We had a tire emergency and the crew here was incredibly helpful for us. They totally went way above and beyond what I would have expected. I specifically want to call out Craig and Noah for being super awesome. They both stayed well after regular hours and were nothing but friendly and focused on getting us back on the road. Tire Choice is the BEST auto service center in town. My tire was about to blow out and they helped me get a new one in under an hour. Craig has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am a college student with a tight budget and he was able to help me find something in my price range. Service and customer service were both great! Called on a Saturday to ask if they could look at something wrong with my car and they got me in immediately. I also asked them for an oil change and to check on another issue. They called us with a quote pretty quickly after drop off and fixed it within hours. I definitely would recommend their service!

I was in need of a tire patch and I wasnt sure which tire shop to go to. I chose tire choice on a whim, and they were kind enough to not waste my time by checking to see whether my tire could be fixed or not. It couldnt be fixed and they seamlessly transitioned me into a good tire. They worked with me on the price, and before I knew it I was on my way.

I do not have the best luck with tires. Luckily I have found this location to help me solve that issue. I have 19 inch tires which are hardly in stock but have frequently been able to get them at a great price here. I also would recommend this location if you ever need a tire patched as they are quick an efficient. I usually work with Craig and he has been the most helpful with resolving my tire issues! Highly recommend if you are needing quick and friendly service!

I got my car fixed and it was still broken when I got back home. The tire was popped and they didnt realize it and sent me home with a tire that was still popped.

When I had a blowout on a Saturday I was sure that I wouldn’t find help but to my surprise Tire Choice were not only open but they went out of there way to put on a set of tires and have me back on the road quick. Me and my company have used this place for years with no issues. Recently brought in my personal vehicle for a tire change and they completey gouged the rim to the point it has to be replaced. I brought this to the attention of an employee at tire Choice and told me that it was impossible that they did it without giving me the time of day. Will definitely not be returning.

One suggestion for your waiting room. Provide a little table or counter that would give space to someone needing to work on their laptop while they wait fir their vehicle.

Craig was completely honest with me going in and his estimate was right on point. He was prompt and straight to the point. Although Craig was training a new employee, he still got me in and out before the quoted amount of time! Great job!

I came by Tire Choice to get some help with a tire that was leaking and to my surprise they got me in without delay. I ended up buying a new set of tires and they are the best riding tires that i have ever owned. Tire Choice has the best service and these guys are very friendly and it is very obvious that they care about every car that they see.

The worst place ever I paid $27 for a vouchstem on a 2003 Dodge ram supposed to be complete tire inspection and repair wake up this morning to a flat go backup there oh maam its not repairable you should have told me that yesterday wouldnt you think that would be great customer service no I do not recommend this place at all stay away from them

Super disappointed with the customer service. Went in for a diagnosis for my car that I bought recently. No one told me the price for a diagnosis but I assumed it would be around $30 - $40. The attendant brings a $70 charge for a diagnosis and when I ask him why a diagnosis is that expensive here compared to other places, he becomes super aggressive and rude. I paid the $70 but wish I had gone somewhere else. Will not be doing business here ever. Very unprofessional place.

Went in to see if they had time to put on new set of tires. The guy behind the desk was short like I was bothering him. 4 hour before closing and zero cars in the bays. I couldnt even get a word in . He cut me off before I could even tell him what I needed. Absolutely rude. Zero customer service skills. Ill never return.

Left my backpack ZIPPED in the back of my car while I waited there for it to be worked on. Get back in my car only to find my bag unzipped. Never going there again.

I had a flat tire and I went here to see if I needed a new one and they fixed it for me. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Mike and Chris were great and I recommend going to Autotire of Edwardsville.

I have never had a problem with oil changes here. They do a full inspection, will top off oil if needed (one of our vehicles consumes oil), and you get a HUGE discount with the Drive Card in comparison to Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations ($65 vs $30 for synthetic blend). The reason I did not give 5 stars is 1. I did have an issue in the past where I was told my struts were shot and they were not, but the staff has been replaced since then. 2. My colleague claims they stripped his oil pan plug. I hope they do not use impact wrenches on oil pans!

They were very nice and did good work. BUT...and this is a big one...the body odor left in my car from them driving it in and out of the shop was absolutely horrendous. I had to wash my leather seats, my coat, and my clothes I was wearing because I could smell it on myself and in the car after driving home with the windows down. It is truly awful.

This place is TOP NOTCH! Service is great! (Which is so important to my family). We have been going to this place for years.... The price is awesome and it is so easy to get the appointment that fit our schedules. Highly recommend this to everyone! And dont forget that they have one of the cheapest oil changes/tire rotations in town.... 5 stars for sure!

Made two visits this week. Follow up visit was great, just wish I didnt have to make follow up visits as it is hard enough to coordinate time outside of work. Seems that if I come in for anything other than just an oil change there is a high likelihood I will be returning because service wasnt completed the first time around. This time it was headlight and tail light, previously it was air conditioning compressor, other incidents previous but not at this shop so I wont comment here. Seems to be issues AutoTire wide. Cant beat a cheap oil change though.
