This location is hard to get into due to the close proximity to a Starbucks which customers block to entry driveway. Other than that this store has the gear and the knowledgeable staff to help you solve your tech issues quickly. Pro tip: Buy your items online and choose Curbside Pickup. It typically takes 3 minutes or less to have your items brought right to you!

I BELIEVE that delivery drivers they hire steal other peoples orders. Theres NO WAY they can lose 2 Bose surround systems I ordered in a week..NEVER received either one. It looks like they or someone in their families going to have a good Christmas...WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

It will be nice when covid is over,so I can speak to a human on the phone again. I purchased some computer equipment and have to set up an appointment to ask a simple question. I have brought in my computer during work hours with problems concerning my monitor. One young man was nice enough to sign off on it,but it does concern me as to how long the monitor will last.

The Best Buy Store was good in everything that was needed and they did a good job. However something had to be ordered from Amazon and not so good came from that. However we all know about the USPS, UPS, Amazon, FED EX and the rest, good luck with any of them. It is shame that packages cannot be delivered properly to the right address. If I was rating Amazon it would be a minus 5. The driver DID NOT pay any attention to the address of the location. I have 6 inch numbers on my house. The place they delivered it did not have any. I know that google knows where I live because I use them daily multiple times. Shame on you Amazon!

This was the best experience at a Best Buy/appliance/electronics store I’ve ever had. Joey W. was so experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything in such a simple way for me to understand. He gave me multiple suggestions for the product I was curious about. He treated me with respect and made sure I was getting the best product for my money. Would 100% recommend the Edwardsville Best Buy and Joey as a consultant. I will be buying all of my electronics and appliances from this store specifically because of Joey’s knowledge and customer service.

When you go to Best Buy always ask for Shelby at Att it was greatest. I’m not the best when it comes to electronics but let me tell you she was awesome. I came with a broken phone and was just tired of it. She shared with me all the rebates and didn’t try to up sale me or make me feel like my opinion didn’t matter. She worked with me for 5 hrs and kept her smile on her face and was just as sweet as when we first started. I’m 72 but today she made me feel 27 she talked to me so kind and just made it seem like we have been friends for ages so Shelby thank you and keep showing people how you treat people always have a blessed day because you were a blessing to me today

Not too shabby usually have what Im looking for and if they dont they order it and get it to me in a timely fashion I just wish they would have more knowledgeable staff they really do need to invest some money in training I took my mother there for a new Chromebook and she wanted the most she could get for the budget she had set instead of getting her the most for her money and showing her all the options it seem like they were more concerned with getting rid of old stock so they could get new in and then it was clearly marked $299 and he tried to charge her $399 at the register I had to correct that as well I dont want to say for sure theyre trying to rip off the elderly it could just be a lack of knowledge and professionalism but they definitely need to do something about it

We came in to buy a phone cord. We asked for help from a young lady and she didnt act like she was interested in helping us. We found a man to help us and he took us to where we needed to be and found our cord for us. The young lady that checked us out was very polite and cheerful.

Dont bother with their Geek Squad. Theyll leave you waiting at the counter while theyre BSing in the back room. Also, they dont even have the spare parts to check a power supply on a desktop computer. They are also useless with pulling data from cell phones. Again dont waste your time or theyll waste yours. 0 out of 5 stars if it were possible.

I changed my rating. Was here yesterday 5/9/2021. My husband went inside to check for security cameras after he was greeted and directed where he needed to go look the guy informed him someone would be right with him. Well 20 minutes later no one came to help so we left.

Asked sales person about product I needed she had no knowledge of product didnt try to find out any info about it.I then stood in line for over 35minutes just to ask the next person a question but then as a sales person walked by I asked him about I needed.He helped me and was very kind.This all boils down to get more help on the floor and have them CARE ABOUT HELPING.

Do not buy from Best Buy unless you want to wait for weeks to get your orders. We ordered a 4000 dollar refrigerator. They canceled on us twice. Then the third time we had to wait from 12-6. Cancel all of our work and our plans. Emailed us at 610 “will be there at 7”. 7 came. No fridge. In fact, got an email saying it was delivered. Now after everything else, it’s Monday and we are waiting again from 12-6. It’s 4:40.....if you want problems, buy from Best Buy.Update. It finally was delivered. Although Best Buy was horrible, the delivery Guys were AMAZING!

I was immediately helped by an associate who worked with me until another associate was available. The associate (Josh) was super nice and knowledgeable. I got my laptop and monitor picked out and was on my way in under an hour. Best experience yet, I felt like they listened to me and showed me tech that would meet my needs and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need or want.

I checked the web site for a product in stock. The site said they had it. I went immediately to purchase the item. Quess what, it was not in stock. It had a sign designating it was sold out. I suspect it had been sold out for a period of time since they had a sign already in place. They just did not update their web site. Back in the day that was called bait and switch? Just saying.

Being the gadget person that I am, I always have the best time in Best Buy! Lol!!! This location always has a great selection of the latest tech! This time I was looking for something simple, a Chromebook. Found it, as advertised. No bait and switch games Service is always fast and friendly which is icing on the cake! This time, I was helped by a Microsoft rep! She verified inventory, then brought a Best Buy employee TO ME, with Chromebook in hand, to wrap up the deal. Checkout was super smooth, fast and friendly. And thats Important with the holiday shopping crowds!

This best buy is pretty decent other than on a Saturday they didnt open up until 11am? Ended up going over to Ross, who opens at 6am, lol.Other than some strange holiday hours this best buy is reasonable on vinyl records but shop Wally world for the exact same Blu Ray movies for almost half the price!As for electronics its just a no brainer, best buy is the way to go :)

Walked in couldnt get to carts blocked,some areas blocked in store due to remodel.help was rude we wanted 43 inch TV out of about 20 and picking different ones and given wrong information finally find out only 2 of the 20 were in stock. Then we had two gift cards we wanted to know how much on each card to decide witch one to use she said ok but then went ahead and put it on card she wanted to and said if you want info on cards you have to go to customer service, this is not true we have got the info before as we were at register. Walked out frustrated and disappointed in store. We have never before had this bad of experience here .
