Picked up some books for my daughte. They were great.Even got not 1 but 2 free T shirts.

DO NOT RENT HERE (very unethical buisness). They are trying to scam students by returning books the same day as finals then charge you full price for all the books if you dont. I paid $200 for 3 book rentals then was charged $161 saying I apparently own the books now. They proceed to tell me they can buy back the books for $35....

Good place for books and scantrons for classes, however they do have a 2$ minimum requirement to use a card. Had to buy an extra item I didn’t need. Not too much of an issue, just a little inconvenient.

Terrible customer service! My brand new textbook was missing 31 pages. No other correct copies were available.The solution was for me to rent an online version for another $35. They didnt think to contact the publisher for corrected copies. Go elsewhere!

I have had wonderful experiences with this store on multiple occasions. When I was unsure of what I needed to get, they helped me find the right books for my classes. If they were out of a certain book they helped me locate the nearest store that did have one. They did do reasonable price matching and also offered a night drop off box for people who work and cannot get to the store during business hours to turn in books. Overall I would recommend this book store to any college student who needs a cheaper alternative to the on campus bookstore.

The 5 and a half years I attended UCO, I always purchased or rented my books from Textbook brokers. Quick, friendly, and if they did not have a book at the time of renting or purchasing, they would order it and it would arrive with in said time frame. All the staff were always friendly and awesome. They would get you in and out in under 20 minutes depending on when you would go. Prices on renting the books were reasonable and when having to buy the books they were definitely the cheapest to go with. Gently used books for cheap. This is definitely the place to get your books.

Textbook Brokers has always been a huge lifesaver for me. Their staff are always friendly and helpful and the constantly crush the competition when it comes to prices,customer service, and accessibility. I price it my books at the beginning of each semester and Textbook Brokers is always at least $150 less than other stores. Once you go Brokers you never go back. I will never waste my time at Barnes and Noble again.

I have always received friendly and professional service at Textbook Brokers. I have done all of my shopping there since I was a sophomore and I am now a senior. They were very organized with get everyone taken care of. They didnt really give you a chance to look around but I have a feeling its because of the large number of people having to come because the on campus stores line was basically a mile long.

I always compare prices between Amazon, textbook brokers, and the uco Barnes and Noble. Textbook brokers is so easy to order from and they usually have books to rent which means it is cheaper as well as easy to just use for a semester. They are very fast and efficient when you come to pick up your books. I will always use textbook brokers for as long as Im in school. They are great.

I get my textbooks from here every year. Cheaper than most. You cant put it on your bursar but you can do their deal where you can get the books now and pay later. You have to pay for them by a certain date or theyll automatically charge whichever credit or debit card you put on file. But I highly recommend them if you want cheap textbooks.

Dont ever buy books from them, a huge rip off. they also will sell you books that they wont buy back from you, i have purchased 3 books from them, one i was told they wont buy it back because the keep changing it every year, they shouldve told me at the beginning so i can rent instead, the other two the one they just said they dont buy it, and the third one, i paid 110$ before tax and they offered me 10$. my message to the owner, that we live in modern world today and i will dedicate my every free minutes to keep costumers away from you business

Terrible customer service. Manager and staff are very rude. Trying to get a refund for an unauthorized charge and it has been hell. They have charged me for a rental that has never left their facility. I canceled the order and they charged me for it anyway. They leave hateful threatening messages on my voicemail. When I call back the person I need to speak to is never there. Filing a complaint with the credit card company against them. Avoid at all cost. The small amount of money you save by not ordering online is not worth the headache of dealing with these jerks.

This is a great place to come and get your books. At times can be expensive like all textbooks for college pretends to be extremely reasonable prices. It is also extremely close to campus. If you are parked on campus I suggest you just walk over to it because parking at this place can be kind of tough especially if you have a large vehicle.

This place is the best! I realized how bad the campus bookstore rips you off after getting my books here. Online ordering is easy and fast. Paying online is also convenient in case youre using a parents credit card. Receipt comes to your email. Stop by the store and they hand you the bag full of your textbooks and any other supplies you ordered. Boom.Textbook brokers gets all my business from here on out. Beginning of the semester is stressful enough, at least theyre over here making it simpler and cheaper!

A very nice book store on campus and brokers to those very needy people around the world, if you need it they may have it .If not they will be willing and able to get that book for you . Read into it what it is, a book store and campus stop for students needing something for class . They even have shirts hats ect, go on over they will welcome you at the door .

Scam Alert! I turned in books in their after hours drop box. They said they didn’t get them and charged me $430. I talked to the manager about it, who was very rude and said there was nothing he could do. I disputed it with my credit card company and the merchant reply was “.. no customer notes on his profile to indicate he ever spoke to us...” Don’t use this rip off joint. But if you do, never use the drop box and ALWAYS get a receipt and keep it. Textbook Brokers got my money but they will never get my business again. I hope everyone will consider the deceit the manager practices and buy elsewhere. Barnes & Nobles at UCO price match and are much more reputable. Amazon and other online stores are better as well.

Just buy your books from Amazon and save yourself money, and time from dealing with these ignorant people and their disrespectful attitudes. What a hostile environment to conduct business. Zero customer service skill and completely unprofessional.

I received a book in the mail that was marked/written in. I went to textbook brokers and they issued me another that was in better condition. Staff was S U P E R B !!!

Books were easy to find for my courses and the rates were very reasonable.

The manager of this store is a very rude and unprofessional individual. He feels that proper customer service is yelling at them and being verbally combative. After renting me an incorrect edition of a book, he was very intolerant with handling the replacement, at one point sending it back to his warehouse because I was unable to make time to pick it up. Their hours are like bank hours which make it difficult to schedule any visit. Of course the manager felt that this was the customers fault and not the business. Had they made some extra effort to help with the exchange instead of being rude, intolerant and unprofessional they may have received a better review.

They are Always friendly and I love that I dont have to make the trek to the center of campus just to pick up scan-trons or mid semester items. I never have to wait long to check out, which is a huge plus for all of us in a hurry. *plus I perfer to shop here for clothing or collegiate brand things in comparison to the B&N book store when possible (Just because Im cheap and want a deal. I might have to wait awhile for it to go on sale, but I love their clearance/sales items and try to pick up what I can as gifts for the parents and family when possible.) - Side Note: Extra Kudos for whomever tasked that one beautiful and gifted art student to do their windows last semester. I always look forward to the new art outside. In the winter or just during particulary stressful times during the semester, driving by and seeing the pop of color would make me smile. Change it up even more and youll keep us hooked!
