My only complaint was that once we agreed upon the design, I had to wait a couple of weeks for installation. LOL Completely understandable, but I was so excited, I couldnt hardly wait for installation. The designer who came out to the house was extremely professional and personable. He listened to what I wanted and designed my closets perfectly. He completely redesigned my pantry, including roll-out baskets. A place for everything. And each of the secondary bedrooms had their closets redesigned. One is a craft closet, the other is a game/grand kids toy closet. Organization is my passion. I could not be happier. The installers were very professional, as well. They did the tear down, repaired the holes in the walls, even painted with the touch-up paint the builder left. And vacuumed just before leaving the job.

SHE IS SUCH A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN EVERY WAY, AND TREATED US MORE LIKE FAMILY THAN A CUSTOMER! THE SERVICE JERRIE, HER HUSBAND, EVEN THE INSTALLER, GLENN, AND THEIR OFFICE STAFF HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING! THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH CALIFORNIA CLOSETS HAS BEEN BEYOND AMAZING, BECAUSE OF THE THEM, THE QUALITY THEY PUT INTO THEIR WORK, AND THE QUALITY OF THE CALIFORNIA CLOSETS MERCHANDISE! The entire process was pretty seamless and quick. We had our closets in 30 days. We enjoyed working with Marla Cooper and were very very happy with the end result. We love it.
