Horrible staff that does not answer the phone.... I came to pick up my order as soon as I got my email that my order was ready but no one answers the phone. Seems like the staff decided to leave an hr early or just ignore the phone....

The staff are friendly and passionate about their work. Its wonderful to speak with them about the games and consoles they offer, as well as things retro and upcoming. They are exceptionally helpful and I am glad to do business with them.

Seriously horrible experience. went to the gamestop at parkway plaza to purchase MK11 & Kombat pack for the switch but they said the didnt have the kombat pack so they directed me to this store and after SPECIFICALLY asking for the switch version of MK11 & Kombat pack store associate MARCUS proceeded to joke around with his colleague visibly not take my transaction seriously and SELL ME THE WRONG KOMBAT PACK FOR THE PC, I dont even own a PC. After returning to the store a week later they told me its non refundable & gave me a number to call which would not answer, after waiting on hold for over an 45 mins to an hour at times. Going back to the store only to find it being closed due to COVID-19 then finally getting through to customer support to have them tell me the regional manager will be in touch with me within 72 hrs which never happened. The point of me buying the game was to play as my favorite character... which was in the kombat pack. Go to this store if u want to deal with ppl who dont take their job seriously, ruin transactions, waste your money and time, plus the store itself is dingy compared to other gamestops.

This location has several food places, grocery store, basically a whole strip mall on the busy corner of Fairmount & University in City Heights. Nothing special, the staff and franchise owner are down to earth and will help. No real experts to consult if your a hardcore gamer but otherwise, get some chicken wings next door, Korean BBQ style, check out all the hot chicks people watching. Its all gravy.

I had to go to this location since the one I usually go to is closed at the moment and they were very helpful and went the extra mile to help me

Not helpful at all, they dont have contact info for their Merchandise Distributors,Yet when their customers have an issue with the merchandise they bought from Game Stop that is where they direct their customers-To their Merchandise Distributers!No in-store help just passing the buck...Wont go back there ever.

Just a kid at heart and anything that has something for kids Im right in the middle of where there be action figures 2 how to cheat at your games the games consoles Funko Pops ton of Funko Pops its a great place not bad prices theres always something clear until theres always something to grab I can spend hours in there and its a small store clean staff knowledgeable and friendly and always blame it on them when I come home with a bag full of stuff

Their were about 8 people in line and only 1 cashier.And he was so busy trying to get the customers to buy other things he didnt care about the people waiting behind them. And the other person that was working there kept coming and asking him questions about stocking in the backroom instead of opening the other register or leave him alone so we could get taken care of !!

Not helpful. Literally felt like I was being told to leave. Lied about having any headsets for sale. Found one on the shelf. Pretty disappointed. Guess shopping online is better

Great place for buying games but trading in games sucks they rip you off you could bring in a game thats easily worth 30$ but they will only give you 1$ for it and make a 29$ profit

Okay I love Game Stop period. But this location brings back that blockbuster vibe. That make you feel welcomed. Than you can talk to the associates like there your friends. Giving you legitimate advice whats good and whats out there. Unlike some other gamestop that try to sell you DLC after DLC. And feel like a number than a human being. This is one of my favorite one stop shops!

They never answer the phone. They take forever handling customer needs. Every time I have a bad experience with them.i started taking my business else where. people I know think the same of game stop in general. Through our network of people we will be spending the word on game stop.

Great Place to chill and talk about Video Games and the People are Pretty Awesome.

I like this gamestop in particular since they carry a good array of knick knacks and accessories as well as the normal stock. Staff has always been polite. Otherwise, gamestop is gamestop.

Unless you are looking for the most recent games and the most recent systems and dont mind paying high markups and having numerous promotions pushed down your throat, dont bother coming to this GameStop. Besides that GameStop in general is a terrible way to enjoy videogames and make video-game related purchases.

Went to gamesrop to get mew codes after me and my gf went to several before. Waited for 15 minutes while they chit chatted with customers then decided to help who was next after another amount of time . After waiting all that time they couldnt even give me a second mew code card for my girlfriend who this time wasnt there
