Best customer service experience I ever had! Antonella was amazing with helping me pick out a bed and talking me through all options. She listened to what I needed and even helped me lift it into my car. I’m also so excited that you can try out the bed before you buy them because I thought they were online only. I’m so happy with my nova Casper mattress best night sleep I ever had. I’ve very thankful for this store and the kind staff.

Nicest staff (they don’t make commission). I had my puppy with me and the staff walked around holding her while letting me and my daughter lay around in all the beds. The store was so clean. Staff so knowledgeable and not pushy at all! I was hesitant to buy a hybrid and not a traditional mattress but after spending a lot of time lying around in the Caspers, I made the jump. I purchased a king size Nova Hybrid with a Pro Rise Adjustable base. 20% heroes discount!! I did opt for the delivery and set up for a reasonable fee. Hopefully that will go as well as the shopping experience. And hopefully I will love the mattress! You should at least give this store a visit

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress and bed. We have been looking at a Casper online because we knew a few people who loved theirs. We were not sure if we should go with the hybrid or the original all foam. We decided to go to this store to lay on them and make a decision. I am so happy we did. The way the store is set up you don’t feel like you are in a store each bed has its own little room. The employees left us alone for a few minutes to relax and talk about the bed. Everyone was helpful and not pushy or just trying to make a sale. They listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. We have had our bed for about two months now and we love it. Both of our back pain has gone away and we wake up well rested, we are so happy with this bed and recommend going to the store to lay on them.

My lady and I were in the market for a new mattress and we stopped into Casper. We met Danielle and made us experts on the beds, sheets, pillows, body alignment I mean the works. She truly is great and the poducts are amazing. High quality materials and the beds are so comfortable I can sleep less and feel more rested. Highly recommend the store. Hopefully you deal with Danielle shes phenomenal.

My partner and I have been shopping around for different mattress now for a couple weeks, we have been wanting to upgrade our old spring mattress. This was actually our last stop in a morning of trials at different mattress locations. The team was very welcoming amongst all the business and was able to fully walk us through trying all three grades of mattress. Casper was a WONDERFUL experience. I honestly wanted to buy everything in there!! Also, Danielle was amazing and super easy to talk to. She gave us some tips and was very informative about the pillows, bed sheets, and duvets.

I had a great experience with Danielle. To start of Casper at Menlo Mall for me is the best, Danielle and cast are very welcoming and pleasant to talk too. Second I purchased the memory foam pillow for myself, and didn’t have a good experience with the pillow. Danielle went beyond her expertise, professionalism and compassion to understand and help me decide with my issue. AMAZING experience! Danielle LaBarbera went above and beyond with our purchase and was extremely helpful in finding the perfect Casper set up for myself. The store layout is very cool and not your typical mattress store (a good thing!) Everything is a personalized experience. Will only buy Casper from now on when I need a mattress!

Leaving 4 stars because, while I was checking out, the final tally looked kinda high and I asked them to double check - turns out the tablet they were using to ring me up didnt correctly apply the 30% discount at first. Other than that hiccup, great experience!

I had a lovely time meeting with Antonella and Danielle. Its my first time buying a modern mattress, so Im very grateful Casper had a physical location for me to give the mattresses a spin myself. Without the wonderful direction, Id have never discovered I prefer a soft, supportive mattress but a firm pillow. I had always assumed I just didnt like pillows very much! Forget counting sheep, Ill be getting so much rest Ill need to start naming them instead!

Casper is a great company, and they hire awesome people.The sales process is well refined, their store is very thoughtfully decorated and their staff is fun and informative. Theyre very understanding of how difficult picking and sticking to a mattress can be as well.The product is really well constructed and feels great.

Casper in Menlo Park Mall is amazing from the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff member mine happen to be Danielle she was very helpful and helped us choose the best mattress to fit our needs we slept on it last night and it was the best sleep Ive gotten in a long time I recommend Casper if you want a more comfortable mattress your body feels elevated and youre not sinking into the bed I felt no pressure on my back like I did on my old mattress definitely a great investment..😴💤💤

At Menlo Park Mall Casper Store for me this is by far the best store I’ve made a visit too on my hunt for a new mattress Danielle and another young lady Norielle was such a pleasure. I am new to Casper and unlike other store they broke down every mattress they have in the store not just bring me to the most expensive one.
