Customer service is great. Water quality of 6ppm is accurate. I own a tds meter and I have checked it. What more can I write. The product offered is as described.

Since I moved to El Cajon (2 years now in Jan 2021) Ive been going to this place to get my water. When I recently moved I googled the best water store near me and this one came up with the best reviews and quite close home. The water tastes great no nasty taste during or after drinking the water. After the pandemic the price per gallon did go up a lil but I dont mind since I understand we are all under a lot of financial stress. Overall I love this place, its clean, organized and the guy thats always there hes so kind and sweet. Always greets you with a smile!

Ive been coming here for our bottled water since the 90s back when they were on Second street over by what is now Fresh & Easy. It is still run by the same man and his wife today. The taste of the water is clean and perfect. Price of the water is excellent. The owner gave me advice on how to sterilize my water bottles each year to keep them clean, and how to repair them if they develop slow leaks.

I pay 75 cents for 5 gallons at the water kiosks around town. This place advertises 35 cents per gallon on Google Maps but charges 40 cents a gallon when you arrive. This is false advertising. And I will never come back. Way to expensive. Shame on them.
