Great staff. Its very different from when I first went there. They are very attentive to your needs and will go out of their way to best for your budget. They have never pressured me to buy, which in turn let me buy more. The selection of juices are great.

Great atmosphere with a very friendly and helpful staff I was helped by a gentleman named Dalton who was very informative and store nice. He exchanged a product for me that was defective right away and explained me to me everything about the product. This is how a business should be run with a very kind and helpful staff. The owner of the establishment was rather friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately, Sunday morning, the girl at the front counter with curls was extremely rude and not helpful in regards to assisting a customer with their confusion to their newly purchased vaporizer. This is by far one of the nicest vape shops Ive ever been to. There juice selections is absolutely outstanding along with mods. Also the costumer service is great as soon a you walk up there is someone who is ready to help you and is very knowledgeable about the products. The people are very nice and the prices are good. The employees are both knowledgeable and pleasant and they listen to what you need and while they make suggestions, they arent pushy to upsell like some places are. I highly recommend.

It’s got a nice selection but there is one employee who thinks it’s ok to scare the customers by throwing an unbreakable water pipe on the floor with no warning. This has happened twice and the loud sound of clattering glass is NOT appreciated.

Great store. Friendly environment. Knowledgeable staff. I only wish they had someone there to do advanced builds but that shouldnt matter. I saw one review based off of one brand of juice, that is not the fault of the store they dont make the juice. The owner has several stores in the extended general area, if this store doesnt have what u are looking for they will point u in the right direction. Advanced builds and frequent customer discount is all they lack. Otherwise this is my main store for all my vaping needs.

Want there with my husband Sunday night and this young lady was giving the guy behind the counter a hard time to the point where we felt awkward being in the store, but he handled the situation very professionally and calmly. Both employees were super attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about vaping. I pass 3-4 other shops on my way to this shop but this store has easily become my new go-to spot for all things vape related.

Been going here for 2 years staff is always friendly and pricing is fair...if youre looking for glass they have a great selection but if vapes are your thing their selection is a mixed bag, they have the starter kits but no selection for mid range its either cheap or expensive and the 2 or 3 mods they have in the middle is just not enough. But if youre looking for a mech they got them plus any flavor youd ever want and the staff is very knowledgeable about every one.

This Vape shop has everything you could possibly need vape. Above and beyond that, they now carry Tobacco Water Pipes, Glass accessories, silicone, and lots of other 420 devices. Anyway, the staff has always gone above and beyond to help me out. They have been extremely polite, and most recently aided me when I was looking for pre built coils. They happen to sell one of my favorite companies coils, CoilClout. Those N90 Mech coils rock on my Purge! Thanks again!

RT 1 Vape Shop is the total and complete picture of what a well run business should be minus the totally offensive ego. What I though was the complete line of Naked Juices was quickly squashed by seven others I never knew about. The variety of mods, tanks, juices, hooka and other beautiful, hand blown glass smoking devises, just makes it a top notch shopping experience. Customer service is key. Greated by smiles and knowledge that from a beginner or someone who isnt a hobbiest, there are no dumb questions. They have the largest supply of CBD products that Ive ever seen, in person or online and the knowledge to boot. Prices? Really? You mean save two or three bucks? Yeah you might find it cheaper. Thats just the way $%#@ works. To go to a store and they know thier regulars by name and treat the ones they dont, just the same. No matter how much you spend or dont spend. The people who work here are super friendly and have pretty good insights on their products, especially the e-juices that you potentially want to purchase. I had a great experience in this store! I went in because I wanted to give up smoking Black n Mild cigars. I literally spent about an hour and a half there being educated by Rob and Xing while they also took care of other customers. I decided to purchase what I would call a beginners kit, and I must say I am thoroughly pleased. I had half of a B & M in my pocket that I thought I still wanted to smoke. But after using my new vape kit in the store and on the way home, to my surprise I had no desire to smoke the B & M, and promptly threw it in my trash.Rob and Xing gave great customer service, and great customer education. The store is clean, well stocked with a variety of mods and juices, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I will be a regular customer, and I highly recommend this vape shop.
