My son and I went to get a new battery for his 2008 Chevy Impala. Since the car still ran on the old battery (with a jump start), we were able to drive the car to the store. They had the battery in stock, installed it for us and then we got an $18.00 credit for them taking the old battery. We got the 2 year warranty battery ($149.99). The staff member who took care of us was professional and very efficient. I would 100% recommend them for your next battery replacement.

I came in for a brake fluid check and an older gentlemen named Michael (N or H I believe) offered instantly to come out and help. He was more than happy to hustle outside and checked my brake fluid and showed me how clean it was, he also offered to check the wear on my brake pads and sure enough that’s what was needed. I also asked in passing what the best way to clean an engine bay would be, he went out of his way excitedly to show me the most effective nozzles and brushes to use. I leave this review because his demeanor and enthusiasm made my entire day. He’s one of the genuinely good people in the world and he deserves to be recognized. Because of that I’ll be a returning customer!!

I came here to change my headlight and the employees were really nice to me. As a young woman it can be a bit daunting to get items for my car alone but I did not get any sort of bad vibes here at all. Really recommend it.

Management must not have a clue. They need new leadership. They say that they brought you the part and then type in your name in as a signature, when the part isnt actually delivered.

Trevor saved us over 200.00 with his kindness and customer service on a timely search for our warrantee for our alternator.

Such great service! Husband purchased a battery on line and picked up in store. They checked our old battery before changing. Trevor was so great! We were 1 of 3 cars in the parking lot and they were taking great care of us all. Masks were worn too. We see you, AutoZone!

Ugh what can I say about Auto zone... 1/10 employees can help (real help) SSSOOOO SLOW! But theres just no where else to buy some stuff... Take the good with the bad

The employee was very nice to me. He checked my battery an my alternator an starter. He saved me like 140$. An found an oil leak for me that I didnt know i had. He was the man. Wish I knew his name or I would post it.

The old guy here that worked around 12pm on 1/9/ 21 has no customer service experience evidently as he was completely rude to my boyfriend. Would barely answer questions and was condescending and rude. I get the feeling it was because we’re gay, but regardless if one does not agree with our lifestyle there is no need to be a jerk.

Mike H is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He has always been willing to help on every interaction I gave had at this store! He’s awesome!

Helpful staff, well stocked with stuff. The parking lot was larger than most. I didnt to make several manoeuvres to get out. You can see both directions when exiting the parking lot.

Time and time again their customer service surprises me with how rude they are. they are stuck up, and don’t listen to what the customer has to say, even when the customer is sometimes right. multiple times i have gone into the store looking for something decently generic, and the employee was rude and wouldn’t listen to you when you tell them the part they are trying to sell you is wrong. they are not knowledgeable, and if you go there looking for anything more than an oil filter or an alternator, this location will have no idea what you are talking about. if you are looking for an auto parts store with a good inventory and customer service, autozone is NOT the place to go. Oreilly’s is just down the street, and 9/10 they will have your part when autozone doesn’t.

I went to get a part they didn’t have it, said they’re going to give me the part number and I could go get it at other store, I asked them repeatedly to confirm part so I could pick it up and he would not do it white tou g man with ratios and beard light brown hair, worst service ever

I had to replace a headlight bulb and the employee who checked on the exact match replaced it for me. Theyve always been helpful at this location.

Called 8 am to check to make sure there was my fuel pump in stock talked to an older gentleman he asked do I want it on hold I said yes he took down my phone number come at 1 pm to pick up told younger cashier with short bowl cut type hair hi I called and was told there was a fuel pump here for my optima young man immediately tried checking stock 0 he didn’t know what he was talking about either as he needed to ask me what it look like and just seemed confused by far worst experience cuz I walked there to get this part cuz my car is down and that’s the whole reason I called ahead no one there is communicative all the cashier act slightly passive never smile heard a lot of i don’t knows and cashiers just seem inexperienced I’ve never had an experience like this at any auto parts store the worst

Truck broke down, glad they were open. Went and got the part, got it on, and got back on the road.

Its really hot outside, my sister and I had a problem with the battery, got the car jumped and made it to AutoZone in E Danforth Rd. We had Ron help us with the situation, he is a product expert, helping us with all information we need, chose the right battery and got things done in less than 5 minutes. The guys here are always helpful and are more than willing to help me troubleshoot an issue I had on my vehicle.. I had come in about a week and a half before and tried to get a reverse tail light for my vehicle which they did not have but then I just came in the other day and they had it in stock so that proves that they listen to their customers and order things that they need! Appreciate these guys and will come again.

After a huge issue with my part I came into the Edmond store and spoke to Mike H. He was very professional and determined to resolve my issue with the part. I will keep coming to the Edmond on Danforth location.

If I could rate this location a negative I would. Went in today for batteries to my fob and the guy only asked if I had been helped. Said nothing else. My friend and I had stood there and struggled to get the back, back on the fob and another guy was complaining about how slow it was. ?????. The two had just kept walking back n forth, so after about a good five min of us struggling with the thing we went out to the truck and messed with it. Next time.... if your soooooooo bored, how about actually help the customer who is actually still standing at the counter instead of ignoring them and talking about how bored you are. Best Autozone in the whole city! The staff have been there for years and are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ive been going to this location for almost 20 years and they are great!

Bad customer service. Apparently answering the phone is more important than helping the customer waiting in line, and not just answering it and putting them on hold but making the person stand there and wait for another 5 minutes while he helps a person on the phone. Was trying to just do a quick in and out while leaving a sleeping baby in the car but unfortunately I had to wake him up and come get him because of how slow the guy was taking......grrrr

Took my car to get a diagnostic. Very nice employee looked at it, found cable to battery loose. Had to add a piece to fill in the gap, as tightening didnt help. Had troubles for so long, its like driving a new car! Its nice to find such caring employees! Thank you very much Super Mechanic!

I spent about an hour here and I experienced the most amazing customer service Ive ever experienced while at AutoZone. Got stuck there. Car died because of a bad battery so I bought a new one. Customer service was super nice they installed the new battery no problems super quick. My only issue is afterwards I priced Walmart and they was $80 cheaper. AutoZone was a convenience and they were great but I wish I had got stuck at Walmart and saved some money.

I want to tell my story today. I was on my way back from a trip in Kansas when i got stranded in Edmund,Oklahoma. I had my vehicle checked before i left on my trip in Abilene, Texas and everything checked out good. On my way back my vehicle started to act up on the freeway until it finally turned off completely. I had a wrecker tow me to the Autozone in Edmund on 706 Danforth Rd and i have never been taken care of like these men did there in this store. These gentlemen went above and beyond what you call service! They made me and my wife feel at home and gave us all the help we needed to get back on the road. I am so glad that this world still has people like these men. My gratitide and big thank you go out to these men. We appreciate the help and hospitality they gave.

Ive always been well cared for at this location. I usually know what Im after, so I dont very often need the extra care that some patrons may require. The staff is always helpful and kind.

Faster than most AutoZones

While some employees are helpful, some forget where they work. This is a parts store, not a service shop. When an employee tells me to wait for a manager to finish working on a car out front to complete my transaction, Im stuck. I wont be returning but one more time (only to return any left over parts that I can).

Nice people, but their parts dont last

I went to the AutoZone on 63rd and May to get my battery tested, the employee couldnt get his clamps on the terminals right to get a reading, so he gave up and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked if we could pull it out to test it but since I came from work I didnt have tools. He told me that they didnt have the right tools so I couldnt borrow any. My wife and I also got her a new battery from them a few months back and they were not helpful then as well.I drove all the way up to Edmond for this store because of my fathers recommendation and past experience with it. The employee I worked with was Ron and he went the extra mile to pull my battery out, test it, help me purchase a new one, replace a terminal connector he didnt feel comfortable with, clean the other one very thoroughly, drop the battery in and get me set up to go.I would highly recommend this specific AutoZone to anyone because of their willingness to help, their willingness to go the extra mile, and their overall friendliness. If you get to work with Ron, you can also rest assured knowing that you will be taken care of very well.

Called them up for advise on how to tell if a fuse needed replacement, they were very informative. I drove over there to get the right pliers, they offered to just let me use a pair if I were to stay in the parking lot, and when I figured out which fuse I needed, they just gave me a couple that were laying around. Whooo.

Stopped in to get our check engine light checked, and the staff was very overworked. Granted it was very busy on a Saturday morning, but the staff that did help us did not give us his full attention and was very short.
