We have had a bad experience getting our kitchen floor replaced. The first issue was the installation. The guys who showed up did not bring the padding that was purchased and to be laid under the new flooring. Because of this we now have 1/4-1/2 gaps between our flooring and the baseboards throughout the kitchen. Also, the transition from the vinyl flooring to the carpet was not done correctly, causing the carpet to pull and fray, it is getting worse by the day, but nobody at the office seems to care enough to get it fixed.We have reached out to our sales rep, Deena, multiple times, and nothing has been fixed. This has been ongoing for well over a month now.A few weeks ago we had some guys show up to our house at 6:30pm, saying they were there to fix the flooring. Nobody called to let us know that anyone would be showing up. When they got to our home, they looked at the floor for 2 minutes and said they didnt have the tools they needed to finish the job. Multiple calls into the office later, and the job still isnt completed. We have more work that we would like to do, but will be taking our business elsewhere...beware!

Great customer service at the location on Broadway in Edmond and Jennifer was very helpful. This place is on the expensive side so I didnt get the full service from them, but I did get a good deal on the tile that I purchased.

I had to wait a bit to get the carpet, which wasn’t surprising since we had so many people in the state with burst pipes from subzero temperatures. However, Stacie was great to work with and I only have praise for Arnold and?? that came to install it. They were friendly, professional, took pains to clean up afterwards, did not waste time, and wore their masks when they saw we were being careful. An awesome job!

We needed to recarpet 3 bedrooms in a house that we lease out, and we only had 4 days before the new tenants were arriving. Great quality work

We bought luxury vinyl and had it installed by Mill Creek. Deena made it very easy from the time we walked in, until the flooring was completely finished.There was a mix-up during install due to a plumbing issue that was repaired. Deena didn’t let the installer know that they had to level the floor where the repair was made. It pushed the install back a day but the repair was taken care of without any added cost.We also had to order extra quarter round to complete the project. That made the process take a couple of weeks longer. But again, easily fixed.We would not consider the issues as a reason to not use Mill Creek. Their customer service is top notch and they are easy to work with. Our new floor looks amazing and everyone we dealt with there was kind and efficient.

My husband and I came to Mill Creek in the midst of a mess after we had our master suite flood due to a plumbing leak in our slab. Jennifer came to our aid and assisted us as we waited on insurance and made decisions as to how we wanted to proceed in replacing our soggy carpets. While we decided to replace the bedroom carpet with red oak hardwoods stained to match our existing floors, we did want to replace the carpet in the closets that had been affected. Jennifer even gave us a recommendation of a hardwood guy knowing that if we went that route we would not purchase as much carpet. She helped steer me towards colors I would love instead of the current trends of gray. The installers came and installed our carpet today and they were very fast and did a most excellent job. I am thankful that we chose Mill Creek and that we met Jennifer. My husband and I are both very happy with our experience!

I can not convey how much I appreciate Mill Creek. Last year a fire destroyed my kitchen. At the time I was completely devastated and overwhelmed. Jennifer Floyd was so sweet and offered so much help, she really took a lot of time helping me redesign my kitchen and helping me pick flooring, countertops, backsplash, etc... The results were better than I could have ever dreamed, I absolutely love my new kitchen. What I especially appreciated was that she listened to me. I had been to another store but I really felt like they discounted what I told them. With Jennifer, she listened, she offered suggestions and the design she came up with was everything I had asked for. Mill Creek also did my new floors throughout the house, which I also love. I would and have absolutely recommend Mill Creek. (I will try to post a picture of my new kitchen)
