Quality of products these guys make is indeed awesome. One can confidently buy appliances from them and be rest assured there wouldnt be any issues for years. I have shopping here for more than 20 years. A couple days ago I bought many things from there including a mixer and the service was excellent. The husband and wife who run the store are very attentive to their customers and helped me through the whole process. If there is any problem with the product, they try to give after-sale service.

Came here to buy a wet grinder and the staff was very patient with me since I had my mom in wheelchair. Explained us the difference between the grinder and which one would be good for my mom. I believe the store doesnt have storage for their items so at times it can be a little tight for people in wheelchair to maneuver as well as when they get few more customers in the store. The staff was gracious enough to bring the heavy grinder to our car. Will always recommend my friends and family to buy from this spot.

Ultra wet grinder arm that holds the drum had broken and needed a fix. Called up Balaji electronics. They understood the problem readily owing to their experience. We are Maryland while they are in NJ and they gave us the confidence our drive will be worthwhile. They fixed the grinder quickly once we were there for $45 and it is now working perfectly fine. I bought BalajiUSA Power Max Mixer Grinder exactly one year before. We had some trouble with all 3 jars. 2 of the jars had parts broken and one did not have a sharp blade. So we requested them to get them fixed. They fixed them quickly and did not charge me anything. Only reason to give 4 stars is I wish we didn’t have any trouble with the mixer grinders at least for first few years after purchase.

My Ultra wet grinder stopped working after 8 years, I called the shop and the owner was very polite and said he will charge 45$ plus tax if he could fix it, next day he fixed it in 30 minutes and gave me some friendly advice how to take care of the machine as well. I couldn’t think of a better mixie and wet and dry grinder to use for my home. I never really cooked before this but I absolutely LOVE the wet and dry grinder and the mixie. I use the mixie for making a pesto sauce for my pasta and making jalapeño chutney. The wet and dry grinder is what I use for my chili garlic paste and grinding black pepper so I can use it for my black pepper dispenser. Can’t recommend the product enough. Please disregard the messy machine cause that’s how often I use it!!

Good place to buy Indian electronics. Recently I bought a balaji USA brand 750 watt mixer. The efficiency of mixer is good but it makes hell lot of sound. Besides the sound it makes, all is well. Also be careful while cleaning it. The blades are placed horizontally as well as vertically. So while cleaning, the vertical blades may hurt your fingers. They do have horizontal blades model in 650Watts.The plastic wheel which turns the blades broke in just 2 months of moderate usage.

Hi Viewers,Balaji USA is the best one stop shop for all your Indian appliances. I bought their Balaji Wet grinder and had some issues with it. Called them and to my surprise, they said to come in store with all the batter / material needed to make idli / dosa batter. We did the entire grinding in store and the owner helped me to fix the issue right away. All the staff are very polite and treat customers with high priority.I highly recommend their store to all.

We got this mixer and its awesome quality. The blades in my last mixer were not as good they left full grains at the bottom, but this one picks up everything in its way with its lotus shape blades in the wet jar. The noise is same as my old preethi eco chef and has more power than old one for sure. The gentlemen educated us on how to make our mixer last a long time. Must say to buy this one for best food results.

We needed to service the mixer last year, we were having problem with mixer not turning on. We called the store, they were very helpful. Did a curbside drop off. I was hoping to get it back in a couple of days, but for a call from them 10 mins after I dropped off and they said mixer is fixed. Super friendly customer service.

My first experience with Balaji was fantastic. The recent one with a new attending person was terrible. I wanted to get a preeti machine repaired. The Lady at the counter was busy with other customers but she said the guy in the store would help and I found one who was sprawled on the chair. He said wait someone will come. Then the lady comes back and asks me why I am waiting? I said the guy said someone will help me. Then this man reluctantly gets up to work and says, I am not so well but I will repair. So I wait he removes a part and says it’s bad. It will cost 37$. I agreed to pay. The motor worked. But when I came back the machine had same issue. We are far away from Edison so no way to go back immediately and I felt I was ripped off. I checked google and then found a solution. My machine coupler was likely bad. Taking chance I ordered one from amazon less than 6.5$ and replaced the part. My machine is good. But I got a bad taste of service from Balaji. I felt even worse because my past experience was great. The new person at the counter spoilt the reputation. I want my money back :(:(:(

Great place to buy appliances we use in India which is difficult to find online and needs to be bought from India. Friendly and trustworthy business owner. You can even find small items like safety valve for pressure cookers. Prices are cheaper than Amazon and definitely cheaper than getting it shipped for India. You can buy the necessary kitchen accessories here and use the precious 23kg/46kg airline baggage limit for something more important which you can’t find here or online.
