This is a great place to do business. EVERYONE is so nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable about things. Wouldnt take my bike or the wifes bike anywhere else. You are treated like a person and friend not just a number.

My name is Jack Johnson. Im from N. Texas. I was on a road trip with 2 friends when I noticed an issue with my rear tire. The closest Harley Dealer was Iron Nation. We called and Jennifer answered the phone. She said she would be waiting on us, and she was correct. The SECOND we pulled in she opened the service door and waved us in. Iron Nation did a good job getting me back on the road again, but Jennifer went above and beyond. She even went so far as to give us the keys to her car to go have lunch! Traveling through and stopped in to get some poker chips and the staff was amazing! They were not pushy one bit and even took time to help my son get a certain color chip he was looking for.

Was kinda disappointed because I wanted to do some Christmas shopping but the place was so small I barely found anything that caught my eye. Lease I got a t-shirt, poker chip and logo pin. Was happy with that, staff was professionally polite.

A+ Service Dept! I cant say enough good things about the guys at Harley Davidson World as well as their sister store Iron Nation in Edmond. They are always very helpful on the phone no matter what the question or problem. Their shop services are excellent and they put out great work. This is not your typical run of the mill service center...these guys can do it all!What prompted this review is that I fiddled with my ignition towards the end of the day and locked myself out of my bike. The guys sent someone to me to fix my bike on the spot and get me going again.

Took the bike in for new bars two weeks later they finally finished. Not ten minutes out my volume switch came out. Brought it back and was told mechanic is out at lunch. It has been over an hour. Dont come here to have any work done”update just took my bike to okc harley and found out the bars were installed wrong and I will have to pay for new wires. I would give negative stars if I could

Buy a Harley, but dont buy it HERE. Bought a 2015 Road Glide 6 months ago, and one of the hard bags just fell off....no worries...I bought the extended service plan! But,wait.....IRON NATION wont repair it because I must have done something to make the bag fall off. Strange, because they told me how great the extended service plan was when they sold it to me. So I forked out the thousands of dollars for the peace of mind....instead it turned out to be a piece of...First they implied that I must be too stupid to insert two pins correctly. Then they told me to claim it on my insurance. Not sure when this pattern of stupidity started on my part, but Ive narrowed it down to sometime last September when I walked into the dealership. Let me clarify, the service and parts guys are first rate. The sales/management staff are another story. Donnie was a pretty tough dude on the phone when he was doing anything to keep from repairing the defective bag. It must have worn him out because he wouldnt come out of his office when we got there. Phil, the store manager, wasnt much better. I couldnt get the GM of Harley Davidson World to return my calls either. So, we cancelled the extended service plan (since its really worthless to me anyway), and I would probably be too stupid to use it properly. I cant really recommend another local dealer because I have only purchased from them. My brother and I have bought 3 harleys from them in the last 5 years. I guess you have to spend more than 50K before you get the royal treatment. IRON NATION SUCKS
