There seems to be a better attitude coming from all the help within the Home Depot on Broadway in Edmond Oklahoma. I’d like to shout out to Hunter in the rental department he was very courteous during a moment in my live that was scary to me after our last rain storm October 13, 2021 in Edmond, OK. He was courteous during the leasing process and during the return. Thank you😊

Wonderful. The man who works the paint department, I think his name is Mike. He is so helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable. A pleasure to have a person like he is. Always seems happy, keeps your mood upbeat. Look forward to my next paint purchase.

My husband went here today with a list of stuff. Walked in the door and the guy asked could he help. Mud husband said he had a list of stuff and he said let me see. My husband handed him the list and he said I will have this for you in 15 minutes and did! It was the best Home Depot experience we have ever had. The cashier was also so helpful. He wishes he would have got their name but he said it was awesome!! He never a says that.

Like to shop here but not impressed with their rental department which is where you supposedly go for any repairs needed. Took my mower in because having issues getting it started. The guy said he was too busy to help and to try the other Home Depot. This was my second attempt after trying a few days prior where the person I spoke to (different guy) said he was too busy and to come back another time. I even tried calling the other Home Depot the next today and the guy I spoke to over the phone said the guy that could help me had just left for the day. It was 10 AM... If I didn’t know any better I’d say they don’t like to work at all.

I have went here with family on 8Feb2020 to buy some home needs. We have bought Day light LED Lights, base plates for Plant pots, door hanging Hangers, Hair Cather snake stick. The staff are customer friendly. Very big shop and everything is available here. Lot of variety of stuff those required for entire house is available.Lights are working great. I need to wait to see how long they going to run. I hope they will go good as I trust Home Depot materials.

Ive never had a bad experience at the Home depots here in Oklahoma. Everybody including the customers Ive been extremely polite very generous with their help I couldnt be any happier to be living here in Edmond Oklahoma away from California.

Not sure who exactly is the responsible party for managing the return counter but they should have a long conversation with their subordinates about customer service. I stood in, what is supposed to be a return line but is poorly marked, while everyone of those people ignored me. Staff cutting in front to chit chat and shoot the breeze. Asinine. I will drive an additional 15 minutes out of my way to go to Lowe’s. Super unfortunate because I really preferred this Home Depot. The only redeeming quality is the paint counter. Promote those people to trainers and have them teach the front about being observant.

We received amazing customer service from a gentleman named Matt who helped us find muriatic acid. He was very helpful,knowledgeable and friendly. I truly believe he loves his job. I usually shop at Lowes, but he made me want to come back!

End of July and they are still getting fresh shipments of summer plants to replace the ones that have died in your gardens!

I truly believe that if you are selling a product such as milwaukee, Dewalt, makita etc... that if your product which is backed by a lifetime warranty, that you honor that merchant by helping a customer who has a problem with it. When I walk in and am told that there is nothing that can be done to help me and that Ill have to go to a website or deal with someone else instead of having the problem fixed right then and there is ridiculous. I dont know if its shear laziness or people are not knowledgeable about the system in which they are using. If you arent going to honor a products defects or help the paying customer then there is no reason to shop at that location.

This is the only place I spend more money on then groceries. They have a loyal customer. Friendly staff.

Walked out!! Wont shop there again ever!! Their merchandise didnt have tags on them and they wanted me to go back and re-shop to get ones with tags!!! Nope!!! Will shop at Lowes instead!!!

Why is it so hard to find appliance parts like bottom dishwasher racks on the Home Depot app? I thought having online access to ordering parts would be easier; but it was much easier to get appliance parts in the 1970s, 80s, and 90s before there was online options to shop.

Sometimes you have to hunt for service but no different than any store today. Associate always have the answer to your question and walk you over to the item you’re looking for. Looking for a pump sprayer and the person working there sent me outside in Lawn and Garden.Couldn’t find it and an employee told me to go inside to aisle 46 but they weren’t there either. I did find them across from aisle 46.I find their store confusing and a little pricey compared to others. But on a positive notes they do allow dogs in the store.

Purchased a vinyl flooring piece, and some wall paint.Service was excellent in both areas.Home Depot is a long time favorite of ours for home improvement materials and tools.We have also used HD for large tool rental.

Remodeling my house and needed some basic prices on cabinets, counters, doors and so on. I waited for 20 minutes for the only guy there that can help to be available. When he was finally able to help it was 6:05pm and I was told he cant help because hes off the clock and to come back tomorrow. I understand hes off the clock, but I waited 20 minutes and why is he the only one that can help. They dont have enough knowledgeable employees. I have one day a week off to get things done. Coming back tomorrow is not a option.

The workers look on Google to find info like I cant do that myself. They are useless but nice.

I did not find what I was looking fire. They are low on their inventory.

When I came up here to get a auger and it was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life Hunter in the tool rental zone did an amazing job he helped me get the right order he helped me learn how to use it and he’s just a great customer service representative I would recommend no other Home Depot but the one in Edmond off of Broadway because of hunter !!!!

No one ever around. No help, walked around shopping for home remodel over an hour and not one employee ever spoke to me. This last visit in windows and doors was a ghost town. Lowes for me.

My husband had pre ordered and paid for items that I went up to pickup. I got confused were I should park to received my pickup. The woman that assisted me not only helped me by coming out to show me were to park but was very friendly and got my items straight out to me. I wish I had took note of her name so I could say another thanks to her here.

I called this store 5 times holdingas long as 20mins....and no one answered the phone😒

I deliver 2 these places everyday and the personnel r usually very nice. Especially in Oklahoma.

Dont shop here.I ordered a table saw online. They had to retrieve it from the overhead when I came in, which took an hour of waiting. Then they grabbed the $100 cheaper version and gave it to me. Luckily I checked the model number cause they had no problem with trying to scam me out of my money. Plus they didnt even have the model I ordered online. I will never be back.

They are very helpful when you need it, I go there to do my shopping when I need something for the house.

Went in for a length of chain. Found the first employee near by and asked for help. Although he was unfamiliar with the equipment he quickly established the process and cut the length. Great service.My suggestion for improving the location would be to have the employees who are not too busy tidy up. Many opportunities to improve cleanliness.

Curbside pickup never answers the phone. The internet doesnt work something is blocking signals also so you cant check in when you get to the store for pickup. Called over and over no answer just goes to hold or keeps ringing. No one is helpful at all. Why do we spend money at this place?

Called many times no body would answer the phone then finally put on hold for 30 mins still nobody would answer so we drove 18 miles to find works standing around service socks there

I am a mechanic contractor. i usually do some weekend projects and i find myself choosing home depot especially at the location on broadway extension in edmond oklahoma. I am really impressed by the electrical knowledge that an associate has, his name is Chabuza. He helped me with many projects and he is courteous to help. I will definitely shop here again!

The I-240 Home Depot is the location to visit when you need supplies for any project (residential or commercial).

My dad kindly asked for help in the hot water tanks he wanted to buy the guy was like I dont know what to tell you. My dad said can you call someone back there he said I dont know how to do that I cant help you. This lady next to him looked at him and called someone for us. That guy needs someone to talk to him on service.

This specific store is consistently understaffed. Getting help in the store or someone to answer the phone can be very challenging at times.

Found what we needed. I like their app to locate items in their store. Use it all of the time.

Would not honor military discount on an item that was on special. Called it double dipping. You can go to Lowes and they will honor your military discount no matter what!!! Home Depot is not the patriotic organization they pretend 😕 to be. Shame on you Home Depot. Working there and shopping there as a contractor myself. It was the worst experience of my Life. Someone quit every 2 weeks. It sends shivers down my spine the amount of disrespect I had to undergo to even deal with the Attitude, Theft, Slander, Favoritism and outright Discrimination towards other Employees AND Customers. Shop somewhere where you are respected. Shop somewhere where they sincerely want to be helpful. They are the Literal scum of the Earth on their Best days.

Better prices, nicer people, their paint matching/mixing machine allows them to save your paint name or matched mix now! They can look it up via email or your phone but you have to get someone who will tell you about this feature. Better and more light bulb options for cheaper too.

Rented a rear tine tiller (FRC800) from this store this past week and had to take it back because the tines were so worn and would only dig into the soil an inch or so. We complained about the tines but they said well theyve used this tiller all summer and it was fine! Which made my point. Fresh tines are squared up and will bit into the soil. These tines were worn well curved and dull. Indeed, I bet folks used the fool out of that tiller this summer. I returned next day and they only gave me 20% off for an unusable tiller. I shouldve paid close attention to the tines before renting it because staff is not.

I drive to this Home Depot specifically for the great customer service. Rain and Kali were both amazing and should be commended for the positive attitudes and willingness to help out.

The Edmond Home Depot is atrocious. It has been for years. We have elderly people that have been moved in to this facility and have to put their clothes on the floor because the have no shelving. We ordered these shelves a month ago with assurance that they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. We have been put off and delayed. The latest delivery estimate was last week and then for this Monday, so we made arrangements to have the shelves installed Monday or Tuesday. They didn’t show up, and now they are saying 5-6 weeks? What in the word is going on here? This is embarrassing and unacceptable. To follow up with that I called and asked to speak with a manager and no one will answer the phone!!! TWICE!!This is not the first time this has happened. Multiple times over the years I have had problems with this store and I cant get through to anyone. I quit going to the Edmond Home depot and made a further drive to go to other stores.NO EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM!!!! NONE! How is that customer service. This would never happen at Lowes. We may keep our Home Depot account, but I will instructing our company to be using LOWES and only to use Home Depot as an absolute last resort.

This is set up like most Home Depot stores. The staff is very helpful and friendly We came in to buy a refrigerator and they made the experience really easy. The guys that help load it into the truck were so great and helpful. The store is clean and it is easy to find what you need, but if you cant find it there is always someone close by to help you find it. Would highly recommend them!
