Air Vac Systems installed a complete compressed air system in a bare building that we had leased for our manufacturing operation. The service began with Scott who guided us through planning and the selection of a new air compressor. The complicated installation, which included many air locations in a confined space, was then expertly completed by Air Vac technicians Rob and Kenny. Great Job! Thank You!

Great service. A brief phone call with Carmen and Scott, sent them a couple of pictures and arranged a timeslot. They turned up on time with the parts they needed, and were done in good time with a great price. This was our first experience with them, but next time my compressor system needs anything they are the people to call.

Kenny was by this morning to perform our quarterly routine maintenance. As is usual for all the guys at Air Vac, Kenny was on time and was finished and out of here in no time at all. The work is always done right the first time. Without even being asked, the compressor area was swept and everything left nice and tidy. Great job, Air Vac!

We purchased a dental vacuum machine from Air Vac Systems, Inc. The installer made an advance visit to check out the install location a day before the install. He arrived on time the day of the install. He was extremely efficent and had us up and running in less than ninety minutes. Scott Miller made sure all the small details were taken care of and walked me through the purchase of the right machine and handled all the details with the factory. We are extremely pleased with the whole process.

I provided a serial number prior to visit (they had been here for work before) Still they arrived without the parts to do a service and repair so we were charged $25 for the truck and $135 for the inspection. They then charged another Truck fee another service fee and another service fee to compete repairs. When I asked about the excessive fees Carmen simply went into lawyer mode, defending their invoice. I asked if they could TRY to make us happy and this...“ do whatever it takes to make you happy’ as you repeated several times. is what she heard? Poor customer service.

Air Vac has been maintaining our compressor for 20 years and has done an excellent job. We also purchased a new compressor from them recently. Their installation and follow up was very professional and timely.

I work at a large facility with 2-30 HP Palatek screwdrive air compressors.Since the day they were installed they were serviced by a company out of LA. We had problems for 10 years with them shutting down, leaking, ETC.We found out about AirVac and had them take a look. Rob came out, asked a few drill down questions, then described the conditions we were having to the tee. He went to work. In a short time, he determined some control items that were factory installed were incorrect for our installation. He ordered the parts and returned to install them. Guess what, no more problems!No guessing and replacing parts to see if that works, Good old fashioned Knowledge and experience always saves you money in the long run!Hats off to the whole crew at AirVac!

Horrible experience with a service guy on the phone. i offered sending all details and schematics of the job i needed done on a model compressor. service guy started refusing the job immediately. customer service requires giving attention to the customer.
