We recently had carpet installed in all our bedrooms and are very pleased with the results. We appreciate how helpful the salesman was and not at all pushy. The men who did the work were especially friendly, polite, and diligent.

Mr. Smith is very knowledgeable about flooring. He never pressured me into any brand or type of flooring nor pushed the sale. He treats all his customer this way from what I have observed over the past 4 months I have been dealing with him. If i ever had a question about a product or what all i needed for the product he has either gave me an answer or told me that he would find out and give me a call later. Amazing customer service.

These folks installed a fabulous wood floor for us 3 years ago! It looks and feels beautiful. This year we had a flood in our home and insurance gave us a contractor to install a very similar floor. Let me say the second installer (Not Smiths) did a terrible install. We called Harold for a professional opinion which completely supported our initial thoughts. We are now having to tear out after flood install and re install. I wish we could have Smiths do it this time around! They are professional and awesome!

Harold Smith is the most knowledgeable and honest person in the flooring business. His prices were the lowest I could find. The installation crews were on time and did an excellent job. I will never use anyone else.

This was the 2nd time we used Smith and we will definitely use them again. The pricing was better than others and their crews were very professional and polite. I love my floors now and would recommend using Smith to anyone.

Great people to work with

Had a very bad experience buying carpet from the owner of this store. They did a very sloppy install. Left large gaps along the baseboards and cut a filler piece in a corner of a room. Harold Smith is difficult to communicate with and becomes verbally abusive if you express dissatisfaction.

Very nice place to buy quality carpets.

Fraud! Deceive customers by telling them one thing and not follow up on it after contract is signed!!
