I have gutted my garage in order to replace old wooden cabinets with metal ones. I love the convenience of ordering on line but when I had questions, I was lucky enough to ask a wonderful young associate, Marquinten to help me. He was patient and showed me on line which options would be the best for my needs. I love our store and the people they hire.

It can be frightening and embarrassing to venture into a store like this to search for multiple items related to installing a water heater, vanity, and multiple pipes, fittings, etc. I asked for help and was greeted by Bob. I am so glad I met Bob. You see, he was absolutely the right person to assist us. We got absolutely every part we needed and we did it all late at night, before close. I wanted to make sure he is recognized for his great work ethic and knowledge. Oh, and thank you Maddie for recommending the Home Depot cc with 0% interest. Thank you very much Bob and Maddie.

We had loaded a lot of wood on push cart. Go to check out and and instead $5.24 each they were $19.00 each. Turned into a prob.for us. Workers were great though.

First, let me say that generally, we have had good experiences with Home Depot, so it pains me to write this review, but our service has been HORRIBLE with a recent issue. Also, as a side note, we have been VERY loyal and spent over $25k here while building our home. We purchased a patio set and first received a damage item. They would not let us return just the one chair, so that was a headache. After that, the covers never came for our couch. We have spent over SIX hours on the phone with three different companies trying to get these couch cushion covers. They told us they dont know where they are and we will have to pay out of pocket to get them (and just getting them has been a struggle - we still dont have them, one month later). I understand things happen and we are still in a pandemic, but we do expect that Home Depot will remedy the issue since we PAID for this set and have still not received all items. The fact that they have just given us all these different numbers to call and that they havent done this leg work for us is an issue. We are so very disappointed in this process and it will impact our willingness to shop here in the future, especially with Lowes right next door. Very bummed!

Its Home Depot. Never really clean, never organized, and never someone there to help you when you need it. But Im sure they have what you are looking for, if you have all day to search for it.

Went in not expecting to find the fan screw I needed. The guys were extremely helpful. I did not expect to see two guys working that one aisle either. Quite impressive

I tried to stay outside and shop but then an employee, who was standing by the cashier counter, told me the garden center randomly closed. I had to walk through the store to get out. I will not be back in the near future.

As Home Depots go, this one is very nice. Plenty of helpful employees that dont hover over you. The restrooms are very clean. They have everything you may need and if they dont, they will order it !

I am very distraught about the stores sales and 48 hour return. Bought custom cabinets and the Samsung microwave and convection. Salesperson confirmed it was a convection. After 48 hours your refund is considered Buyers Remorse. Will be shopping at Lowes as we continue to rehab homes.

Wow. Clean, well stocked. Friendly employees....Home Depot should have been like this years ago before Lowes came on the scene. I found the standard selection of products. Christmas trees and Santas were set up and ready to sell sell sell. The plants looked healthy.

We shop here often. There is a lot of availability here. It is family friendly and handicapped accessible. There is free parking with handicapped parking spots also. We wanted to order fiberglass exterior doors with composite framing. Michael was wonderful with ordering our doors online. He had some good questions to make sure we ordered what we needed and necessary materials for installation. We plan on shopping here again.

We ordered a built in dishwasher during the black Friday sale. We paid for installation and haul away of our old one, scheduled for a Saturday from 9 to noon. The day prior to installation, we were called and told they would be there between noon and 430 which was not the time we scheduled. The installers showed up and within 5 minutes they said they could not remove the dishwasher because we had a raised floor, which no one mentioned when we were ordering and scheduling for delivery. They left and within 10 minutes, we took the two mounting screws off and pulled it out. We called the delivery people back and they said they would contact their manager and see if they can come back out. A half hour later we called and they said their manager was calling them back now and they would call us back. By this time, it was after the delivery window. The next day we went to the home depot and spoke with the specialist manager who said of course they wouldnt install it because the floor wasnt level. She said if we wanted it installed we would have to pull out the dishwasher and push the new one in once it was installed which doesnt sound like any kind of installation I have ever heard of. We asked for a refund and were told we would have to come back on Monday at 9am because the dishwasher was still on the truck, which we cannot do because we work. Had we known they could not install it, we could have looked elsewhere and still gotten a sale price. A little communication goes a long way in situations like this and could have smoothed over the situation.The installation people and specialist manager were rude and offered no communication to resolve the issue.

Unable to pay bill do to Home depots error with auto payment process, talk to customer service (foreign)puts me back in automation payment. It wants a 9 digit zip but only allows 5 digit entry

Place an order online paid for it said they had everything in stock. Got a notification that my order was ready to be picked up. Got there and they told me they cancelled my whole order because they didnt have anything in stock that I wanted. I feel like I could have been called or something before making me drive all the way there

Know what your looking for help is hard to find

Recently bought a house so I have been to home depot about 6 times this week already.Customer service has kinda gone down hill from previous years. First few trips passing employees would ask if im finding everything okay and either run away before I could pop out my question or seem bothered when I do ask.Today at 8pm I was in there having problems finding a few things and was passed by a total of 4 employees that just ignored me so i left without everything I needed. I was being checked out and was asked if I found everything alright and replied ehhh, not really the conversation was left at that and I was given my receipt....

I rate Home Depot as nuetral. Twice in the last two weeks I asked about the military discount. They say 10 percent. The first time, I showed my credentials and she thanked me for my military service. As I was about to drive away I looked at the receipt and there was no military discount. I went back in and she said I would have to go to customer service and inquire. It was not a large amount and I was in a hurry so I just left.Two days ago I had to get a few sheets of drywall and some other supplies. The cost was $122.99 plus tax = $133. Again, I asked for their military discount of 10%. I showed him my credentials and he thanked me and said it was applied.I paid him and looked at the receipt and again, it was not applied. I asked the clerk and he said I needed to go to customer service. When I got there, the man said the computer wasnt applying it. So he qave me $2.32 off. That is about 10% of $23.20.I know these are trivial amounts, but how about people who spend large amounts and just dont bother to check their receipts and think Home Depot is being honest with them?I am sure the savings will be greater at Menards without Military discount, especially on days of their 11% rebates.

It was time for a new water heater and Home Depot carries Rheem, considered a top brand, that I wanted to use as the replacement. I was able to get a 50 gallon model with a 12 year warranty, including a glass lined tank and remote connectivity, so I can enable vacation mode when I remember after we are already away on vacation. The model I wanted was on the top shelf and weighs about 160lbs. Their associates were great at getting 2 of the units down. I didnt want to buy the first as the box had some significant damage--maybe the unit on the inside was okay but I didnt want to risk having to come back with a return. They loaded in the SUV for me, definitely a bonus. The one complaint I have is they recently updated their point of sale devices and I can no longer pay with my phone.

Aisles are always full of stock and are typically impassable. I would expect this when stocking, but this was during prime operating hours. Items clearly put their by associates and not customers.

Got a new roof put on my house by them and its leaked ever since we got the new roof. Even though we have a warranty they dont come out and fix it. Everytime it rains the roof leaks and fills up buckets in my kitchen. NEVER GO TO HOME DEPOT FOR A NEW ROOF OR ANY ROOFING WORK!!!

Because we were saving money, we ordered our decking and handrail from Home Depot. It has been a nightmare! Our delivery was canceled twice without any communication. When my husband calls to get answers, nobody seems to know anything! Save yourself the headache, pay a little more and do business with another company that has good reviews, good communication, and knows what is going on.

I went to Home depot to return an item and look for some flowers 💐. The return was very quick and I had plenty of time to look around the garden shop. I found almost everything I was looking for. The staff was restocking and told me to return in a few days as they were receiving more merchandise daily.

Great place to do shop.

During covid 19 outbreak, I did an online order to keep me and my family safe. Home depot workers brought out my items. As I go to close the tailgate, I notice they gave me the wrong color caulk. I show the worker my phone receipt showing what color I purchased. The worker tells me you have to go inside to the service desk. Not wanting to go inside, I called the manager and she was not helpful at all. Ended up leaving with the wrong material. Managers and staff need to be trained on customer service.
