Andrus installed a new home control audio visual system on my yacht recently and I was completely satisfied with the work that they did. Three of the most important things that I look for in a contractor is quality of work, customer service, and showing up when they say they are going to show up. Andrus did exactly that. Definitely they place a high value on customer satisfaction. They did not send the final bill until they knew I was completely satisfied. I am definitely going to use them again.

Andrus are a really great company to work with. They care about their brand and their customers. Isaiah is always very friendly and polite, would recommend.

Having purchased a home that Andus Audio installed a comprehensive Video, audio and smart home features, Andrus Audio has failed to provide the level of service that I expected. After the router failed most of the functionality of the system went down with it. Isaiah Andrus did not offer to repair the system, but instead recommended another service person. That person did the best he could given that he was not familiar with the system, its components or its various settings. Isaiah did provide some assistance over the telephone. But Andrus Audio was not able to provide a list of devices, their functions, and how they were wired together, Isaiah stated that Andrus Audio does not document their installations. When the Ethernet switch was exposed Isaiah was not able to identify the purpose and destination of the wires connected to the switch. He offered to charge $125 per hour to provide that information. When asked about the location of and operation of the device that acts as a timer to turn on the lighting. Isaiah was not able to provide that information. I am unable to comment on the ability of Andus Audio to install a system, but I am disappointed in their servicing of their prior installations. Isaiah has made good the resolution of my complaint by sending a technician who identified and resolved the remaining problems.

Andrus Audio did a full home automation project (AV, lights, HVAC, security) on a new home we purchased. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and delivered the first time. Theyve done a great job tweaking the system to work for our particular needs. I have and will continue to recommend Andrus Audio to anyone in the market for quality work.

Picking out the equipment I wanted for my new home theater was the easy part. Once I got home, I knew I would need professional help. Thats exactly what I got.They came to my home, assessed my room and even informed me the best way to acoustically organize my equipment. He obviously knew what he was doing, so I let him lead the charge.I couldnt be happier I made that decision. Andrus Audio has installed three different televisions on three different walls for me and I couldnt be happier. It started when I wanted a TV on my fireplace, then a universal remote, and so on. They even came and took the TV off of my fireplace when I had it re-surfaced and came back to put it back up. Then I bought a bigger TV so they moved the one from my fireplace to my family room and put the bigger one on my fireplace. Eventually, they installed a TV in my bedroom and then came back when I need they to change the wiring. I am now thinking of a sound system for my living room and fortunately, they were smart enough to think ahead so the wiring is already installed and ready to go. I just have to decide what I want. I have had a couple of complications with my universal remote and they always come out and fix it for me. Isaiah and his boys are always on time, and clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

What a great company! They installed a state of the art system that is the envy of anyone who visits my home.

We recently hired Andrus Audio to update out music and TVs in our downtown San Diego Condo. The pre-install process of purchasing new flat screens, amp and other related gear went smoothly - all were available and brought to the condo, at the appointment time the day of the install. The guys brought a few large drop cloths to protect the floors and carpets. The removal of the old equipment went quickly. The new equipment required new HDMI cables with 4k capablity and that took some cutting and pulling new runs. There was more than a bit of creativity required by our layout but the guys were up for it. By the end of the day the new remotes and full systems were programmed up and working. Very clean, professional install by Dalton and Nick with programming help from TJ. I highly recommend Andrus for any of your TV - audio needs.
