This is one of the most unprofessional experiences that Ive ever had.I went to this place 2 years ago to inquire about a treatment for migraines, depression and anxiety and the woman who appears to be the owner not only said that acupuncture does not help that but also made me feel ridiculous for asking. She looked down on me and basically laughed at my questions. She is a despicable human being, rude, no manners and uneducated about what she does. Im so glad that I didnt end up letting her put niddles on me. This person is not fit to deal with people in need of help.
I scheduled an appointment for my wife set for 11 am yesterday with the Shanghai Acupuncture Herb center, My wife and I arrived 10:45 and noticed the office was closed so we waited in the parking lot for 1 hour. We called the office number 4 times, no answer...My wife was very upset, she wanted to go to an acupuncture center in New York city but we wanted to give this center a visit since its much closer to our home. This morning I received a voice message from the Shanghai, the woman from the center said her cell phone battery had died, thats it. That was the the entire message, my battery died.If this is how they run their center I do not want them treating my wife, we will reschedule with the New York center.
This is a very good clinic. Doctor is reliable and prescribes only what is needed. Its worth a visit for any kind of illness/ailment. She helped address a longstanding ailment.
The only place to go if you need help.
