I only gave 3 stars bc I havent rented my skit steer yet. They was my first call. I was referred by a family friend. At first I thought their price was high. Until calling other companies. They was very competitive in price. Bryan provided great customer service. Even after I wasnt as pleasant as I could had been w him after finding a $365 delivery fee. He was still very respectful.Wasnt real happy w the delivery price. But i recieved great service.

I recently purchased a used Kubota RTV and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Brian Schneider at Great Plains was easy to work with and accommodated my pre-purchase requests. I made the trip from South Mississippi all the way to Edmund because the price was right and the machine was just as advertised. A long ride, but worth the trip.

Another very good experience with this company. This time the service department. As always all the personnel I met with were friendly, courteous and professional. I took my tractor in for service. When I scheduled the appointment I was advised they would probably have my unit a week and it would cost between 400-500 for the service. I dropped the tractor off on Monday, they were finished by Wednesday of the same week. The actual cost was only $330 when I picked it up. They told me it took less time than planned and there wasnt as much to repair as what they had initially felt it would take, so they adjusted the bill accordingly. Honesty and good service go a long way to keeping me as a loyal customer. I am 40 minutes from this location with other tractor repair facilities closer to me, including other Kubota dealers/repair facilities, but will continue to make the drive to this business.

Parts basically pawns off all questions to another company and they are extremely rude.

The rental staff, both inside and yard help, are excellent! Good at explaining when Im unsure how to operate all features on equipment. Very fair on prices.

Had least mark one if there was a negative star Id mark it took my m8560 to look at knew was a fuel issue problem got a call back stating want do a compression test take ten hours and costly it be I reassured the motor was fine. They said will look further into got another call back this time wanting put injection pump and injectors I was ok with that part but the bill they stated would be be 13-14k the parts from them only was $2600 so they wanted basically 10k to do a 4 hour job I stated I be buy to pick it up do nothing more got it fixed today new pump and injection 2500 and 3half hours job was done everything works as should they are great at taking advantage atleast what I got from them. Keep mind tractor only has 600 hours

Bought a new tractor this month, great experience with Terry in Sales, they were very responsive and worked to find the tractor that was right for my operation, worked hard to make sure it was delivered on time, and they have followed up after the sale to make sure all is well. Great job, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Kubota Tractor.

Very nice and helpful staff however you will most likely spend a lot of time on hold when trying to rent something. More times then not, they will ask for a number to call you back so that you don’t have to wait on the phone. The problem is they are so busy that the call back can be hours later. If you need to rent something the same day, you might need to look elsewhere.

All the staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just asked us a few questions about our plans for our new property and made great suggestions to make sure we were not only getting what we currently wanted and needed but also helping set us up for the future of our land. I would highly suggest coming in and talking with Terry or any of their very helpful people. Can’t wait to get busy with our new equipment!!

I have bought a L5460, 2 L6060’s and a B2920 from Great Plains Kubota in Edmond I the last 8 years. I have always been treated fair when buying and trading with them. I usually deal with Terry on the sales end. The service department is excellent. Tim will work with me to get my tractor in for repairs or maintenance in a reasonable time frame. Jeremy usually works on my tractors and does an outstanding job. The parts department has cost me some time and money. On two occasions this year, I have ordered parts and something happened where the order was not placed and had to be corrected. This did not have to do with the availability of parts but the actual ordering of the parts. They did work quickly to get the parts in after they realized the mistake. Poor poor poor no communication. Paid in full and they only brought part of what was bought, even tho they said they had everything. Tell you they have have it now but wont call you back. Once they get your money they dont deliver. Terrible way to do business.

This is my go-to rental store. Not many people know they even have rentals here but they have the best prices and service.

Customer care is poor. They don’t seem to be interested at the Edmond store. I purchased my mower here but will be purchasing parts and having it serviced elsewhere, even though it is a convenient location.

Matthew in service is top notch! Scheduled tractor maintenance, they were prompt and called me with a guaranteed pick up time the next day.

Awesome place I thank the guys at Great Plains Edmond we will not rent ANYWHERE else if they have what we need and they generally do one day we got a call just after unloading the equipment and working in the mud that our Grandmother (Matriarch of our family/the glue)passed away we went right back explained why the machine was still muddy and not topped off. We expected to pay the full rental fee plus the extra for fuel and cleanup. No!!! They told us to go be with our family its on us today! They earned our buisness for life and that is the only company we will recommend even if we have to haul the epuipment for free. One hell of a crew and just as great a group as you will ever find. We were blessed to meet them guys. Very good rates on epuipment as well. Just give them one shot and you will see for yourself that this is not just a story they will earn your buisness as well!!!
