Seriously turn on a heater. I usually dont shop here because it is literally the coldest business I have ever walked into. Had to today and my teeth were chattering. I am the person who comes into a Walmart for ten bucks worth of stuff and end up spending 300 a couple times a week. I can not browse here. It is just too damnd cold. Also. I did stop to get body wash and your security cameras were very uninviting. The five minutes I was in HBA they beeped every three seconds. I can understand once or twice but that is a bit excessive.

Wife and I were in yesterday. Thank you so much for offering the masks - we took 2. Were all for protecting ourselves and others by wearing a mask - even though we got the 2-shot vaccination. In the United States our personal rights include a responsibility toward our fellow citizens. Its called being part of a society. Sad how so many have made a public health issue a devisive political issue based on rights where people no longer care about their fellow citizens.

Asked me to wear a mask even though 2 vendors had no mask Stocking and half of the employees wearing a mask have them below thier nose. If youre going to push masks, make sure your employees & vendors are wearing & properly.

The employees are very nice here. Whenever I ask where something is located they take me right to it. Its a very neat, clean store.

Always messy, crowded, the techs think they are better than everyone and make snarky comments to customers and look extremely unhappy with their jobs. Never an in and out experience...too overwhelmed with work. It is Wal-Mart, after all.

It was okay. I went late in the day so cleanliness wasn’t great, it’s frustrating to try to shop around employees stocking which most don’t help by stepping away or offering to hand you the item, they keep doing their job as if the customer doesn’t exist. Having to exit the isle to go around the employee blocking it doesn’t help either.

The 7AM cashier with too much makeup on is unprofessional and management contributes to her bad attitude. I was told she was the only 7AM cashier and I should self-check if she continues to have a bad attitude! LOL WOW! Just get a new cashier!

Christen helped me with my turkey pickup. She went above and beyond to help get my Thanksgiving turkey that was ordered on-line and out of stock but when I called and talked to her she walked back and checked the turkeys and the one I ordered was indeed in stock! Thank you Christen sooo much. Saved me looking all over town.

Great employees. Every time I go I get my stuff and go with hardly any wait. Great store.

Staff is friendly and the wait at customer service and in the lines is much better than the traditional stores.

I had a order from 2nd street to be delivered to me by a Spark Delivery Driver and sadly it was late and some of my cold products went bad. Chuck you have to a better job at managing!

If I could post pictures I would. Two loaves of bread completely smashed. One box of Muffins crushed.I came to this store to use the Grocery pick up, and the way my car was loaded up was completely and utterly irresponsible. Heavy items loaded on light items. I half expected my eggs to be crushed again but to my surprise they werent; good for that. It was like a mountain of grocery bags the way it was loaded. Stuff upon stuff loaded on each other.If you are going to offer a service that replaces part of the customer experience of coming in to purchase the items, and taking them to the car. Your company best adhere to the entire process of a consumer. Most customers take care of their items as they put them in the trunk. They dont build a mountain of groceries.My advice is start hiring people that half give a damn and not just a warm body to fill your team. Fix this issue or expect the next step. A corporate complaint.

I was emailed at 5:40 that my pick up order was ready early. I waited 18 minutes after pulling into a pick up stall, was told all my chilled items were missing (dinner items, the whole point of the order that day). Did I mind waiting while they re picked the items? Yes, I did. I had 2 toddlers in the car who were very antsy. Told Walmart I will drive back to pick up the missing order later😦

Small but never crowded. You still get the walmart price on grocery items. Its convenient if you dont need to visit the Walmart Supercenter

The store ALWAYS has what I need, great prices and the pharmacy (with its current technicians and pharmacists) is one of the best I have ever had. They could teach a lot of other stores how to do things, lol.I would recommend keeping basically all the staff you have up there. They are always smiling, know what they are doing, are very well informed on the medicines and their interactions and always do their best and treat me and my family with respect.It is very much appreciated... MOST (not all, lol) of us know how rude people are to employees... Dont be that person and be kind to those who do their best to provide you with great service (in general, regardless of the store, etc.)There are a handful of people up in the pharmacy and the store that always go WAY above and beyond to make the experience as good as possible (especially with the pandemic going on) and actually know what they are talking about and are ALWAYS very kind and courteous!This is one of the best Neighborhood Markets I have ever yused (in general) . ESPECIALLY with how busy this part of Edmond is!

Outstanding pharmacy service.

Always out of something and poor variety of common items. The bag of white onions purchased had several spoiled in 3 days. Store was dirty. Definitely not the first choice for groceries in Edmond.

Its been a while since I have been at this location. I stopped in for a couple of items and was really surprised at how much its changed. It looks like a warehouse store and they have limited their products to choose from at this location. I was kind of disappointed! Im sure at some point, I will have to stop in here for something else, but it will be a long while before I ever shop this location again.

I can find what I need,quickly. But the employees are rude and there are never enough cashiers. I refuse to use self checkout as it is 1.taking someones job. 2. I dont get paid to work there.

Nice store. I went at 7am on Tuesday. They said it was for seniors. Lots of people shopping including families also the aisles were hard to get through with all the people stocking the shelves. So I decided to use deliveries. Twice they threw my groceries at the door and broke my eggs. And half the things I asked for were not there. So I got a ride to the store and the things they said they were out of were there on the shelves. I dont have this problem with other stores.

Usually shop here, not nearly as crowded as the super center. Lines arent as long for check out or for prescription pickup. Can sometimes find things here they dont have at the super center. More convenient for me personally.

What a disgusting experience I had on Friday!This employee grabs my food with unchanged gloves until I remind him to use the tongs. It is common sense to never touch food with hands or unchanged gloves. Luckily, I did not eat the food, but got my full refund back. The reason for this BAD review is because I have waited for over 24 hours for a response from management, but no one has contacted me so far. If I contact the Oklahoma Department for food safety, this Walmart deli could get shut down immediately. I always prefer Crest Foods deli. They have great employees and delicious fresh food choices.AVOID this WALMART DELI if you can!!!!

With co-vid taking a hold of our lives Walmart has put into place one way isles and it does help if everyone would follow the way the isles go. Be conscious of others around you and be safe.

Items available are typical oh, and I got what I needed, but... There is no good reason to make one insurance exit only. Other Walmarts are not doing it. This one needs to stop it. I did not see a sign and I was already in the store by the time somebody stop me. They asked me to go around to the other entrance. Stupid.

Early morning shopping is very hassle free. They didnt have any bagels and the bread isle was a bit bare. Im assuming it was due to the time I was shopping and the not so great weather conditions.....maybe the truck hadnt arrived yet.

The market had most of what we wanted, and we also picked up a prescription.The Pharmacy employees are always helpful.

Basic, but had everything I needed to make some top notch pepper poppers. Winning!

Oh My Gracious! James M. helped me with 9 cases of bottled water! I was just looking for a flat cart and he said hed help me. Not only did he help me by putting the water in the groc. cart, he stayed to help me take it to my vehicle and load it in😯❣ He didnt accept a tip but really should have!!!! Thank you James! Glad you asked, not a good answer as to why we as consumers have been swindled into doing a job for multi-national companies for free, Walmart is the best example, you need something for dinner, so you drive to the neighbor hood market run in get what you need head to the door, check out.. here it is you can go thru self check out if the line is not too long, 6 rows of regesters, one open go there no person light is on no one comes wait, wait wait finaly some one comes and is actually mad because i interrupted what ever she was doing a guy stood there while i waited i guess he can only watch you do his job at the self check out..And it funny how restaurants and bars have to close early but walmart can stay open messed up !

Very poor job of managing in-store traffic and risk. While they have put down markings on the floor to encourage safe distancing and one-way aisles, there is little compliance and no enforcement. No evidence that carts are being cleaned, and self checkout stations are NOT cleaned between customers. Thankfully staff are wearing masks. 5.25.2020

I really dont like it when the greeter asks for your receipt as you are leaving.

Conveniently located, and just the right size. We were in and out of the store in no time.

A quick place for household items and groceries.

Used the drive thru pharmacy. Did have to wait, maybe 5 minutes. Very helpful and they did pick up some no prescription items (refresh tears). Called ahead 15 minutes

We had a guy unloading toilet paper. They were very nice. I think his name was Gary(Im terrible with names) and another young man.. Happiest WalMart employees Ive ever been around.

Easy to run in and get a few quick things.

The person at the door never said anything as we entered, nor did he wipe any of the carts off. No one wipes the conveyor belts.

It’s a shame these Neighborhood markets are on the way out. I think they’re kinda cool. They have all the basics without having to sort through the maze of a supercenter. Hopefully they will stay open for the foreseeable future.

Its ok for Wal Mart the manager there looks at everyone like there going to steal not pay so Id go to another Wal Mart if possible

These Neighborhood Market stores are not meant to be your main, comprehensive grocery stores. They do have most everything you need on a day to day basis. If you want to spend an hour shopping and maybe get a television or a pair if shoes, visit Target across the street to the South. But if you just want to get the basics, like milk, bread, a pizza, then visit here and be back out to your car inside of 15 minutes. There are also pharmacy products (to the east side), a limited variety of pet foods, sodas, deserts, lots of canned foods, cereals, etc.

People often speak poorly of Walmart, but I have experienced nothing but great customer service here. The self-service cashiers are always attentive and remember what cigarettes I like. The managers are almost always around yo say hi and see how lifes going.

My go to grocery store after a day of shopping in Bryant Square. I don’t have to go all the way to my usual Walmart Super Center and I can get the necessities without running all over a huge store. Very convenient, great they have a stop light to help get out onto a very busy street. Wish they had more shade in the parking lot.

Typical neighborhood Walmart. No real complaints here. Shelves are generally stocked and maintained well. It doesnt tend to get to crowded at this one in the mornings, so that is a plus.

I walk with a walker and I dont have as much trouble shopping.
