I have had the worst experience with Yamaha since getting our motorcycle. Their payment site is the absolute worst. I am signed up to receive emails to notify me of payments and have not received an alert since May 2017. I have been called THREE times before by collections when two out of the three times, the payments were paid the day it was due. Each phone call I was reminded that my email notifications were turned on... each time I let them know that I never received a reminder. They were able to pull it up and saw for themselves I did not receive an email alert. I was told each time that it was fixed and I would get an email for the upcoming month- not true. I also set up automatic payments. That doesnt work either. Big surprise there. For some reason, it is a hassle just to log onto the website. We shouldnt have even gotten the bike in the first place because we didnt have the best experience at the dealer, and now I am regretting getting it since I have to put up with this BS every single month. I will never purchase from Yamaha again and am hoping to get rid of this bike in the near future so I no longer have to deal with them.
