I have come to this store for over 20 years. It is my favor store of all. Pharmacy staff the best, helpful and professional, clerks helpful and friendly, I find my birthday gifts here, my favor sweaters I buy them here, Christmas gifts here, I stop with my grandkids for the best pistachio ice cream 🍦.

When contacting pharmacy, the phone rings for minutes at a time, they pick up and put you on hold without saying anything. Sometimes they just hang up.... Basically impossible to talk to a human

They make everyone in the store uncomfortable. Very bad environment . Don’t go hereee

Love to pick up items I need here. Always pleasant staff, great greeting card selection and fun items for my yard - plus the ususal cosmetics, otc meds, candy - of course! - and great selection of products overall. Plus I like the size - not too big a store.

My husband took our almost 5 year old daughter, who has special needs,to this location on Saturday, September 19th to get her flu shot. Last year, she received the flu shot at this location with no issues at all. When he was there the pharmacist told him that they tipically only work with kids who are at least 4 years old. My husband replied that she was almost 5, then the pharmacist said he didnt feel comfortable working with kids. My husband came home super frustrated so I call the pharmacy and I was given the same response. I was told a female pharmacist will be available on Monday and she is not afraid of kids. This is absurd!!!! If RiteAid has the flu shot available to the public then all pharmacists should feel comfortable working with all patients!!!! If that is not the case, then they should state it on their website and specify days and hours in which a competent pharmacist will be available!

The worst customer service ever. This location is literally the worst

I switched to this Rite Aid from the one on Avocado a few months back, as I found one pharmacist at Avocado to be very rude to me on many occasions. Since I’ve been going to this location, I couldn’t be happier. All staff behind the counter are always very friendly, and my refills are always speedy. I was there this morning, on Thanksgiving, right when the pharmacy opened. Everyone was still just as nice, friendly, and helpful as always, even when having to work on a holiday. Wish I would have gotten her name, as the lady who helped me at the drop off window today was especially kind. All I can remember is sandy blonde hair and she has a 19 year old son. Rite Aid execs, track her down and give her a raise! 😉

This place has improved . I can only say based on My Experience . Staff was polite and i got some Ice Cream and they never disappoint with the amount they give you .

I went to fill a prescription and they wanted 1500.00 dollars so u said no after a 3 day wait and I went down the road to savon and got it for 20.00 dollars thats twenty from savon compared to one thousand five hundred from rite-aid. For the same pills! Something isnt rite at rite-aid @

Most times the pharmacy customer service is poor with no regard for customer wait time. It also seems like they are biased toward certain people. Two stars because sometimes someone is friendly and pays attention. I have to go there because that is where my insurance covers my Rx’s.

Worst Pharmacy experience ever! Doesnt matter if I call ahead for refill, I still end up waiting for them to fill it even after I stand in line for 30 minutes. Will be transferring my script to CVS.

Why am I always waiting in line here??? Its 11:30am on a Tuesday, and there is line going all the way back to the isles...I wish I could give less stars...

Line to ceckout is often long, like a 5 minute wait long, but it has everything you would expect a rite aid to have and the staff is friendly.

Your store is a bad joke, waste of time and has some very depressing looking people working there with little or no training.
