Horrible customer service. We have never been to a Napa where the employees dont acknowledge customers. We understand youre busy but to ignore someone and not even say Ill be with you in a minute .....and we stood there for several minutes. this has happened more than once so NEVER again. Its close to home but Id rather drive a few minutes. And since well never go back, Ill say it could be that we are not white people. POC should NEVER shop here. Like I said, its happened more than once. Oh, and prices are a little high but the employees actions are the reason for this review.

I called in for details about a chain link connector and they gave me the information on how to find the chain size, Which was very helpful. If you are looking for good customer service this is your go to place! Thank you for the help Napa auto parts Waterloo.

I go to Napa for my parts theyre close to me, the gentleman behind the counter are always nice and very helpful I will continue to go there thank you and have a good day and stay safe.

The staff up there, are really friendly and helpful in my experience dealing with[on and off for the past 5 years at least]. Its not your typical NAPA but part of the reason I like them.

Love this place its one of the best auto parts stores around but it doesnt hurt that my Uncle Tim runs it and thats probably part of the reason I liked it so much but in general I just like NAPA auto parts never had been a fan of OReillys I really dont like them at all I do kind of sort of like AutoZoneand I do like advance Auto parts but my number one favorite is Napa auto parts stores I like their tool selections I really like Carlyle tools its a awesome NAPA Auto parts storeand I believe my Uncle Tim carries more tools than any other NAPA Auto parts store anywhere that I know of except the main Warehouse for Napa and I like to buy Carlyle tools from my Uncle Tim Waterloo NAPA store

Clean, Organized store... They do carry some unconventional stuff including Joe Gibbs oil, and for those of us who still make custom spark plugs wires they carry spark plug crimpers.Theres a reason this store was featured on the Street Kings YouTube channel.

Actually I was wondering what happened to the good old napa blue and yellow colors but if you need it the might just have it and was very well organized.
