I love this place. They have such cute stuff, and you really cant beat the prices, especially for actual licensed merchandise- hatchimals, pokemon, etc. That stuff gets pricey. Even right next door at Ross the exact same pokémon toys were 6.99 a piece. The staff was so nice, Im super short and couldnt reach the toys my son wanted and the merchandise manager was kind enough to get them down for us and didnt make me feel like I was inconveniencing him at all. Great place to pick up birthday gifts. We will definitely be back.

Overpriced Dollar store items. I bought some 5 buck speakers that looked really cool on the box and it hyped up what they were. ANd..... I knew better, but it was my first time in the store. that was my last time in the store.

This store n edmond is big.nice friendly will go back there again even thou its alittle bit of a drive but worth it....

Awesome stuff you dont see anywhere else

2 young Ladys did not speak r say everything to me and my wife when we came into the store, when we got to the cash register to pay for items the girl did not speak to us at all one girl employee walk around past us several times did not say a word these are two rude young ladies that do not how to greet customers it wasnt fair wasnt right it was horrible never go back in the store again they need to learn how to greet customers as they come inn. Please respond to this text see if yall would greet me and my wife.

This store looks like a tornado blew through it, and the mens room is absolutely disgusting and theres a moldy mop thats been sitting in there festering for who knows how long.Plus, theres a notebook laying wide open on a cart here by the woopee cushions and fake dog poop (fantastic products, btw) that says Sales--we sucked, presumably from a conference call or meeting. The way the store looks though, I dont doubt it.The only reason Im giving two stars instead of 1 is the people were polite.

I love this store! They have just about everything one would need or want. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the quality of clothes and shoes isn’t great. Overall, though, this store is fantastic and if you ever need a charging cable, office supplies, a gift for someone, or some cute accessories 5 Below is the place to go!

They are good at keeping the lines moving at all times. Staff will have conversations with you. One staff member with long orange braids had a full non forced conversation. She was super sweet. I went on Halloween and it was packed but they were still fully stocked on everything!

Good for quick presents and stock stuffers, let your kids go crazy. Lol

I take my daughter to Five Below often because they have cheap gifts that are perfect for kids. Games, toys, books, hair and makeup supplies, etc. Always a fun treat for her.

The store wouldnt be so bad if half the staff wasnt obviously on speed or having inappropriate conversations on the floor where customers and CHILDREN of customers can hear.Im not normally a Karen, but Ive been to this location several times, and the experience I had the other day was just appaling. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Theres always good, inexpensive fun stuff to splurge on here. Christmas is great here. Oil diffusers and speakers and headphones and books and candy.Got 3 cute little planters, a rug for my patio... its just nice when youre broke.

Love the store, it’s fun cheap place to take the kids it’s clean. They have a lot of really cool stuff. Only had trouble with one set of staff members one of the many times we have went and that was they just could not set their cell phones down till they were done doing whatever they were doing while we stood there waiting to be checked out other than that staff is usually very nice. We also love that they are starting to carry a variety of snacks from other countries yummy!

I like this location because it is very clean and always well organized. My kids always seem to find something that they want and so do I. While the store is unique and fun, the sales staff seems to lack the same luster. I rate this store a four because the store itself is nice, just a little work on customer service with a smile and they would easily be at a 5! Again, nothing has ever went wrong, I just think that there could be a bit more training on how to handle customers in an inviting manner with eye contact and possibly a smile. Great value on many of their items. Definitely worth a look if you like bargains.

A friend told me about this place. I went shopping for my best friends sons birthday.. Spent less than 20 and got him 4 or 5 gifts. Not to mention he loved them! Definitely will be back.

Love this place. My 10 year old daughter loves shopping here. Everything is $5 or less. Definitely some hit and misses. You get what you pay for. The store is always well organized and the staff is usually helpful. Good place to shop for Easter basket stuff and Xmas stocking stuffers.

I went there to find a phone cover for my grand daughter.. the young lady too time to help us find exactly what we needed.. we really appreciated her stopping to make sure we were taken care of. We have always had great customer service.

Really cheap! Great place to go for cheap yet reliable chargers and screen protectors!! Exercise gear there is great as well. Just all around great place with helpful and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Very good store with everything being five below. You should expect everything EXCEPT electronics to be very good and long lasting. I bought a lava lamp from there and the light bulb busted only after a few hours use. But it was $5 so what can you expect? Everything else about the store I really looked and have been there more than a few times. Will go again.

If your on a budget well.. this is the place to go however I went over budget because of so many good deals. Great for kids toys and other items around the house.

My most recent visit to the store was a poor experience. The entire store was very poorly stocked, a lot of empty shelves. There was zero cleanliness, there was items and products scattered all over the place. It was extremely messy with 4 cashiers at the register just standing there on their cellphones instead of cleaning the store or assisting customers. Even with 4 people at the register I still had to wait a few minutes to be motioned forward to be helped. Im very disappointed in the workers at the store and I hope they bring new and more competent and work driven individuals in.

Service was good,but the things we bought did not work.

Friendly staff, this location could fit some more offerings on their shelves but there are some good deals to be found.

I really like this store. Takes me back to the 70s when I was a child with the candy that they offer. They also have nick-nacks and other items to purchase with reasonable prices.

A large variety of of items for 5 dollars or less. Soo much to look at, I didnt even make it half way through the store. I got a phone holder that fits into the car vent. Love it!

This is a pretty cool store to grab small items. They have name brand items and plenty of selection. We stopped in to grab stocking stuffer type items and they had great options. Be careful though, certain items are a bit more expensive here. Not by much though; Like 10 cents at the most.

Would have given 5 stars if not for some of the lackluster employees. They might throw you a blank stare when you walk in.Everything under $5.00 with the majority being 5 dollars. Some good items here that can save you money. Not the best quality henceforth the prices. Cell phone cases,screen protectors.t-shirts, toys, chargers, headphones, ear buds,sports bras, and a lot more. Definitely worth going for a visit. 5 dollar items do add up and before you know it your in for a lot more than that so some restraint is warranted.

What you would expect for five and below

5 below has some really cool stuff and great prices. The only problem I have is the registers have long lines or the employees dont always act like they want to work there.

Christmas shopping, was able to provide 9 kids a great Christmas at reasonable prices. Staff was nice and there was a good selection for all my kids

Five below sells 10 pieces of candy for $1. This is a good deal so I bought some candy, including chocolates. I opened one of the chocolates and in the wrapper was A WORM!! This is UNACCEPTABLE. This is extremely unsanitary and makes their operation very questionable. I will no longer be shopping at this store. I am DISGUSTED. No one should have to deal with this traumatizing experience.

Cool stuff

Stood at the check out for awhile to purchase my items, no one came up there, looked around close to the front couldnt find anyone. A UPS guy came in took the stuff to the back and left again nobody came to the front. I left my stuff on the counter, I shouldnt have to track someone down so I can purchase my items.
