Delivered here. (Sorry. I reviewed the wrong location at first.)When you go in to deliver turn right to go up the hill and around to dock.Its takes a little skill to get to the dock. Nothing you cant handle!Its a little muddy but not bad. They have forklift that will fit in the trailer. Wont have to drag it to the back with a chain.(Unless someone else is using that forklift lol)My timing....Unloading didnt take too long compared to regular freight. People were cool.Bathroom, water fountain.👉Make sure to check your landing gear from that hill. If digs in the dirt it will have rocks in it. Knock it off so it wont bounce in the road.💯

Good store for home and large equipment. Offer large and small John Deere equipment, parts and oil. Also have large selection of Stihl chainsaws, lawn equipment. Have to be attentive to entrance. They called to let me know about discounts on oil, filters, rotary cutter blades. Took advantage of sale.

Very nice and nonpushy salesmen. Very patient and explained everything well. Bought a higher end mower after leaving to think about it. No pressure, great financing options.

Horrible service. Had my lawn mower for about a month. Once I finally reached out they said they didnt find anything wrong with it. Dropped it off and my house without informing me of the delivery. Dropped it off without keys, because they lost them. They didnt fix one issue. My lawn mower still wont not kick into gear and continues to die. John Deere reached out to them, and they said they didnt have any records of my lawn mower being at their shop...

Love the guys at John Deere at Waterloo and 35. We own a tree business and they keep us running with everything we need. If we need repairs they have made sure we got what we needed to keep working, which is essential for our business to be a success. Couldnt do it without them. Terrible service! Bought a new lawn mower on May 26th. 2nd time using it bolts fell off and deck fell. Charged us $66 for repairs, pick up and delivery. That was after arguing with them. All John Deeres fault! Should have been no charge! Taking advantage of an 87 year old widow!

I’ve visited this store 4 times buying various parts and they are always very helpful and friendly. They provide excellent customer service and have always have the parts I need for my mowing equipment!

I bought my John Deere ride-on lawnmower from them a few years ago and couldn’t be any happier.Their service department is top notch and keeps you informed about the status of your equipment. I will forewarn you that in the spring they get backed up but that is to be expected in their industry.They do come to your house for basic service and will also pickup and deliver your equipment for a small charge.

I was in a market for a John Deere 3025e and I had lots of questions about the tractor and lots of questions about attachments...Blake was my sales guy and he did outstanding job ...he would answer even on his day off if i had a question about something ....overall sales guy Blake and parts guys are awesome ...didn’t use service there yet so I can’t comment about it ...we gonna be doing business in future for sure ...

I have purchased 3 Stihl lawn items from them and each time the staff has been very friendly and the items were reasonably priced. Recently they expedited sharpening of a chain saw chain for me since they did not have one in stock. I highly recommend these guys.
