Very kind management, they speak to you like you’re family! Most resell places I have to struggle with my tote to open the door then walk it over to the counter, here someone was waiting to open the door for me then carry my tote for me! Then when I left they carried my tote to my TRUNK! They have two options when you sell your clothes: cash or store credit, store credit is a little higher than the cash option. I ended up getting two swim suits and a skirt for $13! The clothing options are good and the store doesn’t have the weird resell “funk” smell.

The owners are always super friendly and I LOVE the staff always greets me when I walk in, Is a good place to clean out your closet, get some money for it and also buy more :)you can find great brands for lowest prices, and also get some cute accessories.I like they always have brands like Kendra Scott, Adidas, Lululemon etc. because I cant afford those for full price, and I can find them there for reasonable prices.

I really do love this store, but the last time we went in, I bought a romper and when I got home I pulled the romper out of the bag and realized there was another item of clothing in the bag. They legit added another shirt in with our purchase and I didn’t know. We called to inform them hoping we could get our money back because it absolutely wasn’t our fault. I have no idea where the girl even got the shirt because it was no where near my size or anything I would even purchase. I’m guessing it was on the counter in the mess of things. They told us they basically will only buy it back from us for half price! What?!? You put a shirt in my bag and won’t let me return it to get my money back?! I didn’t even want it nor would even purchase anything like it! It’s not even my size!!! I didn’t pay attention to the price of the romper and my hubby is the one who paid so I didn’t know the price of everything until I got home. Definitely will be double checking everything before we walk out the door next time!

Thank you so much for helping me every time we come in. My mother in law and I adore this store everything is priced awesome, all clothes are very easy and so fun to go through. I never want to leave I can literally spend HOURS in there! Thanks so much for getting awesome clothes and giving awesome deals! Customer service is on point 1000% they should definitely have a daisy in every city!

They dont have a system set up to keep track of your store credit. They expect for you to carry a small half-receipt thats faintly printed. So they got a few free clothes from me. You are welcome. I like to help small businesses but not if the business steals.

They are fast going through your things, if you are selling. Frenley, and they give you a fair price.

This place really need some high quality people who really know about brand and fashion to work here to pick up the clothes. I brought a lot of expensive brand like Milly,Keepsake,A.L.C,equipment,rag&bone this kind brand since they didn’t know. They gave those clothes back to me, some of them are brand new. I am so disappointed.

I brought in nice clothes in good shape but they refused them all. They said they were no longer in style but I only bought them last season. There were many more items of clothing that were tattered and by my tastes less fashionable than mine. I saw a lady take a shirt with a small in it. Just not my day.

The store is overcrowded which makes browsing difficult; however, it is well organized. It would not be too bad selling to them and I would disagree with most of the other reviewers BUT it is easy to get upset when they appear to have no set standard for buying clothing. I say this because they seemingly pass on nice, gently used clothes while carrying subpar brands. I have brought the same clothes there and had them turned down and then bought by a different employee on different occasion.

Ashland and Mallory were the sweetest young ladies Ive met, we were really pleased by the customer service after reviewing every pair of sneakers my daughter brought in. THEY bought everything, unlike Platos Closet. Which, I wouldnt step a pinky toe in that garbage store. The store is cleaner and they have a better selection on clothing . The prices are very very reasonable. I will definitely come back here.

Walked in yesterday and no one even said hello. I was just thinking the front desk could at least speak. Then many items are over priced.

The staff seem very friendly and helpful, great merchandise for great prices! The pricing can be a little inconsistent, I bought a patagonia fleece jacket for $20 and the other patagonia fleece jacket was priced $45, they were almost identical. But, still over-all very pleased with my experiences here, much better than platos.

They should take back clothes not depending on stlye. They advertisement is very falsely made, it states that cash for your clothes and the girls are picky for their style of selection that they would wear. I had jeans, body suit and blouses they didnt take anything but expected that i will sell my bag! Horrible place to get cash for your clothes!

Went into the store to sell some gently used clothes. I know no one reading this review can see the clothes I was trying to sell but let me tell you they were all from well none stores. Old navy Aeropostale forever 21 Charlotte Russe Levi these were the brands I brought in. While waiting for my clothes to be checked I sat on the bench just outside there shack of a fitting room and listened to the two girl workers make fun of my clothes and hold them up to themselves and giggle. Not only was I very disappointed but then the young girl worker said she could take any of my clothes because they just werent what she was looking for. I turned to the counter to see all of my clothes out of the bag and all unfolded. I had to re pack my own bags that I brought in all nice and folded. I went across the street to INSTYLE and the man in there Dave was so much nicer!! He even bought some of my worn clothes and for a good amount to!!!INSTYLE on 2nd street is where anyone and everyone should go sell there clothes!!! So much better than Daisy exchange!!

I had a Brand new Pair of Steeltoe Work Boots, Timberland boots not even worsen& a Pair of Steeltoe Harley boot been wore Once, brand new Pair of Nikes worsen 2 Times& excellent Condition& These Sorry Place Wanted to give Me 22$ for all 3 Pairs! Timberland boots 135$ new Harley boots 100$ new& Nikes 70$ New! They r Crazy, do ur Homework be4 Saling them Any Thing Cuz they want ur Stuff 4 Nothing then Turn Around& Get Half the Price for ur Stuff!!
