Like I said in the other review, there are 3 SGH in this mall.. this one is the best, in terms of service .. the sales person here is so helpful .. very polite and patient. Returns are good. But it’s a bit smaller than the one in 2nd floor. Still a decent collection of raybans, oakley, maui jim and other brands. They have some discounts goin on often, and we try to buy during these discounts. Good buy and a good place !

The experience I had today was amazing. I wll alway purchase from Sunglass Hut. Your salesperson went beyond, she was patient and truly cared to make my shopping experience 5 STAR.

Terrible customer service! The ladies attending customers are extremely rude, busy in their own conversation. One of the sunglass did not fit, instead of checking the alignment problem, these ladies discuss on how customer’s features may be at fault!I’ve never seen such a treatment towards a customer.Pathetic! I wish I knew the names of each of the salesperson to mention, but I hope the owner takes necessary action!

Place was good. Shop workers were nice and explained me all deals and were polite. I bought two nice goggles rayban and oakley.

Not much of a selection. The saleswoman Kelly was nice and very helpful I was impressed on her knowledge of sunglasse . No Carrera sunglasses.

Horrible customer service and no price matching policy. I asked to price match Amazon but they would not. So I tried to return a very expensive pair of sunglasses. They wouldn’t except the return because there was a scratch... how I didn’t even wear them!

Good selection. However, was greeted by the least helpful person Ive ever bought anything from. How do they look, I ask. Good. Literally her response to every pair I tried on. Ended up buying a pair of Oakleys, no help to the lady behind the counter. Went a few doors down to a clothing retailer that also sells accessories. Found the same pair I just spent $200 on for $50 less. Needless to say, I will not be going to Sunglass Hut again other than to try on a pair I plan to buy online.

I had a worst experience in this store . I was charged more and the bill was showing another model than the one I bought I would have not know that if I didn’t go for return .

Supposed to be open at 10, its 1130 and its closed . What a waste of my time
