I went today guy who helped me was very nice, but after one hour and half went again only girl she was there she was very rude to me. she wanted to charge me again I told her I was here just one hour and half guy helped me and charged me I showed her the amount, of course when I was right she couldn’t say nothing she wanted me to leave quickly and I was still using my phones to see if problem solve, she said your ready to go, also she was on the phone and ignore the customer very bad customer service. I’ve been 10 years with metro PCS I went many locations always I was satisfied, but not today in this location. Also I own business Am business owner For years I never ever ignore my customers, or rush tell them you can go kick them out of the store no matter what. When I said ok now my phone is working thank you she didn’t reply say your welcome or have nice day seriously unprofessional.

Broke my phone came really upset.. Lorena the manager was amazing solved my problem. Was polite and explained everything before doing it.

If I can literally give this store zero stars I would. First of all the store was packed and nobody greeted us when we walked in but we made the exception with the fact that As I mentioned, the store being packed and then nobody sanitized after any customers. Both girls looked like they did not even want to be at work and turns out one was the manager and I only knowBecause I asked to speak with one. We went in so my mom can get her upgrade she’s been a loyal customer for several years and the “manager” was rude and kept using the phrase “like I said” continuously. Almost as if she was frustrated to do her freaking job!! Annoyed with my elder moms questions and concerns regarding transferring contacts and photos and she was no help at all!! It’s so sad I will never come back to this location I might just have her join my plan with at&t !! DONT LET YOUR ELDER FAMILY MEMBERS GO HERE ALONE! They will be rude and give them the boot!! Get better management metro!

I came here some time last year. Added my nephew to my account. Walked out went home saw their was extra $27 in fees from add on that were added to my account that I never added on. Fast forward to 06/09/2019 I Port my number over to get service and a free phone. Same girl who helped me out last year helped me out again. She automatically put me on the $60 plan with out asking what plan I wanted. So I figure all Im paying for is $60 which is fine. Looked at the text messages from metro welcoming me etc and saw the $70 is due every month on the 8th.. called metro said why $70. They said a $10 security feature was added on. Once again this girl added something to my account with out me knowing. As long as the girl who was working the morning of sunday 06/09/2019 is still their Ill never be customer at that store again. Its B.S this person is adding stuff to my account with out asking me.

Ask for Brianna when you get it she is very respectful and 10/10 when it comes to professionalism. I bought i brand new phone and I love. She was fast and effective should be promoted to manager already!

Alex was great! Helped me get a tablet for my son. I saved a lot of money.....So I this is a second review. Alex was awesome again. I appreciate when a place of business remembers me by name. I had a problem with my tablet. My 4yr old broke the charging port. Alex helped me in getting another one. And he gave me a great deal. 5 stars again!!!!

Got to the store at 10:00 waitedan hour to be helped. Representative showed us phones then when we made our selections. Pretty much took our payment and showed us the door. My wife and I are older and dont understand new phones.

I went in on a Saturday morning it looked like there was a party going on, as I entered the store I was greeted by a very charming man on a microphone he suggested to take a spin on a prize wheel which I did and won a bottle opener and they gave me candy as well, it was a good gesture as I hadnt purchased anything yet, not a moment passed when an associate welcomed me and started to talk to me explaining all the promotions they had and asked me question to see what would be the best recommendation for me, I felt really valued as a customer the person listened to my needs and I ended up purchasing 3 phones. I will always recommend this business to friends and family you made a client for life.

Horrible customer service, I called to see how much it would be to activate my own device with my compatible SIM. She then told me it would be cheaper to buy a new phone, not knowing what phone I had(Iphone X). Then she told me she wouldnt discuss prices over the phone and that I would have to come in the store. I have done this with many other metro stores and had no problem. I value custmer service more that anything. Just one person can ruin the face of a store based on customer service.

It is no longer PC metro it is metro by tmobile I left Tmobile because they tried to collect money from me for being a loyal customer for years ! A t-rex company they back peddled sevice ! I never make this mistake again ! Notice all the good reviews are PC metro not. Metro by T-Mobile

So I made the switch, saving over $480 a year.I bought the new LG Stylo. I have a better phone, better service in my house(old pricey plan, phone never worked in one room) and faster internet! I went not expecting much, with such a great price. How wrong I was.Nestor transferred all of my pictures, contacts, and put on a new tempered glass protector. After an issue with the glass cover, they replaced it complimentary for me. I can not say enough good things about this store. Thanks a lot for your stellar service!! I will be recommending others!So fast forward a year later and I damage my phone beyond repair. I went in to talk to a sales rep to get a new phone. Rene could not have been more accommodating if I was shopping at Nordstroms. Once again this store goes above and beyond for their customers. They took care of me and put me at ease transferring all data once again. Very kind and intelligent. I appreciate the personal care and professionalism immensely.

Scam!!! There was a manager by the name of daisy she was curling her hair in the front of the counter what kind of management is that. I went in to purchase a device and was told that I had to buy accessories in order for me to get that one year warranty which is a scam because the phone clearly comes with a one year warranty without having to purchase accessories
