Staff was friendly and helpful. But checking out took way to long. The register clearly tells what amount to give back when change is due. I was given an amount back that was short. A manager had to correct this situation.

Foaming hand soaps smell great, love tge 3 wick candles, especially when they have a sale. They always seem to have a sale on something.

Dont take an overly sensitive sniffer. Some of the fragrances are mislabeled. I know I smelled Gmas Musty Basement, Gym Socks, College Stripper, Gpas Attic, Gma After Church and many others that had incorrect names

I was so disappointed in the 75% off selection that BBW had displayed at this location.Very small store, the ladies were helpful at the counter, but, they were watching like a hawk! I lessened the stars simply because of low/no nventory of products and product that werent good ones. Please bring back ALL the body fragrances and let the customers decide which they want. The ones that you guys chose are horrible!Do better Bath and Body Works!

This is the place to go if you want to pamper yourself! They always have great scents offered in lotions, body sprays, body gel, candles, and more! They have great sales year-round. Great place to buy gifts as well. The store is always organized and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Love coming here!

Love this place! They change their stock often so when you find something you like better stock up because it wont be there when you come back for more. Love the sales they have, nice subtle scents for all to enjoy. Their candles are amazing. They smell incredible and last forever! Nice variety of scents to choose from. Snickerdoodle is the best! People think Im baking cookies!

I placed an order online for hand sanitizer and was advised that I will receive an email conformation once my order is ready for pick up. I received my order confirmation sooner than I thought!! Upon my arrival to the location on Bryant in Edmond there was a line, which I anticipated. As I stood there listening to women complain about how there order was not ready, I felt horrible for the young lady at the door as she remained calm, cool and collected while these ladies were mad at her and throwing fits because THEY DID NOT GET THEIR EMAIL ADVISING THEM OF THEIR ORDER BEING READY FOR PICK UP! Of course they responded “I will just cancel my order” and they stomped off as if they had an inner toddler inside. Thank you BBW for allowing this service and thank you for putting up with more than you asked for as you try to find some sort of normalcy through this so we as customers can enjoy your lovely products. You guys do not get paid enough to deal with adult temper tantrums! Thanks again!

The gentleman that worked here was awesome! He helped me find somethings for my nieces birthday and help me with a gift card! And then even went one step further by helping the package look just right so I had nothing to worry about.

I love Bath and body works and I’m so happy they moved to Edmond. The candles are amazing and really scent my whole apartment. There are always great deals as well such as Buy 3 Get 3 Free. And you can pretty much always find a coupon too. The employees are super friendly as well and always available to assist you.

I have tried to shop here several times but they are bad at updating their store hours. Several times I have shown up and it’s been closed but online it still says they are open. I brought it up with a worker who was very rude and completely dismissed my comment. Every time I have shown up there have been other people who showed up as well. Big inconvenience for lots of people.

This is smaller than the stores in and near the mall but they still had a ton of product with great and funny peeps working there. I love that it is so close to home, except I will go broke because of that! At least my house and I will smell great!!

Although th he holiday season is in full swing there is still a nice touch of kindness with every worker and their more than willing to help you find the scent that you are looking for.

They need to use all coupons on one order not tell you they cant mix email coupons with a mail coupons its just stupid. Especially when their prices are too high to begin with the scents never last with their Wallflowers. Have you seen how much the plugins have gone up to for a tiny little light I can buy a lamp cheaper. The sense at the grocery store last longer

Great staff (Nicholas is especially helpful, but the young ladies are nice, too) and the selection of products is good, too. Love having a BBW closer to me than the ones in OKC and highly recommended for anyone who lives in or near the Edmond area.
