So I spent about 2 hrs in this store helping my mom and daughter pick out and help build their bears its a lot to choose from so yes I liked this place

I had an excellent experience bringing my grandson to BAB at Menlo. Even though I had to wait due to the COVID regulations, the Staff was excellent and assisted me with all my needs. The worker Gigi stuffed my bear was friendly and very outgoing, I appreciated my experience and will be returning to this location in the future

Me & my friend went here to get little friendship stuffies. The worker I think her name was Jodi, was so nice & outgoing. Would come back!

It was lovely experience for our kid! She was happy to be able to make a 🐻 of her choice. Bear choices were fine with the price.

Terrible with staffing, only 13 people allowed in at a time. We went at 2pm on a Thursday we waited online for 40 mins. They only had 2 people working, the person filling each bear took way too long.

Brought my toddlers here for the first time and they had so much fun. The lady who did the stuffing was so patient and the man who checked us out was so engaging and great. Loved the expirence cannot wait to come again !!

I loved my experience there! The employees were so nice! They acted like kids themselves! My bear is a retired Sweet Cuddles Pink Bear, and she loved it too! We got her the Minnie sleeper and the Harley-Davidson tank and the skinny jeans with pink and white ear bows! It goes great with her Twinkle-Toes! I love Build-A-Bear and I never want it to close down. - Bella and Rosie. (Rosie is the bear!)

Absolute friendliest group of coworkers youll ever find! We love the stuffed How to Train Your Dragon family weve built up over the several weeks coming here (with an endless amount of MLP too)

This BAB has some of the friendliest staff I ever met. I go in every time Im at the mall, even if Im not building a bear. And they really take their time helping you get the softness of the bear.

We were here for a birthday party. The hostess, Caitlin, was wonderful, and the children had a great time.

Build a bear advertised pay your age today, I made plans to take my daughter she got so excited. Only to get there and they were closed because of capacity. Its great that they are giving $15 voucher but that doesnt really make up for kids that are excited and now are disappointed. A better plan should have been in place because of course its a known fact that a bunch of customers would show up.

We went today to get my daughter her first teddy for her first birthday and we got it for $1.... we had fun building the teddy and the girl who works there was really nice and patience with us her name is Anisha...thank you for being Nice.....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to this store last Sunday and it was 6:50 pm I didnt know they close so early and this lady just slam the gate down right in front of me and i do understand that they close early but it says 7 not 6:50 and I would spend not even 10 minutes cause I knew what I was going for and I know it would be like 7 minutes. I have done it the week before already. but with this said i dunno if i can give them any stars.But the week before I had gone there cus my Godsons birthday was coming up and I got helped so contagious and the girl was super nice.

Victoria was very sweet and very helpful. Store was very clean and organized. Just like I remember it when I was younger.

Great staff at menlo park mall store, believe it or not we had no wait for a Saturday night my kids finally got to use there birthday gift cards and make their own style bear they wanted 🐹🐯🐶🐵🐻🐼

Visited this BAB location last week with my grandchildren and daughter. Staff was wonderful. We were greeted immediately by a cheerful young man( named Jesse) he helped my grandkids pick out the perfect stuffed animals and showed them all the choices they could stuff into their new pets. While he was stuffing,he was so engaging to my grandchildren I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face! While my grandkids were picking out clothing, I noticed a family enter the store with little boy holding his ripped bear. He was very concerned about what would happen to his bear. (Jesse) approached the little guy (on his level!) and asked him what the problem was. The boy explained, (Jesse) took the bear and told him the doctor, in the back would take great care of his bear and he would be as good as new very soon. OMG the sweetest moment!Above and beyond customer service!!! So impressed! Many times people only like to review when something is negative, I would much rather review the positive. Thanks again Jesse for the great customer service experience! We will be back!

It was so much fun! I got the peanut butter puppy, and a paw print dress with a smiley face emoji shirt. They even gave her free bows! I cant wait to go back and have my birthday party there!

I went here by myself to build a bear for my girlfriend, which is awkward enough when you’re my age, but the guy who helped me was really cool and made the process fun and easy rather than childish and awkward. I wish I remembered his name to give him a personal shoutout and recognition for his great customer service.

10 people are allowed in the store at a time that includes the workers too

There was a birthday party so filling a bear took forever. We eventually just got out of line which was utter chaos. Dread going back but I probably will

Hello I had a pre-planned birthday party at the Menlo Park store in Edison NJ this past Sunday for 9 children for my twins 5th birthday.The package was $35 per child plus tax and we had 9 children. This was a pre-planned package that I selected online and it was very easy to book online.The party planner (Matt) was fun and engaging. All of the children had so much fun selecting a bear, a clothing item, and a backpack which was included in the $35 price. I asked another girl (Stephanie) I believe if I could pay for the party towards the end so I wouldnt miss the lunch upstairs that I was planning. She began to ring/scan every item and the total came to almost $500. I looked at her in shock and then she looked at me puzzled and tried to figure out the error. I told her I would be back since I was now missing my childrens birthday (huge inconvenience). When I went back to the store it was still wrong! Now my children are hanging on me. Then they call in a manager who finally figures out what she was doing wrong. Then they ask if I want to buy gift cards $5 for $10 ones. No thanks! I will not be back. The manager half heartedly apologized and Stephanie acted as if I was a pain.If the party was pre-planned on the website, you should just be able to pay easily at the end and not wait for them to scan every single tag and then get confused twice. She also asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards, and then never gave them to me.Will NEVER go back and other parents beware of this ridiculous system they have!Sad!Bridget Giarrusso

After waiting in line for hours my kids were sent home with no bear at pay your age event. Management better do something this is ridiculous.
