I had a very negative experience at this place. They false advertise or display the prices of the helmets. The display price does not match the actual price. The display price is $99 but the actual price is $115. The sales person wrote me a ticket for 2 helmets. When I went to pay, it was $270. The sales person never disclosed the actual price. I went back to the sales person and told them that the advertise price did not match the actual price. He got his manager. The manager gave me the excuse that $99 was the starting price of the helmets. However, the display does not especify that. She took out the only one ugly helmet they have for $99 . I end up buying one for $99 and another one for $84. They should be honest about the prices of the display items. If I didn’t pay attention at the time of paying, I would be a victim of false advertising. Check the prices before buying.

I just purchased a 2021 rzr turbo S. I applied online on a Sunday I received a call back on Monday with an approval and offer. Tory was my salesperson. I was in and out less than 45 min. No BS. my interest rate even ended up being lower than expected. I had questions a few days later and Tory was quick to respond. It’s been since 2003 since I’ve last bought a bike from Motoworld. I’m happy I went back to them and I love my new ride. Thanks Motoworld.

I have known Glenn for many years. I have purchased a lot of things from him and he has always done me right. I see a lot of reviews crying over prices and added dealer mark-up, and I dont like them either. But all you cry babies out there need to know having a building in California is not cheap. And with shortages on everything they are not able to get the normal amount of stock they would sell on average. So here in America supply and demand means they need to charge more to make up for the shortages.

I want to recognize Johan Avalos he’s the best service advisor EVER! Since the first time that I came in to get my watercraft fixed he was so patient, kind and attentive to all of my needs. I didn’t know much or I should say nothing regarding my watercraft and he took the time to explain what is needed and why it’s needed, I didn’t feel any pressure as to purchasing things that may not be necessary (that happened at a previous shop) he gained my trust and that is why I always lol for him whenever I need help.

Wish I could do zero stars. Quad was advertised as $8799. Dude told me that the price was $8799 and that they could get me financing although I was prepared to pay cash. After running my credit, he tells me with the dealer mark up of $3100 it’s actually $11900 before taxes. That would have been nice to know. Only reason I went to them was that they had the cheapest price around. Turns out that was just false advertising.

I have purchased two motorcycles from Moto world before, unfortunately it might be the last time, im not sure why they can not compete with other dealers I offered to pay what fun bike center was asking for the motorcycle even with markup and fees and still didnt want my business, and Im still happy because I was able to get what I wanted, Real good experience with fun bike center and kin of disappointed at Moto World I guess Fun Bike will get my business from now on. Very bad experience when trying to shop here. I was in the market for an ATV and they were marking up the price A LOT, I basically went somewhere else and ended up buying the ATV ~$4,000 cheaper. When trying to negotiate with the manager he basically told me to go purchase somewhere else. Im not returning to this store, very unprofessional and trying to take advantage of the current market conditions.

If youre looking for a good buying experience this is absolutely the best place to go in SoCal. All of the staff were amazing, from the accessories staff to the sales team, they were all accommodating, friendly, and best of all knowledgable. Theyre all passionate about offroading and treated my husband and I like family. They were honest and overall made me feel like I was a valued customer and my opinion mattered. Chris Davenport was my sales man, a very knowledgable, funny, honest guy who shoots straight and helped us with everything. We cant express the depth of gratitude we have for how much he helped us today and the genuine kind attitude he had about some of our very stupid questions. Ask for him and you wont be disappointed. Been serving my 2014 Yamaha FX SVHO Wave runner for a few years at this dealership. Called and asked prior, if l could drop off the unit for its annual service, and was told that it could take 3-4 days before they get to it, but l can bring it in before close which is 5pm. Got out of work, rushed through traffic and made it there by 4:55pm only to be rudely greeted and told by multiple service staff members that l am too late and that l can’t drop off the wave runner. Then they had the audacity to sarcastically say laughing “you can try back tomorrow,” after l previously explained that l work 12 hrs days till the end of the week and it is not possible. I felt so disrespected from their total lack of compassion and fairness. Is this the customer service your dealership provides? SHAME on MOTOWORLD and it’s service department! NEVER AGAIN with l do any type of business in this place, including my entire family and friends.

This Dealership was awesome!!! Great selection and one of the few that had the RZR Pro XP4 that I wanted.... And they didnt do a dealer mark up of 5-7k like a lot of other dealers are doing right now because they can due to the lack of inventory, and people are paying it.. Drove a few hours to save me thousands! Oh and go see Tory, on top of it, very knowledgeable and caring!!! She will definitely be my go to when its time to upgrade and I will definitely refer all my family and friends to her!

Christian was awesome! I had called and scheduled an appointment ahead of time to look at the Yamaha MT series (7/9/10) along with possibly a few other bikes in stock. Everything was lined up, accessible and ready upon arrival. Christian heard me out with what I was interested in, what my experience was, and then shared his knowledge and feedback, giving me a chance to check out anything and everything they had available that made sense. We even went next door to their Indian partner-dealership. Overall what I appreciated the most was Christian dedicating his time and attention along with experience and understanding of where I was at in my search. There were no games, just fair, knowledgeable, and helpful as a sales rep. When he wasnt certain about a few specific questions he brought me to the expert (specifically on Indian Scout and on some accessory items). I was able to sit on a few different bikes to compare heights (which was/is important), and then took out the MT-9 for a test drive. Overall its namesake says it all HYPER NAKED The MT series is stripped down, simple, straight forward, and pretty great for what it is, also priced right. The only thing to do on that bike is focus on the road and enjoy, there are no distractions or gizmos to mess with, the power is there, and per its series torque is what this bike is all about. The blinkers and mirrors are perfect and thats all there is to it. Im now considering this as a solid option, where as before arriving was very unsure if it would be right for me, now leaning towards it as the right choice.

Mike, my salesman was an absolute professional and went above and beyond to accommodate me as a fist time bike owner, he accompanied me on a test ride and let me go at my pace.... I almost bought the same bike off of Craig’s list and I’m so happy that I did not, I got peace of mind from buying from a real dealer, got a great experience test riding my bike, a professional sales experience and I got a great price... Order a part online through Motorworld because their price was competitive. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I ordered a part well over 6 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived. Not one time did anyone ever reach out to let me know what was going on. No refund or part whatsoever. I traded in my bike for a new one about a week ago. They gave me a fair price for my old bike and great deal on the new bike. They were honest, easy to negotiate with, and I walked away happy. They did over charge me by $100, but I came back the next day they were open and they made it right without any fuss. I will buy from dealership from now onI had a horrible experience with fun bike center and do not recommend them at all. On the other hand having such a bad experience led me to educating myself about the buying process and being able to identify a good dealer. Motoworld is an exceptional one.Side note:I came to check out a bike they had online which had been sold for a while. Due to how my interactions went with all the staff I think this was due to how many bikes they sell and not some kind of bait and switch. If you see a bike on their website and want that particular one call first.Before you buy a new motorcycle read up gap insurance and extended warranties, check prices at other dealerships, and get rates from your bank for financing. Negotiate.10/10 would recommend

After getting the run-around from local dealers here in Burbank, CA., I reached out to Motoworld. Daniel was the salesman I spoke with and after I told him what I would be wiling to pay for a 2017 KTM XC-W he told me he would work to make it happen...and surprisingly he made it happen! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After having to drive over 100 miles to get there, I was expecting some type of hidden fees or cost to the deal that they made with me but they were very professional and didnt try and give me any bs. Deal was done as promised, and I was out the door within the hour. Daniel was great! He even went so far as to come in on his off day to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealer and extra kudos to Daniel as well as Amy the finance manager who was very nice and stayed on the up-and-up. Thanks again Daniel for keeping it real.

Got a flat in the rear tire this morning. Called ahead and Cory confirmed they had a tire in stock. I havent bought anything here so I cant give 5-stars. I was here on 3/23/2019. Nice clean large store. Pretty balanced selection between street and dirt bikes. They could use a little more Dual-Sport and ADV selection, but that is nit picking. Friendly service and they encourage you to toss a leg over the seat and check out the bikes. They also have a large selection of side by side buggies. They have a front counter where you can check in your helmet and jacket if you ride in. Prices seemed very competitive. I would recommend checking this place out.

Long story short, I went into Motoworld of El Cajon with the intentions of purchasing a 2018 Yamaha MT-07 that was listed on the Cycle Trader website. I soon found out that the bike I wanted was no longer in their inventory. Fortunately, the team at Motoworld of El Cajon was more than accommodating. Update: the part I picked up on my last visit was not needed even though I open the package I was still able to return it even though it was a special order wow did I appreciate that that was $125 I use the credit from that to purchase some front brakes and a center stand I really like the people at this dealership and what they do to make me feel like a valued customer even though right now Im just buying some parts for a used bike.I went to pick up a part for my Honda nc700x that I ordered and I had a good conversation with Frank one of the sales associates and we talked about a lot of different things about motorcycles and you didnt try to push anything on me theres a lot of good people here and thats why I travel from San Diego.

I came here to get a new helmet and gloves. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Showroom is super clean and laid out for easy access to the bikes.I found the perfect helmet, and it was on sale!When I got home I realized a piece that came with my helmet was missing. I left the box there so I thought maybe it just got left in the box so I called and they said there was nothing left in the box but to come back and they would give me the piece. I went back and sure enough they had the piece waiting for me and it was all taken care of.I will be shopping here for all of my future motorcycle needs!

When I walked into Motoworld, I really wasnt expecting to buy a bike. I was ESPECIALLY not expecting to buy the one I ended up with since I didnt even think it was possible. But thats where Sales Consultant Chris D. fits into the story. He made the impossible POSSIBLE, and I would like to thank management as well for hooking me up with the best case scenario. Chris was super-friendly, and to me, customer service is SO important as I work (and supervise) in a public services department. He wasnt pushy, and - simply stated - acted as a knowledge base and advisor. I felt like the salesman was actually on my side (this time) and had my best interests in mind. WOW... imagine that! The whole process, from start to finish, was pleasant and didnt give me that dark paranoid feeling one often gets when dealing with money issues. Chris was helping me via text at one point, and he was quick to respond. These guys at Motoworld really seem to care about their customers and treat them with the respect they deserve! Took my perfectly good YZ250F here to get the valve clearance checked and adjusted. They adjusted it and the first ride after that the motor seized going off a jump at Fox Raceway. Dissassembled motor at home and found a valve in the top of my piston. Not good. They got the measurements, shims, or both wrong and valve started hitting the piston and thats all it takes.I later went to talk to the parts and service department and told them what happened and they completely blew me off without accepting any responsibility or even acknowledging that their misadjustment could have caused this.I purchased a new head, piston, and much more from a Yamaha moto shop in North County. Disassembled motor, split cases, put it all back together and its been running good ever since now.

My husband and his friend went in to Motorworld to look at Rzrs. My husband wanted to upgrade his Rzr. His friend wasnt even looking to buy anything. Both were quoted the same price for a new Rzr. My husband decided to sell his so he could buy the new Rzr cash. His friend did financing. After a couple days my husband went back with cash in hand, he was told the offer he was given was no longer standing. Throughout the whole time he stayed in contact with a sales person. From one day to another the price went up. Their response was there was no way they could sell at the price he and his friend originally quoted.Leaving upset and disappointed. We went to Ivan Stewart where they sold us the Rzr he wanted at the original price Motorworld quoted. Didnt have to haggle or go around in circles.

Beware of the service department.I called ahead and got a quote for a valve check/adjustment on my FZ09.I was quoted for $267 for a valve check/adjustment. Everything went smoothly during my service appointment. They did a quick walk-around of my bike, recorded mileage, and provided me with a quote sheet listed with the price and work needed to be completed.Again, the price was $267, which matched what I was quoted over the phone. I signed the paperwork and left the dealership.A few hours later, they call to tell me that they quoted me for the wrong model, and it would actually be 7 hours of labor. They decide to offer me a “discounted” rate of ~$534, which I declined because it’s twice the rate I was originally quoted for.Intentional or not, this was an incredibly disappointing experience for a first-time visitor at this dealership. Be cautious when working with the service department.

Motoworld has been very good to me. I bought my first bike from them and even took my bike back to get tires when they needed replacing. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable staff in the service dept. I really appreciate the way they treat me well since I was kinda nervous buying a bike from a dealer since Im a lady rider and was wondering if they were going to treat me well. I shouldnt have even worried! Everyone who works there has a good work ethic and I learned so much before I bought my bike that I felt very comfortable with this store.Kyle was the salesman who helped me and I recommend him. Long story short we purchased a used Yamaha 450. Maybe put two hours on the bike total due to an injury thats work related and limits our activity, after two hours of riding the bike we’ve noticed a grinding noise out of the clutch. Motoworld refused to help us then Kevin the assistant manager basically lied and said that the times we brought it in that they didn’t even looked at it when we have multiple voice messages saying that they pull things apart they checked other things out. Not only was Kevin rude towards us. They once again they chose not to help us out. We took the bike to North County Yamaha and paid for them to go over it. They printed us out a paper of issues that were found wrong on the bike all were asking is for you to look at it and find an actual fix for the solution not continue to lie. I literally bought a brand new over 6,000 dollar bike and I am so irritated with how the manager and the owner is handling this. I don’t even want to pay for my bike anymore because of this incident. I don’t understand how somebody could own a business like this. You sold a used bike that has issues and you want to lie and say you don’t hear the noise or there’s nothing wrong with it. Anyone can go buy a bike off craigslist for half the price why don’t you own up to what you sell and give us a call because I will promise you we won’t stop fighting this.

Im getting ready to purchase a second Honda 7000 Generator from Chris in sales at Motoworld in El Cajon. Chris was instrumental in our first purchase in June and explained the operation of the generator so my husband knew exactly what the features and benefits were. Our business is growing so we need a second generator for our newest trailer and I was happy to contact Chris again. He is very professional, personable and accomadating in our needs. The Honda is so quiet for our event needs and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else to make this large purchase. I recently took the first course (B1) of the Begin2ride training program, which is held outside Motoworld. Everyone working at Motoworld was friendly. The beginner introduction to motorcycle training helped me feel comfortable with riding a motorcycle again. I now have a better educational foundation to motorcycle riding and feel confident with my skills acquired thus far.Thank you Anne for a great time, looking forward to future classes.

Fast and courteous service. In todays world of business anyone can take advantage, but they do not!! Had some strange sound coming from the wheels, thought it may be something more serious and was honestly expecting a high estimate. When Kory called back, the problem was only that we hadnt paid attention to the tire pressure, which was extremely low...thus the sound. They changed the oil, cleaned the brake light switch and aired the tires...were ready to roll! Thank you Glenn for your integrity in business, its a rarity now days.

Stop in here a couple of years ago. Had drove pass this store many time over the year. I was in the neighborhood after a jury duty assignment. So I decide to stop in. Was greatly impressed. Went to MotoWorld to buy a Quad today. There was a great selection of Quads on display. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Dale the sales man, the mechanic and the young lad out the back who helped us load the Quad into the van. Got what I wanted at a good price. Would definitely recommend, very happy Thanks.

I would love to give this place 5 stars but their sales manager right now is pretty rough. He will give you a great deal but its almost like hes mad that he did. I still would encourage anyone to buy from here instead FBC though. Their service department is high priced, as to be expected, but there are some small shops around town that will get it done just as good, if not better, for half the price. Their parts department has got better. The current guys back there are very knowledgeable and are quick to give you a deal. They have signs everywhere in parts and apparel that basically state they will match online prices. I can vouch for that. All in all, this is a good family place for all of your desert toy needs.
