Please be careful, my wife bought product and was fine when they applied sample at store, but shortly after we got home she started having an allergic reaction on her face. She unfortunately had purchased the product and we immediately went back for refund but they denied her even when she showed the reaction on her eyes. They did not inform her before she paid that they would not refund her money if unhappy or have any type of reaction. Stay away from this place and shop Macy’s where they’ll gladly refund you if your unhappy with your purchase.

I had a exceptional facial with Valerie. She has such a soft touch and is very good at relaxing you and explaining each step before she performs it so your not caught off guard because some of the procedures are cold. I would definitely recommend her to men and women a like. Do yourself a favor and set up a facial with Valerie, there are a couple of options to choose from. Enjoy!

I dont know about the product. My face turned red after the girl put it on. Im more reviewing the customer service. Now the girl who was talking to me handed me a sample I was curious and asked what it was. So she put it on my arm n did the whole spill and I know these people are just doing their job but I told her I do not buy products for my face I dont know anything about. I hate these kind of places sales approach. She was so pushy I told her many times I will not buy something I know nothing about. She was very nice Ill give her that. But she wiped off my make up on only one side of my face without asking. So she says see its make up remover also. I told her I didnt want to remove my make up. And then she only did it on one side of my face too. So then I had to remove the rest. Just to pushy. Its like the kiosks that damn near run you down with samples. Only difference is they have a full store.

I bought the BB cream and compressed powder. I was very pleased to see the BB cream covered all my redness on my face ( Rosacea) and I bought it. Plus the face powder. But I noticed that when I use this products my face looks shiny looking like sweat. That disappointed me. Theyre great cosmetics but they dont work for me

At the Mica Beauty store in Fletcher Parkway Mall,I was approached by a young girl giving me a free sample outside her store,I told the girl I wasnt interested in her products that I needed to hurry, she instantly started to put me down and asked why I dyed my hair and yet wasnt worried about my skin. I told her at 65 years old I have more things to do.Then accused me being dirty. I said I would be back after holidays to check out her products and asked her how much it was, with a attitude she said 2 million dollars, she refused to tell me the price. I have never seen such a rude person trying to sell a product. She also had a attitude and said did I say for you to buy my products I said well that is your job, your here to sell products. She got ruder and kept repeated herself that she is not there to sell anything. Thats when I walked off. I didnt get her name but she had a very strong accent.

Only reason theyre getting one star is b/c I have to rate to be able to write review. I spent SERIOUS money there, ended up being allergic to the products. They WILL NOT refund my money, I still have product and now I have to fight to even get that substantial amount back. I cant use the stuff! So now my money just sits on my vanity looking pretty. I believe they use a stronger product while demonstrating to get the result, then sell you a diluted product.Almost 3 months and Im still fighting the allergic reaction, see pic!

I loved all the workers at MICA Beauty Parkway Plaza but I must mention two by name. Breanna (BRE for short) and Amber. I want them as my two new Best Friends. It is such a happy place to be and I am 75 and I was looking my age . I stopped by just because the people inside were so happy and smiling and I needed that so badly. After a few minutes I began smiling and soon it turned into full blown laughter. I loved them and I shared with them how I had been feeling and then they told me what they could do to pull me out of my pity party and make me smile again. They showed me products that I loved and taught me how to use them. BRE turned me over to Amber. I have adopted her!!!!! She gave the Facial of my life. I did not want to go home. In my wildest imagination I would never come close to what Amber did for me. My skin on my face is now tighter, smoother, alive again with a youthful glow. My neck is tighter, nothing hanging and waving at me. I bought some of the products and feel so elegant using them. You know, it is sad to think we do so much for other people and family but never think to treat ourselves or take care of us. I bought a product, found out How much it was AFTER the she rang it up, which was WAY OVERPRICED, then returned it 30 seconds AFTER sale. The Sale has gone through my account but the refund has not. Looks like a COMPLETE scam!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS
