Last year at the travel show in NYC I entered a raffle and won a set of London fog Cambridge Hardside Spinner luggage. I loved it at first glance; the rounded angled sides and classy design makes it appealing. Now that I have used all 3 pieces (20, 24 and 28) for a year I can truly say it is spectacular. It rolls easily, holds its weight, easy to manage and packs well. Expandable zippers enable even more to fit in for those extras bought on the trip! It is even easy to clean and relatively light weight for its construction and durability. Definitely recommend the Cambridge luggage set

Customer service is very poor. Marysue has poor client service skills. Spoke to her as my handle broke on London Fog luggage, I offered to repair if they sent a part, she said yes then wanted me to pay $65.00USD plus customs for shipping of a new piece of small luggage. They carry no parts for handles and wheels when luggage colors change. They do not call customers back after several calls and emails. I do not recommend purchasing any luggage this company sells like London Fog.I have asked Marysue three times to speak with a manager one week ago and I have received no call back and no response. They do not care about their clients and only want to profit from a small repair.BTW: This luggage piece has a 10 year warranty and it is 2 years old.
