I’ll be honest, I’m getting close to middle age and have no idea where anything is in Sally’s. But I was asked by my wife to stop in. I got to this store and an associate and unmasked customer were blocking the dye aisle that I assumed I needed to go down. So, I go to the opposite end, and the associate comes out of the back with another associate and proceed to block the end cap I went to so I could try to find what I needed as no one had asked if I needed help. I then decided to walk to the other side, and am finally able to get to the middle of the aisle. I still had no idea what I needed. I stood there for another 7 minutes without any help. Both associates had disappeared. My child was restless. I eventually decided to leave since I couldn’t get anyone to assist. Once I was leaving I heard, “thanks for coming”. Thanks? For what? You offered nothing to me.Update; drove to the northwest store in Edmond, was greeted immediately. In and out in 3 minutes. She even apologized for only having 1 of the items I needed. Which was fine.I’m willing to be reasonable and admit they may have been off or dealing with something, but from my one and only experience, this store is much worse than the other Edmond location. Giving 2 stars as credit for what they may normally be.
I will never shop here again. I purchased a curling iron before Christmas as a gift. I tried to return it the SAME DAY and they refused because of Covid. The manager said that I could return it when they started taking thing back. Now they are allowing returns but now it’s been past 60 days and said I can’t. What??? Terrible customer service for sure
Small store but staff are friendly and kind. Since pandemic the stock within the store as dwindled down. They have rearranged to fill shelf spaces.
They had horrible customer service! The associate was very dismissive and her answer to everything was if it’s not out there then we must be out.
Oh, the manager who repeated 4-5 times in 2 minutes conversation that she is the boss, she is the decision maker for all Oklahoma stores with a serious attitude problem.I have never seen such a rude person as a manager in any retail store in my whole life.Because she didn’t want to return or issue store credit for the product that I’ve used half of it. Such a terrible experience and she didn’t even returned tax on one product that was full because I didn’t have receipt. I don’t know her name but if you want to fix your business, she is the key to be changed. Never go there again. I feel so sorry for her staffs if she was a real manager.
They were really nice and accommodating. They but together a hair colliding kit just for me. I dont have a lot of money to spend and they didnt make me feell bad at all. Super helpfull and friendly. If you are low on cash but need a quick colour and advisement, they should be your go to.
Kia and Alasha was the best customer service Ive experienced ever at Sally Beauty in Edmond. They were helpful, very knowledgeable of the products and encouraged up upsells! KUDOS LADIES!

Customer service needs some serious work. When I signed up for their beauty club discount card it wasnt disclosed to me that I was being charged a fee.
