This is a little gem of an ethnic market. Tiny but chocked full of very interesting goodies. Its a butchery, its a bakery, its a produce market...You just gotta go see for yourself. Very friendly polite owners.

This is one of my favorite stores. It has Old World flair nice people great customer service and unusual merchandise. I always enjoy my visits

They say they have discounts but when you go there you dont see them its either they say we sold out or the order still has not arrived and they put out sometimes a a lb or 2lb just to say that they have a sale

The fresh bread, unique product selection, prices and front cashier customer service is awesome! Well versed in multiple languages. 5 STARS!The food service / deli counter customer service is reprehensible! You have to ask for help or just sit there until you are assisted. The help in food service / deli counter is rude. I have seen food that dropped on the floor that was not thrown away. Language barrier is a problem in the deli. And I feel I get served generally after locals are helped. Good pricing and good food if you can ever get it. 1 STARThe meat department customer service is below average but not as bad as the deli. The meats are not always fresh and I had to return some one time. The language barrier is often a problem even though I speak 3 languages and a another distinct dialect. 2 STARSVegetables / Fruits: Unique selection! Most is fresh however some things are clearly not. Good pricing. You get what you pay for. 3.5 STARSStore configuration: It is near impossible to navigate the aisles as they are narrow. The store is cluttered albeit it is packed with truly unique items to San Diego. Example: I usually leave a cart or basket in a spot out of the way ( if that is even possible ) and pick up items and return them to the cart or basket due to the inability to comfortable negotiate the aisles / store. 2 STARS ( Because at least it is packed with good deals and very unique items ).OVERALL 3 STARS.

Good store. I went for tangerines but they keep them outside with the oranges and other produce so they were way over ripe. Mostly Arabic clientele but workers were friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called on Christmas to check store hours, (assuming of course that they would close early or completely). The lady that answered said she didnt know and hung up on me. Definitely NEVER visiting this store.

I often buy chickens over there. Prices are good, same to other mediteranian markets. This store is not too big, so its understood if they have limited varieties. Some of fruits and vegetables are available right outside the entrance.Afternoon shift cashier does not allow customers to bring their own shopping bags.Delis young lady always serve customer better and in friendly manner, she is able to speak English fluently. A tall man in meat section has very good service to customers as well.We can parking off streets for 20 minutes or park next to market for max 2 hrs.

I would put zero star if there is. They have the WORST customer service. The managers and staff are very disrespectful and rude, they dont let you talk or discuss anything with them. My suggestion is the managers and staff need to take classes to learn about customer service and work ethics because they seem to have no idea what work ethics mean and how to behave respectfully with the customers. Also, the store is dirty, unorganized and crowded where customers hit each other. Also, some cars are parked in the fire lane which is illegal!!! AVOID shopping from there!!!

This is one of my best stores in all over San Diego, I can’t express what a delicious food and appetizers they provide, In addition to that they sell produce and alot of canned, frozen and fresh fruit and vegetables remember its always the cheapest prices in the town.Also, it was the first arab store that I’ve visited when I arrived to U.S, This store reminds me about my home country Iraq.I recommend this store for everyone to visit it and enjoy shopping.

The Maskoof wish was amazing but the reason why I gave them 4stars because it took 2 hours and half to grill the fish

THE WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE WITH NASTY NASTY MEAT, FISH,EVERY THING I purchased fish and I cant even smell it whene I take it back the owner told they r fresh which is I believe the fish been frozen and defrosted more than 10 times and he keeps telling me its fresh and they cant return cuz there polcey cant returning any kind of meat or sea food FUNNY so they served that kind of fresh NASTY food on there kitchen SO EMBARRASSING

Aisles are so narrow, and the cash registrars are poorly placed by the entrance where the freezers are. People bump into each other and there is not many cashiers. Prices are average knowing that there is plenty of competition in that street when it comes to Middle Eastern markets.
