Ace Hardware is my go to store for hardware, paint, pest control, lawn and garden, kitchenware, etc. If you cant find it in the store let them know and they might be able to order it for you. Join their rewards program. If you are a homeowner like myself, you know the supplies needed to maintain your home add up in cost so those reward coupons make a difference. If you have a question the staff are happy to help. If you want old fashioned customer service or hard to find items this is the store for you.

They always have what I need and its fun just to walk the store and look at all the stuff!

We were in the Westlake Store on 15th St. in Edmond on 10/23 and the sign on the entrance said that face coverings were mandatory before entering. Yet once inside there were 3 employees in the store without masks. When we left I asked the cashier why their employees were not required to wear masks. Her reply was that they are practicing social distancing. They werent while we were talking with them.

I placed several delivery orders, and although at times things got confusing, the staff was very accommodating, especially Nick. He was awesome, and went out of his way to make sure we were helped. He is very customer-oriented and polite. Thank you for helping during these times.

Came here to get replacement pieces for my bathroom sink and originally bought the wrong handles. They took the return and this time I asked for help and they helped me get the right parts to fix my sink. Extremely grateful for their kind service and I love this place when I’m trying to find something specific because I don’t have to walk a mile and a half like at Lowe’s or HD. Nothing against those places but ACE is my go to place.

I can find things at Westlake hardware that I cannot find in other big box stores that dont have a clue what the part even is then Im looking for. Thank you for being there Westlake hardware!

I dont think I have ever been in this store before today, but I was really impressed at how helpful the employees are. Helped me find just what I needed, carried it to the front, and then took it out to the car. Its difficult to find good customer service like that at most places considering you have to do everything for yourself at 99 percent of stores. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for various home items and hardware. I know Ill definitely be back here when I need something else they have.

Over the past couple of years Ive been an infrequent customer because Ive only needed items only Westlake carries. Now I am going to be a frequent REGULAR LOYAL customer. The manager, Terry, is such a nice, upbeat and helpful guy. Reminds me of the old days when you went to an independent hardware store. Youd think Terry OWNED the store. Over the last two months Ive gotten to know him. If he doesnt have it in stock he will research and do what he can to get it. AND he will work with you on coupons and rewards cards. He told me today they honor invalid coupons on some items. (I never knew that) He made me feel like he TRULY appreciated my business. Lowes and Home Depot just lost me to Westlake Hardware Edmond! Nice to see there are still a few retailers out there that treat you like they WANT your business and want to KEEP it.

Good place for a range of items. They carry a nice coverage of bar b que supplies. As a hardware store they carry every nut and bolt.

Ace is the helpful place. Well at least here anyways. I failed to get the guys name but me and a friend had in issue that required some complex fittings to get right. This guy went thru the bins looking for the right fittings. He found what we needed.

I was very impressed with the staff. Very friendly. Eager to help in anyway way possible. I even found a display of my favorite product. The naked Bee. Cheaper than Amazon I might add. I also saw the manager on his way out stop and help a customer before he left. Westlake rocks.

Nice people and great service. I get all my keys made there. Only downside is the store is cramped like most Ace stores are. Can find some unique items but their inventory can be on the low side sometimes.

Employees are never any help and when i know they carry the item they say they dont have not out of stock just they dont carry yet i find the item in their store

A tab pricier than Home Depot or Lowes but so much easier and quicker to get in and out. Employees are very helpful.

My wife and I love this particular Ace Store. The people are nice, the shelves are always stocked and neat, the layout is great, and there is a decent variety of products. I wish this store was closer to me, but the closest Ace to me is only .1 mile closer. When you ask if they offer a military discount, not only do they offer one, but theyre proud to let you know they do. Theres another Ace in town where they could care less to tell you they didnt offer one. This Ace Store on 15th is the best Ace store in Edmond!

Had a problem with a chainsaw and they immediately took it to the back and fixed it. This is just like a hometown hardware store where the people care!

These guys have everything I need, every time. This bolt, that filter, this spray, that gadget. Everyone here is always right there to help you find it and, in my case, keep track of how much I owe as I rack up a tally of nuts, bolts and washers. Well done, Team.

Went to the New store on Danforth, needed help, didnt see anyone.... Left and went to the on 15th street, got all of the help we were used to getting, and go to Westlake for!!! LOVE the fellows at the 15th street store!!!! Will go back there for the personalized service!!!

Its awesome place if you just want to locate certain hardware equipment.

Noone around to help you until you check out. Even then there are no floor sales people who answer

I gave Ed in screens and plexiglass a big project. He wasnt a happy camper but he did what he could. He was a little grumpy but hes 78 years old and just works there for extra money. I noticed most of the workers are very nice but its that fake nice. .. that niceone has to be if they wish to appear like they are satisfying a need for the company. Like I imagine once they get home they kick the dog for no reason. I tried to engage them in a conversation but they all kind of ignored me. Ed started to warm up a bit but our business was complete so I dont know if the chill was lifted because I was leaving or what. Still an okay place to do hardware business.

Went in need help and the sales associate basically told me to get out of the way he was needing where I was I told him I need help and I was told I would have wait in a foul tone so I said I will go else where he stated good so I stayed I will never be back what ever.I will never go back

The staff is really friendly, usually have a handyman type there to help you with your problem and guide you to smart solutions. Always go to Westlake first for diy projects before going to those big box stores, feels better supporting the locally owned business.

I needed a small part (a large washer with a tiny hole) to try a mower repair. As usual, if any place will have something like that, Ace is the place. I didnt manage to fix the lawnmower (I had to spend a whole $10 for a replacement ... LOL) but the part was cheap and I meanwhile scoped out the latest greatest stuff at the store for future reference. The staff is always helpful and friendly (as they are at all Ace stores).

I had no idea, but Westlakes stocks some of the neatest, unique items. Seriously, if youre into keys and keychains - or if you need a little gift and you know something that the giftee is into or if theyre crazy about a certain dog breed, I have never seen more choices of cute (and cool) keychains, lol. They also have a very nice pet supplies section, with items I havent seen sold elsewhere. Im attaching a food bowl thats intended for dogs who tend to scarf down their food too fast - look for the pic - its bright turquoise. Westlakes hours are more limited that the big boys of hardware, but the hardware isnt why I go, lol. :)
