Decent selection, prices and helpful employees!

I have never been to a Party City this incompetent. I am trying to buy a costume and they have the only TWO associates working both up front. Neither is able to leave balloons to help in the store, where I am sure you are losing money.

I choose curbside service. Never recieved an email to say that my order was ready. So I called to ask. When I pulled up to pick up and called, they were busy and told me it would be just a couple of minutes before they came out. 15 minutes later I got my stuff, but I was missing a bag. A huge part of my $100.00 order. So needless to say I had to go inside and wait to get the rest of it.They had everything I needed, but curbside wasnt efficient.

They are very helpful. I love the variety of items we can pick.

So, the mask policy was definitely on the door but not enforced inside...that being said the customer service was on point from start to finish. Very attentive staff not just to myself but clearly demonstrated towards every customer in the store. I only go to Party City a few times a year but I always leave happy.

It was very easy to find a costume for my daughter. All of the costumes are posted on the wall with a number and a scan code. We picked a costume from the huge selection available, then gave the costume number and size to an employee. They retrieved the costume and we got checked out very quickly. Very simple, no hassles. Great place to go for a costume.

Dont always have what I want

I go here for all my party items! They have just about any theme you can think of for party decoration. Great place and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about where things are located within there store.

My first time and I was overwhelmed by how much party stuff they have in every different color!! Was perfect place for my events, would definitely recommend and I will be back!

Well organized and good customer service! I prefer in store shopping and supporting businesses in that way. I hope these places stick around. Get off amazon and utilize their curb side pickup or walk in with your mask. I will return again.

Nice Collection of items that would spruce up any Party... literally! Also, the aisles are nice and wide and organized for easy access to everything thats on display.

I got a bunch of balloons yesterday at noon. When I ordered them Saturday I was asked if I wanted an air that would make the balloons last longer than 8 to 12 hours, I was told the cost was 15 cents per balloon. I was told they would last at least 24 to 48 hrs. This morning the balloons were down no longer in the air. I will never get that special air again.

Friendly...not enough clerks 4 check out purpose

We came in a little late... 20 minutes to closing time. Staff was wonderful! Patient and helpful and they let us get what we needed even though it meant them staying open a few minutes later for us!

Quick in, easy to find what I wanted.

I stopped in on Fathers Day and to be honest I thought there would be more Holiday gifts or decorations. Although, of what was there, I got him a hilarious Star Wars balloon that said I am your father. Hahaha it brightened his day so thank you!

Always easy to find what you need in a pinch. Not high quality, but well priced. I swing by for each of my events (birthdays, parties, graduations, etc)

Today my husband went to this location to get some balloons aired up. As soon as he walked out, one of the seams on the balloons split. When he went back in to purchase a different one and get it aired up, the employee that helped him did it for free. They were so kind and it really helped us out on our sons first birthday. Thank you!

I had pre-ordered a gender reveal balloon a week prior to my event. the staff was very helpful with getting all the details ready for me. On the day of my event the staff and manager did a great job of communicating with me about my balloon being defective. I understood that those types of defects dont usually go noticed until it is time to fill the balloon with air. Although they were out of black out balloons they went above and beyond to find a store that had them in stock, get it to their store and still have it ready in time for our event. This staff really cares about their customers. I will be going to them again.

We like the store and typically have good service. On a recent visit to find some sweet 16 items for a birthday party, I was disappointed to discover flasks labeled “party in a bottle” being sold in that section. Very poor merchandising choice.

I had a horrible experience at this store location. The store manager by the name of Cas had very poor customer service and interpersonal skills. He needs thorough training on providing excellent service to customers. He needs to be aware that his pay check indirectly comes from customers. Somebody please tell him to treat customers with respect

They finally had the costume my grandson wanted.. I found it by mistake.. The man told me it wasnt in stock yet.. It was in birthday section.

They literally had nothing I could use for a 4 year old dinosaur party. They had Jurassic Park stuff which 4 year olds cant every watch.
