They had a great selection of items, Out of stock in most of the big items/but everyone everywhere is.

So, I called. They told me they were open till 8pm, I get there at 5:57, they said sir we close in 3 mins....its my sons birthday, Im willing to spend couple hundred dollars on games and toys? Nope, we are closing....Wont be back and vintage stock can have our money. Bad business call game stop......very bad business....

Game shops are beginning to go the way of the dinosaurs thanks to online downloads, but should focus on customer service. I came here to get an in-store-only game and was quickly and firmly kicked out due to their no more than ten people at a time covid-19 policy. It could have been handled a little nicer, especially since you cant see how may people are inside with their tinted windows.

The manager, Audrey, was very aggressively barking orders at customers and employees. She was very rude. Dont go here, go to danforth and Santa fe. The people there are great and very helpful.

Have tried to call the store now 4 times in the course of half an hour and no one answers the phone during regular business hours. Not a good look. If the employees don’t care about the business why should the customers.

Went in to purchase a new game and the employee tried to add insurance to the price of the game without asking me first. This is fraud and the employee should be fired.

Had an experience so traumatizing by the main manager that 13 years later it still pops in my head. Never buying in store again.

As a video game shop, Game stop is satisfactory in this area. For sure cheaper than the local video game shops. Outside of these shops, game stop does not offer the best value for trade ins, and store credit. Who am I to complain, I dont shop there anymore. The staff is always super friendly and relatively knowledgeable.

I went to get one game. Purchased it and was walking out when I noticed another that looked interesting for my kids so I grabbed that and a controller and went to check out again. The guy asked if he could tell me about something and I said I didnt want the plan and he proceeded to tell me about it anyways. I said no thanks and the other worker tried to tell him I had just bought one and it may make it even cheaper if we re-checked out but he cut her off by holding his hand up in her face. I couldnt believe it. He grabbed the game i had already bought from me and scanned in back in and then out and told me it would be $90. Im not a mathematician but I knew that wasnt right. I said youre telling me I can get all three of these things for $90? The $50 I just spent is going to be refunded and I only spend $90 total. He said yeah, just asking you to trust me. Well...I know how it actually works and I wouldve spent the $50 + $90 when I actually worked the numbers. As I questioned it more he actually talked down to me saying I dont think you understand me. Dude...Im the only one actually following the numbers and understanding this transaction...needless to say due to this ridiculous service I didnt get the extra stuff ($100+) and will likely be returning the game I had already purchased on principle alone.This guy needs some communication training before he loses his job or gets punched.

This place has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff! If they dont have a game they help you find it elsewhere. Highly recommend this location.

The manager Aubrey charged me for a warranty that I did not ask for. I filed a complaint and gave a review from the receipt. She is the reason I wont be back.

We were here on black friday and we were greeted at the door with their flyer and a smile. The staff was very helpful although they didnt have a few of our needed items in stock.

Just like every convenient video game store. The checkout process is smooth, the game selection is great. They have a good stock, and plenty of copies of most games. Its not five stars because the shopping experience simply didnt blow me away.

Everyone that works here is super nice. Charlie helped me and was super knowledgeable about the products in stock and what other things would complement my purchase.

This was probably the best gamestop I have ever been too which is saying something. The guy working was very helpful and not too pushy about buying things we did not want. He was also very honest about the state of all games.

Im not sure why some people are posting bad reviews. We love this store. We used to go to another game stop, but we will go to this one first. Josh is very customer service oriented.We love GameStop since it has a great exchange policy when you purchase used games. We also love their insurance on used systems. We got a another refurbished DS for the little bit we spent to get the extra protection. It was WELL WORTH the money. There isnt another sell and resale video store that takes care of you like this company does.

Ive been going here since I was a tiny lil guy, and now Im nearing 20, what does that tell you? Ive never had any issues and Ive always been able to go in, get answers and find what I was looking for, either if its a game that isnt even out yet or discover some merch or games I didnt know even existed

Staff was really helpful so this location. They didnt have a lot of selection of games compared to Vintage Stock. But the staff was nice and the store did have some other cool video game collectables

They explain things very nicely on what I am looking for and there return policy is the best. If i am having issues with my account they go above and beyond my concerns best prices i can find and I can even know if they have it in stock with mobile app

I agree with Vincent. Ive been to this location numerous times for work in that area. But now Im working further west and I will never return to there. This location has had MANY problems with customer service and most come from the guy in charge! Is swearing to customers a normal practice? I could tell he knew the young adults but regardless, when theres other people in the store you do not (even jokingly) tell someone Take that crap game back to the shelf and get the **** out of my store.Another review claimed the same guy was great for them. Yeah, Ive seen that. A wife and kid in front of me were treated amazing. He even gave the kid a small hot wheels car. But when I, a grown man alone, came up? I was given a sneer for my choice of games and told You dont want these games. and then sighed at in an overly exaggerated manner and then harassed because I didnt want to reserve a game. I quote Come on, man! You know you NEED to reserve something. Its not enough I spent $120 on two games? I know they have to ASK. But they dont have to be rude and pushy until I feel like I should just leave instead of handing them ANY money.In closing, THIS store is for casuals and families. But hardcore gamers need to look elsewhere. The one in Midwest City is amazing and helpful. All in all I see this company spiraling downhill and fast. The days of digital gaming ARE coming, maybe not this year or the next. But in 10 years I see GameStop going away and somehow that doesnt upset me.

Pretty good place with awesome staff, just wish it had a bit more than JUST video games and some few collectibles that are way expensive. Maybe more playing cards or collectibles under 20 other than Pops?

This is why I dont shop at Gamestop. I got a game called Horizon Zero Dawn. Upon discovering that they didnt put the game in the case I tried to get the game they accused me of lying and so I will no longer be a Gamestop customer.

The employees here are always really nice, and for the most part helpful. The thing I dont like is how long it takes to checkout sometimes. Or trading in video games and stuff like that

Store is usually very clean. I am not sure if their is access to a restroom in this store or not. It’s very hit and miss with the employees as well sometimes you will get very nice employees and sometime’s they are ok and I have had a couple of pretty rude ones. But it’s close and easy to run my gamer daughter to.

The associates are very friendly. My only complaint is the attempts at upselling. I imagine GameStop in general may be pushing the upsells hard as of late.

Took some games in with my son to trade in and was very disappointed in what they offer for trade credit. Really? $60 games new and they offered anywhere from $1 to $3 a piece for them. I can get more at a garage sale!

My eight-year old son saved up his own money to buy a toy here two days ago. It doesnt function like it should, so we tried to return it the very next day. We left the store with him in tears, and well never be back. Even though their return policy allows for the return of new accessories (not games), they wouldnt take it back. They have no policy for toys, but a toy is definitely more like an accessory than a game. Im furious that we bought this over-priced toy here rather than at Walmart or Target, where either place would have gladly refunded his money. With horrible customer service and all the downloadable content available, I expect Gamestop to close up shop within the next few years. It wont be soon enough.

One stop shop for most of you console gaming needs. They have PC games too, but PC is not the focus. They have a well presented store, and the staff makes sure to greet you as you enter. They also try to be as knowledgeable as they can regarding the video game industry, so they normally can answer most of your questions. There are PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox one, Nintendo wii, and wii-u and switch consoles used and new as well as a wide selection of their respective games. Cords, controllers, and helpful hints guides as well. There are also plenty of random video game merchandise like plushes, coffee mugs, t-shirts, and action figures here too for some cool gift giving to your favorite video gamer. The only downside is if you are looking to trade in games for store credit, you dont get much out of them, but they are a business, and I cant say any other brand of store like this would give you more... So its not so bad.

They get the newest games and merch A.S.A.P. and the workers are friendly. I also like how they broadcast news over the stores speakers.

Was here this weekend to purchase a newly released game. Employee wouldnt sell unless there was a pre-order despite having the displays out. Didnt even offer to call a nearby location to see if any other Gamestop stores were in stock. Was very rude and dismissive despite the store not being busy as if I was interrupting her time.Walked across the parking lot to Target and purchased the same game for the same price with no trouble at all. They were even pleasant about my decision to buy from them instead of the Gamestop nearby!

While on the market for a preowned (because Im cheap...) PlayStation 4, I had multiple conversations with the gals that operate this location. They were helpful and totally kind from day one, with my first question - all the way to my point of purchase about 3 weeks later. A grueling battle, indeed. As a newb (someone new to something, lacking experience, particularly related to nerdy things like video games and D&D) in the video game world, I started my GameStop journey with little knowledge of what I actually wanted (like choosing the wrong class in Skyrim...) and ended up somewhere very different. I am completely satisfied with my GameStop purchase and with the help of the personnel within.

I never am remembered and I visit and/or make a purchase DAILY. The Employees do not know enough about Systems, Accessories, Games, and Release Dates to provide services they just tell you to look in a book at the counter that is poorly printed inblack and white. I had a manager tell me he wasnt going to sell me something and he wouldnt AND DIDNT. The only reason I go back is because its next to my job and I want my games.
