Great place to get your drinking water. Awesome staff

Our family has been a customer for about five years. Great water, almost always in and out in no time. Friendliest service. Cleanliness is a priority for them and it shows.

This is such an awesome place, the water taste so much better than other places Ive been. They have a new customer.

Best tasting water in El Cajon... Hilda is the best she remembers I can say 99% of the customers that come in. They have great deals on the water when you prepay, and just in case they were to be closed the have self serve machines outside with the same drinking water system they have inside. They also have frozen yogurt... Good flavors and they change often so you can always try something new. The place is kept super clean. The also sell ice and they also have different size water jugs and accessories.

I won’t be using this store anymore .

Went by there for my very first time this weekend walked in at 2:48pm and told the girl there this is my first time here so I really dont know your policy. She said Im closed now you can get water outside. I said well ok but I dont have change on me. Does it take coins? She said you can get change next door. She showed me the door shuffled me out. I went next door told the guy the girl sent me here to get change for their machines. He was like ARE YOU KIDDING? I was like nope. He was very kind anyway and broke a ten dollar bill I gave him. Business must be booming is all I can say. Looks like Ill call Sparkletts

Ive been going here for years and the water and staff are excellent. I have a MPH and Im very impressed with the quality and taste.

Super friendly and staff was very nice. The yogurt is the bomb diggity and recommend anybody who wants a tasty treat when they get there water to come here.

While filling up my water jug I swept away light dust that was on the sides of the spout, when the woman at the counter screamed at me not to do that. She was loud and angry and the other customers lowered their heads at her callousness. I stopped, apologised, and explained that it was light dust and that I was sorry, but she was very upset. I didn’t know you couldn’t wipe down the jug there as no signs existed. The woman filling her water jug next to me was embarrassed for me, but not as embarrassed as I. I quickly finished up and took it to the register but the woman at the counter ignored me and chatted up her friend for about 8 minutes while I held the heavy jug in my arms. I do not mind waiting, but the way she treated me when she finally rang me up reassured me that it had been on purpose. I am thoroughly disappointed in their customer service and will no longer be using this establishment. It’s a shame, my family has been using this place for the last 3 years.

Ive been getting great tasting water from Clear Choice for years and its always a happy, friendly experience. Always a treat to grab some frozen yogurt on the way out too!

First time here and this place is really cool. They have a lot of very cool water crocks and I was told that some of the colors of the crocks were used on custom refurbished cars from the Lords of Car Hoarders on Discovery.The self serve yogurt is really good and at the time they had a peppermint and strawberry combination that was awesome.
