a computer, I wrote the stock number down earlierZales: You know you can check that on your phone toMe: Can you please check for me?Zales: Im sorry we have no way to check out stock over the phone, if you want you can come in and check, have a good dayCLICK!

This place is just amazing. They have so many great watches in here and they also have clocks which are a great thing, this makes this place a one stop clock shop.

To Liz who was extremely rude I will make sure to tell everyone how rude and unprofessional u were and not to shop or deal with u and if I could give u a zero rating that’s what u would get awful service will NEVER shop in there again

I entered the store just to have a look. As we have always purchase from the Zales store in the Willowbrook Mall. When I entered the store manager Nancy came to me and asked if she can help me, I said I was only looking. A few minutes latter a sales rep. by the name of John Lewis approached me. I asked Mr. Lewis if he can search his date base to find my records, I wanted to get my wedding & engagement rings cleaned. There was a stone lose also. Mr. Lewis took his time and found it. I was surprise since the staff in the Willowbrook Mall always told me that they were unable to find it and I had to pay to get it cleaned .The reason I am writing this is so everyone that reads these reviews will know that this store is a well staff store. I left my rings and when I left the store I felt so happy that Mr. Lewis took his time to help me . Especially since I had purchase the extended warranty and other protection. I was also given a flyer on a design your own event that will be on October 12, 2014. I just felt like I was being treated like a valued customer. I had to get a ring sent out for the 3rd time today because they didnt size it right the first 2 times. Its ridiculous I got the ring for Christmas and now its almost February and still havent been able to wear my ring.
