If I could give them zero stars I would. I had bad credit, I knew my interest rate would be high to rebuild, we talked and they said they could get me a 2009 Mercedes ML320 for $10k with $1k down. We went down to pick it up and it was at the shop to have the A/C repaired, and he had also “spent $2500 in repairs” on top of that. Dia also knew my father and said he would take good care of us. Once the car arrived we test drove it and it ran good. Did a once over and noticed the passenger mirror had been repaired with expanding foam which he said he would replace along with a couple other cosmetic issues we got a work order for.Drove home and the next day… check engine. Dia said it was likely a sensor that his mechanic said might be going bad, he would order everything and fix it and give us a loaner car.Called the next day to say that we needed to use a different loan because he was going to lose money (how is that my problem?) and we’d have to re-apply and put an additional $1k down. I said he needed to fix the car first and I was happy with the current terms. I tried to pay my first payment and was told there was no loan, he cancelled it. So we agreed to re-apply so long as we got a better price and the same top level warranty as well as the repairs. Got the new loan, saved $20 per month and waited on the parts. In that time my father in law passed and leaving his funeral the car broke down on the road in the rain. I towed it to my in laws house in Irvine and called Dia for a tow to his guy’s shop. He said I was on my own, so I towed it down and they immediately said “we remember this car, sensor issues, right?” Dia refused me a loaner, this shop held my car for 2 weeks before diagnosis (new intake system needed $3500) so I said I’d try to find the parts cheaper. Week later I decided to take it to a local diesel mechanic and the shop tried to charge me $1800 storage fee.Called the BAR and they got it released, new mechanic said it was a blown turbo, that had been leaking oil for some time and caked the intake with oil, should have been fixed before it was sold. Great mechanic, fixed the turbo and 5 leaks that were patched up (typical used car patch jobs) for $3300 after my warranty paid $400 (oh my $20/month savings came from dropping me to the basic warranty BTW) Called Dia to get reimbursed for the turbo and he said too bad…and this wasn’t the only issue that came up he was aware of..there were issues that should have been caught during his safety inspection. Here is a list of things they knew about:Bad Turbo (Paid for repairs)Mirror (I Fixed)Driver front and rear locks stopped working, rear door stopped opening, driver door had white duct tape holding it on below view. Took both doors apart, locks had been sloppily swapped with cheap actuators instead of actual replacements and installed wrong AND the door lock/latch had been taken apart and repaired with tape and the insulation had been removed and delicate wire ribbons just taped up…Horn doesn’t work (safety check fail)Airbag Recall (safety check fail, he could have had it done for free like I had to do but shows they do not care about safety)Now because of the damage done to the sensors from the turbo leak, they need to be replaced along with the oil cooler seal (seal is not his fault) so I can get the check engine light off for smog. $3000 there but at least I know that Pilchers Auto Repair will do it right.Buying used is a risk, but blatant disregard for safety and decency is not. Stay FAR away!!!

Do not even think about buying a car here, I bought 1 chevy silverado and from the first day it had faults, I returned with it and according to the arrangement, but it remains the same, it gives a guarantee to fix things but it does not do it, do not buy here, search other options and as long as the guarantee is in writing because this money shark is a rat.

I bought a car and havent been able to drive it a full 2 weeks yet. When I bought the car dia said that it had a new battery, oil change. I had to go get a oil change and my battery is still week. I am paying on a car that has so many problems and the car wont work with out fixing them. When i bought the car it broke down on me 1 week later. It was the cable that goes from the gear shift to the engine. Dia wants me to pay half for the repair. Also i found out that he sold me a car that was sealed with sealent. I got the radiator fixed but now i need my thermastat and water pump fixed too. But the michanic said that he sold me a car that needed a head gasket change DONT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DUDE HE IS A CON MAN.

Road Motor ImportsI purchased a 2001 Mercedes Benz C240 in June of 2019 for $1900 plus taxes & license. The registration was expired but he gave me the window tag and told me I would need to bring it back to smog it. Also he said he just repaired something on the engine so it should be fine but if the check engine light comes on I will need to come back because it needed some sensors replaced if the check engine light came back on.Almost immediately upon driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. So I let him know. Then I went home and put the OB2 tester on it and it threw a couple of codes that said the catalytic converter was bad. So after a few weeks of trying to get him to fix it, he gave me a loaner car and had me a different car. This one was a 2001 volvo s60, I paid the license and registration fees and got my title in the mail. The car was a salvaged title which I was made aware of while I was signing the paperwork for it . He repaired the air conditioning as agreed and gave me another vehicle to use. This one also had a check engine light and it was for some weird thing. So they had my vehicle in repair for 2 weeks (see my review of cedar auto repair) and when I got it back, the code had been cleared and stayed off for about 12 hours. Then it came back on and now it was throwing two codes. One for the engine and one for the electronic control module. So it wasnt fixed. To top it off I pulled a carfax and found out that between the time the dealer bought my car and the time I bought it, the odometer had been rolled back exactly 100,000 miles. Then I had the steering start messing up a couple days later. Since I knew that the car had been welded as part of the original repairs, I figured it was that. So he took it back to repair it since I was needing to get a new couple of tires every week due to the damage with what ended up being the control arm. Again, I ended up with the original Mercedes that I bought since he apparently, without my permission or consent, sold or gave away my Volvo.
