I’ve an account with Sherwin Williams for more then 10 years. Edison branch located at talmage Has very poor customer service. I asked them a questions and the first word they say is no no no. Even the guy named Mark don’t bother to check in the system if he has primer or paint that Swing Restoration Corp needs. The guy went back to check something and never came back on counter. Very very poor service

If I could give a zero I would. We hold a corp account with SW. My store that I usually use was out of stock on the paint we use but advised the Edison store had it. I contacted then, and Indian sounding guy answered the phone and instantly became rude with me, and basically said how do you know what I have in stock when I told him I was referred by my regular supplier, he said yeah I ask them and hung up the phone.

Not the service i was expecting for a such a big store .

Very professional, swift, knowledgeable and courteous staff, A+ service. I was in and out the store in no time. No need to spend endless time figuring out from the selection, just tell them what you are doing.

Staff are very friendly and you get good advice on paint types. One stop shop for all your painting supplies.

Great experience. Manager really went the extra mile to help locate a product they didnt carry in stock. Knowledge, friendly and offered value for us to make return visits.
