The young lady that I purchased my mattress from was very helpful And patient. I was a bit hesitant about making such a large purchase at this time. I don’t feel rushed . Our experience was very good. The gentleman Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and careming to our needs. He did a fabulous job understanding my problem of back pain and assisted me to try the perfect mattress which woulf suit me and my wife both at the same time despite the fact that wife is a side sleeper with no back issue and i am a back sleeper with lower back pain . I was there for a hour. Tried 3 beds than have to make a choice between two. Got my extra firm mattress and adjustable base and pillow and the Boris the store manager took his time with me.I was even given a bottle of water. The Menlo Park store is is a great place to shop for mattresses. The prices are great and staff is amazing. Ask for Boris, he is very knowledgeable and patient. Boris understands shopping for a mattress isnt always easy, but he knows he stuff and incredibly helpful.

I was not intending to buy a mattress that day - I was “shopping” and planned to make my purchase closer to home st the Mattress Firm in NH. But Boris was so great, I decided he deserved credit for the sale. They are shipping to me from their NH warehouse.

I can’t believe I spent over $2,000!!!!but it was well worth it!!!
