We had a great experience. We showed up 40 mins before closing and salesman Jeff who is also the store manager was very patient and made sure we were happy with our decision and did not rush us. He knew his product very well also. Its rare nowadays to get a good salesmen seems like.

Visited this place on Sunday -06Dec2020 to buy mattress topper. They are not selling any mattress topper. The person inside store is very customer friendly. He suggested to book it via online.The store is moderately big. It has discount sale running for Thanksgiving and holiday season.The store is having different type of mattress, bedding, blankets and pillows.It is located on busy area. It have ample parking space.

We had to exchange boxsprings after about three days of use. They explain to me that they could really not resell it because it’s boxsprings (I don’t know exactly what that means but I trust). The gentleman who help me went above and beyond what someone should have to go to to help a customer; I would’ve been happy with much less effort on his part – but he wouldn’t stop until he made a return as seamless and less expensive as he could make it. I highly recommend the mattress firm on second Street in Edmond!

He was super kind, answered all of our questions, and even gave us time and space to really think and consider which mattress is best for us. Normally making a big purchase like this would be stressful, but he made it easy. I even have some back issues, and Jeff pointed me to a few mattresses that would be great to reduce back pain. Had an amazing experience here. I came in with a fair budget, after two days of driving, completely exhausted. Knowing I needed a king with all the parts, they walked me around the store, help me test the quality of the beds and found me an amazing bed. I got the bed, the frame, the box spring all in one package. Including free delivery. As a disabled vet this was a huge priority and they made it painless and got me in and out in less than an hour. I cant really express how nice and friendly the staff was, this was a top of the line experience. I recommend anyone who needs a bed, go here first. Oh and they even offer a, if the bed shows up and you dont want it anymore they will load it back on their truck and leave, they take it back no questions asked. Mattress firm for the win.

McKenzie was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and professional. I haven’t bought a mattress for nearly 15 years and she was great at showing me all of the new features mattresses had to offer! I spent over TWO HOURS at the store and treated myself to a new plush mattress, an adjustable base with massage and I’m so excited for my new cooling gel pillows!! She was great and even stayed late to make sure I was taken care of! I can’t wait for my first nights sleep in my new bed!!

He asked what we were looking for in a new mattress and for our price range, and then he gave us some options based on our mattress preferences and budget. Mattress Firm does it again. After our first Mattress Firm purchase it was time, actually past time, for another. My bad back lead us to the store a little earlier than we planned. Deb and We were the best. They listened to our needs, asked lots of questions to help figure out what would best serve us. After we narrowed it down as far as type and function, they presented a few different options and offered a variety of price ranges. In the end, we made the purchase (Saturday night).We called me on Sunday saying he had talked to the manager of the distribution center (handles the deliveries) and he agreed to get me my new mattresses and adjustable bases much sooner than I was originally told.That is service above and beyond. They actually listened to me and tried to solve my problem faster.Delivery came the next day. Set up and done in under 15 minutes.Weve had our new mattresses for just over 90 days now. They are the best we have ever had and didnt break the bank.Our next purchase will be from this store, from Debbie and Wes!

I dont think Ive ever been to a place that wont accept cash. We were shown several mattresses for my son and when we finally had one picked, I asked the girl if there was a cheaper price if I paid cash for it. She proceeded to tell me that it would be a different story if I did because she wouldve had to keep track of the money and make a deposit and it would be more of a nuisance if I paid in cash. Needless to say, we left and they did not get my money. Bad business!

My husband and I were looking for a king size mattress that’s comfortable, but within our budget.
