This was our last stop for furniture shopping. The place was very big, and had a large selection. Olivia, helped us out and she was great. Answered all of our questions and was never pushy. She was a great help. We were in there for awhile and they offered free drink and snack for my kids! I was most shocked with the quality of the furniture and their prices. They were pretty close to Weekends only for what we were looking for. We had our two dressers and mattress/base delivered. The delivery guys were prompt, polite and probably had the best sense of urgency I have seen in the delivery business. Our buying experience from Kloss was excellent. This will be our first stop next time instead of the last stop. Thank you.

Our first purchase went smoothly, so we decided to get matching furniture. I purchased a console table, waited several weeks for delivery, and was brought the wrong furniture. I was told that it was what I had ordered but I refused delivery. After speaking to customer service I was told they don’t check their orders when received from the manufacturer and in fact the manufacturer sent them the wrong table. I was given a refund because I didn’t want to wait 8 more weeks for a wrong item again. Now, I chose to purchase an in stock table to prevent a manufacturer mix up again. At delivery I received a damaged chair and was told customer service would contact me to switch it out. They have not done so at this time. The wood is cracked and it seems unsafe to use. I also asked them when I purchased this last piece to only call me because my husband works night shift and the calls wake him up. They told me no problem. Well he received several phone calls and now a text message to write a review about our experience, so here it is.

My furniture salesman gave us an approximate time of delivery from 12-2. I was shocked when the doorbell rang at 12:15 with three young men very friendly and so helpful. Within a short period they had everything moved in, set up and plugged in. Made sure we knew how everything worked and told us they would move it different ways until we liked the way it was set up. I was very impressed and will definitely be recommending and buying from you again.

Missy was very friendly and helpful. She never pressured us to buy and let us take our time making a decision on our new mattress.

Went the Edwardsville store and spoke with Melissa and Devin. Both were very helpful and very nice. Purchased a bed set and elected for delivery. On delivery day they were on time, friendly, helpful, and did a great job installing the bed set in my sons room. The delivery manager; seemed to genuinely care and that was very appreciated. Would definitely buy again from Kloss.

The people on the sales floor where super friendly and helpful with making the perfect decision for the furniture we needed for our new home. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. We stopped in the edwardsville location and our salesman was Christian and he was very well spoken and super helpful. We bought a bedroom outfit and delivery was fairly quick. When the guys arrived they were very polite and put everything together for us. We will definitely be making a future purchase!

2 strong young men arrived promptly following courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. They made quick work of bringing in my heavy new furniture, set it all up and were out within about 25 minutes. They even helped move some of the old furniture out of the way for me! They were very polite and respectful of my home, laid down their own rug and put pads up in doorway to prevent damage to doorframe.

Guys were great never missed a beat. They asked how I wanted it in the room I told them. Then When they put it together they came get me to let me know that I wouldn’t have much room in a certain area. And I was fine with it but I appreciate them asking in and out quick. They need a raise !!

We went to Kloss for new living room furniture. We met Kari and she was amazing. We changed our mind after our initial purchase and was able to find something we like better a couple of days later. We are very pleased with attention and courteous insight as shared when we asked the sales associate for advice. Even when at Kloss before finalizing any purchases we have always been treated with respect and courtesy. The associates are obviously well trained knowing that today’s “browser” is tomorrow’s sale. On more than one occasion that has benefited them and us. Today we received a new couch. The delivery personnel were clearly competent. They know how to move a large piece of furniture with care for it and the house. That’s all I really expected. But, more than carefully moving the couch and attaching the legs without issue, they were very polite. We really appreciated the “Red Carpet” they placed at our doorstep. That brought a smile to our faces.

Update: Manager did reach out and apologize. We really appreciate him following up and acknowledging that there is room for better communication.We ordered a piece of furniture and had it delivered from the warehouse to the store (so we could pick it up). On the day we were coming to pick it up, I called several hours ahead of time and was told it was all ready for pick-up. When we arrived, however, we were told we would have to wait at least 30 minutes if we wanted it assembled. This was especially frustrating because it de-railed our entire evening and it was a whole hour before they called us. (We had to cancel evening plans, and we live 30 minutes away from the store, so we had to just stall time in that area.) We really would have appreciated more clear communication. Its ready for pick-up definitely implies that the furniture is assembled... and youd think that when someone spends nearly $600 the piece would be assembled upon pick-up. We wont shop here again.

Service was great initially. Found a wonderful couch! They assured us that this is a very “popular couch” so there were lots on hand. Told us we could expect delivery the first week of April. Get a voice mail that we should get delivery in June. Call for an update now it’s “mid June”.***UPDATE: Kloss reached out to us so promptly to help resolve this issue/misunderstanding. We appreciate their efforts greatly. Customer service is beyond excellent.

My husband and I recently purchased a new mattress from this store. We had been looking around online for quite some time and decided to go into Kloss Furniture. The had what we were looking for and at a better price than any other place we researched. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted plus more. Everything from the in store service to delivery was impeccable.

Great quality and once our furniture came in they delivered it for free the same week. However, we were quoted multiple deliveries of individual items, rather than our entire order at once. We were not kept updated about the delays. Also one of our end-tables arrived broken, which isn’t your fault.. but I would have appreciated being offered the display/ floor model. We placed our order in April and I may have shopped elsewhere if I had known it would be September before my living room would be complete.

Furniture was delivered quickly and efficiently and installed by the two individuals with haste and assurance to meet our needs.

We were very pleased with the delivery and customer service. Our sectional was huge and the delivery team on Wednesday went over and above to carry the pieces up two flight is steps on our massive back deck to get it in safely. They were careful to put the sliding glass door back together properly before they left as well. Upon assembly, they discovered that the manufacturer mislabeled one of the pieces and they initiated the process with customer service to obtain the correct piece. Today, (Friday) a second delivery team delivered the correct piece and were as professional and friendly as the first team. Even though we had a slight problem, it was handled efficiently by the delivery teams and the customer service team and I couldn’t be happier.

We ordered our mattress over the phone. We got the best price at Kloss after shopping for months. The delivery men were very polite and accommodating.

My Mom and I had a great experience and the sale man, Aaron provided options and allowed us to look around with out hounding or pushing for a hard sale. I purchased the couch that I fell in love with and added a chair into the mix. Only thing is that the delivery men no longer takes the old furniture away leaving me scrambling...but is understandable due to Covid..

They were very nice and courteous. They got my furniture in with no problem and no damages to anything. They even fluffed the back cushions and throw pillows for the Couches! This is why I like Kloss and why I bought from them again and will again for any future needs.

The in store experience was great, very relaxed and answered all our questions. They notified us of the expected delivery time then called us a half hour before they arrived. Then get this, after the delivery we get a follow up phone call asking if everything went as expected. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

Service in store was great! But I will say that delivery was not executed great. After buying our furniture, our delivery date was put in wrong and also not confirmed. We asked for the 19th of the month ( due to us being out of town ), but they put in the 17th and it never was confirmed. I had a manger call and we rescheduled for the next upcoming day they had available, which was the 24th. This I was not upset about, until I got a text on the 16th saying my furniture was being delivered tomorrow. We luckily had someone who was able to come to our home while they delivered. This was my second bad experience with a furniture store and it makes me not want to shop furniture ever again!

Furniture businesses constantly over promise and under deliver. It seems to be a standard especially among the discount chains. I’m tired of excuses about distribution and supply. Kloess was not as bad as most, and in the end, made good on the original agreement. I just wish they would be more accurate up front rather than hasty, empty promises to make the sale.

I had a great experience with Kloss. I had a specific color scheme and sizing in mind for a dining table and matching barstools. They were very helpful in designing the product to exactly what I wanted. It did take a long time to come in, but that was due to it being a custom order during COVID, not the fault of Kloss. They were very communicative about the delivery, and when the furniture arrived today it looks even better than I thought it would!

Placed is cluddered. I couldnt fully recline without hitting the table. Hard to look at dressers since most dressers are stacked on top of other furniture. Maybe going to Ashley first messed up my experience here at Kloss.

Our experience at Kloss Edwardsville was wonderful. Erika was our salesperson. She is so personable and friendly—did not pressure us at all. We had seen what we were purchasing on another trip to the store. Erika gave us all of the options and explained the technology behind the power recliners and extra support in the couch pieces. The only bad thing was waiting for our furniture to arrive, but that seems to be a universal problem due to Covid. Our furniture finally delivered today and Adam and his helper were excellent. They called me to say they were five minutes out (in the two hour window they scheduled for delivery). They were great with my dog and delivered and set up the furniture in a timely fashion. All around a great experience.

Having it delivered to Marion, IL; only costing us $169 for delivery and set up for all of it! Thats a great deal considering we bought the furniture in Edwardsville, IL!!
